We are looking for a Legacy Marketing Manager to join our Fundraising team.
Title: Legacy Marketing Manager
Salary: £43,260 - £46,350 per annum

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Job Summary
As a key role within the Fundraising Division, the Legacy Marketing Manager will work to achieve the essential long-term legacy income that helps Anthony Nolan to save the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders.
You will do this by shaping and implementing our legacy marketing plans to achieve our long-term income goals. You will develop an audience-centric and insight-driven legacy marketing programme to attract and steward potential legators. You will also have line management responsibility and oversee our legacy administration work.
Key responsibilities
These include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage our legacy fundraising, setting and achieving agreed targets to help us to grow our long-term legacy income.
- Plan, develop and implement high impact, audience-centric legacy marketing campaigns to attract new legacy pledgers, considerers and enquirers. This includes activity across a range of channels from social media, digital, telemarketing, direct mail and events.
- Develop and implement compelling supporter journeys to effectively steward potential legators.
- Ensure that all legacy marketing campaigns are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Track, report and benchmark results to inform decision making for future activity.
- Overall management of our annual legacy income; management of our legacy administration, including overseeing the external legacy admin support.
- Build and maintain sustainable, constructive relationships with the team, colleagues and key external suppliers.
- Provide internal resources for learning about legacies, to aid awareness.
- Collaborate to ensure integrated planning for legacy marketing with the wider teams: Individual Giving, other fundraising teams, the register team, marketing and content along with other colleagues to identify sustainable ways to deliver our Fundraising strategic plan.
Essential attributes:
- Experience of creating and managing large scale, multi-channel, audience-centric and insight-led response-driving fundraising or marketing campaigns
- Demonstrable track record of achieving legacy fundraising success through integrated communications to individual supporters, with experience of effective supporter stewardship to drive loyalty
- A track record of developing and meeting targets within budget
- A working understanding of legacies and the legacy administration process and experience of working with solicitors and online will writing partners.
- Experience of producing financial analysis to improve lifetime value, including detailed income and expenditure budgets and reforecasts
- Experience of line management and coaching to achieve agreed goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Excel and First Class.
- Ability to understand, interpret and review plans based on complex information and situations

How you will make a difference
Reporting to the Prospect Research Manager, you will identify and qualify new prospects across Philanthropy, Trusts & Grants, and Corporate Partnerships. We're looking for three Communities Development Coordinators to support, develop and grow student-led societies, sports clubs and other communities at Arts SU. This role is all about helping students get involved, whether that's through joining a student group, planning and running events or stepping up as a student leader. You'll be the first point of contact for over 100 student groups, providing tailored support, training and advice to help them thrive. From processing finance requests and booking spaces to helping deliver key events like Welcome Fair, Varsity, and Awards, you'll make sure students and colleagues have what they need to succeed. You'll oversee student group elections, manage the promotion of opportunities, and work with colleagues across UAL to create inclusive spaces where students are welcomed and engaged.

We want someone organised, approachable, and loves working with students. You should have experience planning and delivering events or projects, and ideally some knowledge of community development in education or the third sector. Horatio’s Garden is a nationwide charity creating and nurturing beautifully designed gardens in NHS spinal injury centres. We are seeking two creative, dynamic people with warm and welcoming personalities for the roles of Patient Support Coordinator, one for each of the following locations:
- Horatio's Garden Midlands, The Midland Centre for Spinal Injuries
- Horatio’s Garden Scotland, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital
You will be responsible for organising and running a range of social and creative activities for people with spinal injuries and their families and friends to enjoy during the week and at weekends, creating an uplifting, friendly atmosphere in Horatio’s Garden and garden room.
Currently the programme includes crafts, quizzes, glass fusing workshops, felting, printing, talks, painting, ceramic workshops, seasonal celebrations with lunches, baking, live music performances and social afternoons.
You will need to be a highly organised person who is confident working independently in the garden and via Teams with the Events Programme Manager, Evie Redwood. The role is part-time, 10.5 hours a week, consisting of one weekend afternoon (approx. 4 hours), a weekday afternoon workshop (approx. 3.5 hours) and 3 hours of admin time a week. You will need to be flexible with your availability, working when patients are available – this can vary.

The Lab is now working with Demos, a leading cross-party think tank and the Lloyds Bank Foundation on a collaborative project to celebrate community-led change across the country. We are seeking a motivated individual to take on the role of Project Network Coordinator. They will report to the Director of the UCL Policy Lab and work closely with the team. The post is fixed term for the duration of nine months either full or part time with the possibility to be extended.

About you
The UCL Policy Lab wishes to appoint a Project Network Coordinator to help draw together representatives of a vast array of community-based organisations currently innovating in public service reform. The Coordinator will support the project team to develop a core coalition to drive forward the work. The individual will work closely with both the UCL Policy Lab team, Demos and other project partners in the oversight and delivery of events that bring these organisations together so that they can share their experiences and expertise. · Provide coordination support for the delivery of our Learning Disability and Sport workshop in terms of bookings, liaising with tutors, co-trainers, attendees and capturing impact.
· Lead on our communications plan by creating content and promoting our work both internally and externally across various communication channels.
· Monitor our sports inbox and respond to general enquiry emails.
· Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes, including data analysis, capturing learnings and creating case studies.
· Support the team with other responsibilities relevant to the role that may not be listed above.
What We Are Looking For
· Experience of supporting projects in community, health, physical activity, or disability settings.
· Understanding of the barriers people with a learning disability face in accessing physical activity.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational and time management abilities.
· Confident using Microsoft Office and online meeting tools.
· Comfortable working by yourself and as part of a remote team.
· Willingness to travel to support our work in communities across England.
