The supporter relations and engagement manager leads the development and delivery of the charity's engagement and supporter relations strategy across all fundraising programmes, driving meaningful connections with donors of all types. Using data insights to enhance the supporter experience, they ensure exemplary stewardship regardless of how or how much supporters give. They proactively engage diverse stakeholder groups, build strong relationships, and relaunch the volunteer engagement programme to deepen in-person connections with patients. With excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for the cause, they manage a supporter relations and engagement officer and work collaboratively across the Moorfields family to maximise impact and cross-working opportunities.

The selected candidate will have significant experience of working with supporters and donors and will have a thorough detailed knowledge of the voluntary sector. You will have experience and/ or understanding of supporter audiences across the breadth of fundraising programmes. You will have substantial experience of data management and segmentation with a strong understanding of how to use CRM data to inform and improve supporter relations and engagement.

What you will deliver:

An exemplary and growing Patrons programme: Working closely with existing Patrons you will ensure Patrons are connected to and involved in the life of the Cathedral, and develop and implement a Patrons development programme. Increased visitor and individual donations: Through creative ways of telling the story, developing a compelling case for support and working to develop volunteer confidence, you will increase the average donation per visitor and grow individual donations. We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Partnerships Account Manager to join our busy and friendly fundraising team.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of exciting partnerships—including Omaze and HSBC UK—and play a key part in delivering income, impact, and long-term value.

As our Partnerships Account Manager, Key responsibilities:

• Managing and growing key corporate and funding partnerships

• Ensuring partnerships are delivered, renewed, and where possible expanded

• Leading on partner communications, reporting, and invoicing

• Collaborating across departments to meet partnership objectives

• Maintaining accurate CRM records (we use RENxt)

• Representing the Scouts at meetings, events, and networking opportunities

What we are looking for in our Partnership Account Manager:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience managing corporate or funding partnerships

• Proven ability to deliver targets in a fundraising or commercial setting

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Major Gifts and Partnerships, you will develop and deliver the major donor strategy.

You will source, research and approach HNWIs throughout the catchment area and in the city or those who may have a connection to the area.

Research, produce and implement an influencer programme that drives the performance of the income generating team.

Be responsible for managing planning and managing HNW events in line with the Major Gifts strategy.

Provide the high quality account management and stewardship, enhancing mutual benefits, maximising income generating opportunities and creating enduring partnerships

Research, develop and introduce new income generating products for HNWI's whilst driving the performance of existing products. Eg, The Patrons Circle, The Big Ball etc.

There is no line management responsibility.

The Candidate
Ability to manage high profile people and accounts and act with due diligence and a high degree of professionalism.

Proven ability to research and analyse potential new VIPs and donors and plan and implement acquisition strategies.

Ability and experience to plan a broad range of complex activities and programmes with significant attention to detail.

Have access to own transport to travel to events, meetings, etc
