Job description

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with a national Children’s Charity to find a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead a major UK wide retail corporate partnership, overseeing strategic development, income growth and exceptional supporter experiences across a multi channel fundraising programme.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for partnership strategy, financial performance, stakeholder engagement and line management of a regional team. The successful candidate will shape the long term direction of the partnership, influence senior decision makers, and ensure delivery against ambitious income, engagement and impact targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the strategic development, performance and growth of a national fundraising partnership.
  • Build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders across the charity and partnership organisation.
  • Develop multi year partnership plans, including strategies, products and engagement approaches.
  • Oversee income forecasting, budgeting, ROI analysis and financial reporting.
  • Lead engagement strategy and KPIs across the partner estate, ensuring regional delivery.
  • Provide senior leadership, coaching and development to a team of 3 Managers.
  • Represent the partnership at internal and external meetings, programme boards and sector events.

We’re looking for:

  • Significant experience of leading £1m+ corporate partnerships, with a proven track record of delivering financial targets and managing complex account plans.
  • Skilled at developing profitable relationships within complex charitable organisations.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially astute, strategic thinker with excellent judgement.
  • Experience of Cause Related Marketing, Employee Engagement and Sponsorship related partnerships.
  • Inclusive leadership style with experience managing and motivating teams.


This role requires travel to partnership and team meetings across the UK, and therefore the successful candidate will need a full, current driving licence and a car for this role.
