At Ambitious about Autism we're currently looking for a Prospect Research Lead to join our team.
You will be critical in strategically driving our growth, improving practices and increasing efficiency, through guiding and supporting colleagues across the fundraising department. You will work particularly closely with the Major Donor, Trusts and Foundations and Corporate Teams to help grow pipelines and bring to the forefront the most exciting opportunities.
You'll develop processes and tools relating to prospect research, such as pipeline management and prospect propensity evaluations. You'll also lead regular pipeline review meetings to support, guide and motivate fundraisers to drive movement through pipelines.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience of identifying and qualifying potential new major donors, trusts, senior volunteers and corporates, resulting in further income for the organisation
- Proven experience in communicating effectively and presenting data, information, trends and recommendations effectively with a wide range of audiences
- Experience of forming, maintaining and growing working relationships and ability to influence and persuade
- An understanding of trends and developments across the high value fundraising sector, as well as prospect research

Prostate Cancer UK are launching the most ambitious fundraising appeal in our history, and we’re looking for a brilliant Appeal Manager to help make it happen. In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of the campaign, working closely with the Head of Appeal to keep everything on track and running smoothly. About the role:
As a Service Delivery Assistant you will be:
- Supporting the Domestic Abuse Service Manager to provide a high quality and responsive administrative function for the Ashraya male victims service

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only patient-led organisation in the UK specialising in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES STRONG BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE WITHIN A SIMILAR ROLE.
1. Main Purpose of Job
To drive referrals to and use of, NRAS services from NHS relationships across the UK.
Identify, build and maintain relationships with Rheumatology and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure relevant healthcare professionals are aware of the support that NRAS provides to people with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Adult Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis.
To work with those healthcare professionals to maximise uptake of their referrals to our services.

About the Role:
As Fundraising Manager, you will support the Director of Fundraising in implementing our charity's strategy across trusts & foundations and corporate fundraising. It oversees our helpline and online advice services, develops trusted information resources and digital content, coordinates peer support and volunteering opportunities, and runs services designed to help carers feel recognised, supported and connected.
About the role
In this role, you will help deliver high-quality support to unpaid carers by coordinating key elements of our advice and information services. You will manage a small team of freelance advisers, maintain oversight of our helpline provision, and ensure that the support carers receive is accurate, timely, and empathetic. You will also lead online information and peer-support sessions for carers, contribute to the development of helpful resources, and use data and feedback to inform service improvements. The role includes a safeguarding element, supporting the identification and appropriate response to any concerns. Experience in advice services would be an advantage, but we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a strong commitment to making a difference for carers.
About you
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in communicating clearly and empathetically. You will have excellent planning skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service. You may have experience coordinating people or services and ideally some familiarity with advice provision, helpline delivery, or the wider social care or welfare landscape - although this is not essential. You are comfortable working with data to support service improvement, understand the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality, and are motivated by making a positive impact on the lives of unpaid carers.
