We're looking for an efficient, friendly Volunteer Co-ordinator to join our award-winning charity.  The team is based at our busy community centre from where it offers a range of services from community meals, art classes to gardening services and digital support.  We support older and disabled people living in Fulham, London.  Much of our work is delivered by volunteers, so this post is critical to our service delivery. You will recruit, induct, and coordinate volunteers; including leading our Good Neighbours Scheme and Befriending Scheme and supporting the recruitment for all other projects. 

About you: You will have experience of volunteering and in coordinating volunteers or staff, and have strong organisational and communication skills. You will be pro-active and diligent and able to solve problems as they arise. Governance Administration Assistant

The Governance Team at KCLSU are looking for an Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact for our student groups booking visiting speakers, as well as carrying out general administration support in our governance function and the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities include; 

• Processing the Visiting Speaker Risk Assessment Procedure for low and medium level risk events ensuring compliance with the Visiting Speaker Procedure 
• Processing Joint Risk Assessments between KCLSU and KCL for Visiting Speakers, including liaising with Kings Venues.
• Being a point of contact for Student Groups regarding Visiting Speakers.
• Organising meetings with Student Groups in support of developing informative spaces for students to understand the Visiting Speakers process
• Maintaining and develop data analysis related to Visiting Speaker events for reporting purposes

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our friendly team. We seek someone who feels passionately about our mission, to help us to drive income and ensure Success Club can continue to change lives, by building strong engagement with our donors and fundraisers. Our full-time Coach-Mentors work daily in schools in high-deprivation areas, significantly improving attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and life skills. Our Greenhouse Centre (re-opening in Autumn 2025 following refurbishment) provides year-round sport, mentoring and outreach for young people and communities who need it most.

The Deputy Director of Fundraising is a new role, as we work towards a step-change in income growth. The team currently generates £4m annually from major donors, trusts, institutions and businesses, plus an impressive array of special events raising an additional £1m per year. We know there is potential for more, and this role will drive forward a new strategy to help even more young people have a fair chance in life.

Purpose of the Role  

To coordinate Imkaan’s engagement with parliamentary spaces, campaigns, and influencing work. The postholder will support the organisation’s advocacy strategies, develop political communications, and strengthen relationships with policymakers, stakeholders, and the media to further the rights and recognition of Black and Minoritised women and girls affected by violence.  
The Parliamentary and Campaigns Coordinator will lead Imkaan’s parliamentary engagement and campaigning activity, ensuring the voices and experiences of Black and Minoritised women and girls are heard at the highest levels of decision-making. 

You will build relationships with MPs, peers, parliamentary committees, and government departments, track legislation and policy developments, and coordinate public campaigns to influence change. You will also work closely with Imkaan’s members to support grassroots mobilisation and bring frontline voices into national conversations. 

This is a strategic and creative role for someone with strong political instincts, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to justice for Black and Minoritised women and girls. 

 Key Responsibilities  

1) Campaign Strategy and Development 

• Support the design and delivery of evidence-based campaigns aligned with Imkaan’s strategic priorities.

Role Overview:
We are delighted to be supporting a well-established, community-focused organisation in their search for a Community Fundraising & Partnerships Coordinator on a 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to play a key role in strengthening local partnerships and driving community engagement.

About the role

We are seeking a Substance Misuse Worker who has a specialism in mental health and substance use to join our team in Catford. You will be based within a 24 hour service which provides enhanced rehabilitation support to adults who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health, who would benefit from an intensive rehabilitation and recovery-focused approach. Within this role, you will provide specialist knowledge and experience to support the wider team and residents to help them to overcome their personal barriers.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills. You will be a specialist in comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of your duties will include:

• Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.
• Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.
• Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.
• Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.
• Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning. 

About you

We are looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with experience in interventions, and in a similar role. Qualifications are desirable if paired with practical experience which is relevant to this role. We look at individual characteristics with the ability to engage with various people who may not want to receive the support, able to build trusting professional relationships, and able to demonstrate resilience, solve challenges, and be proactive.
