Housing Plus is a small established organisation based in North West London providing supported accommodation for young people aged 16-18 in and leaving care. We have a small, dynamic and diverse staff team who provide support to our young people across three houses where they live while they are supported to develop the skills they need to leave care and live more independently.
We are looking for a PA/ Office Manager-team administrator who is highly motivated to support the organisation. It is a varied role and no two days will be the same! Additionally the role involves supporting the CRS/charity work in Brent Schools Football, which is something Housing Plus has supported for many years.
You will need to have strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, a problem solving and “can do” attitude, a degree of flexibility and be an all-round team player. You will have some contact with the young people and will need to be supportive, understanding and sensitive to their needs.
Main Duties:

The role
The Customer Support Executive role is responsible for assisting both internal and external stakeholders through out every action taken. This role is required to have in depth knowledge of all FareShare Go, and FareShare Uk’s policies and procedures, our various systems and platforms, excellent communication and analytical skills and a can-do attitude. The Customer Support Executive is the face of FareShare to our partner organisations, answering inbound queries to identify not only the issue but the root cause of the problem, and are responsible for seeing this through until the underlying cause has either been resolved or escalated to a stakeholder to investigate. This role goes beyond looking at these issues on a case-by-case basis, being responsible for highlighting trends across the issues that come across the support teams' desk to identify overarching themes and suggesting improvements to address these. Relationship management underpins every action carried out throughout the day, be it customer, stakeholder, or colleague facing to ensure that we are providing the best possible service we can. Resolving support issues

Job purpose
This is a pivotal senior administration role in a charity that is passionate about making a difference to the veterinary care that animals receive. You’ll be working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, with the trustee board and with all members of the staff team of about 20 people. About the role:
Kinship is in our third year of delivering the first national peer support service for kinship carers in England. We are looking for a new Associate Director of Peer Support and Community to build and develop our model and to take the team to the next phase of growth and impact.
Your first priority will be to oversee delivery of the Department for Education national Peer Support Service contract in England. You will lead the development of our hub and spoke model, with an enhanced offer of national resources and support together with a continued focus on on-the-ground support for kinship carers to set up and sustain a network of peer support groups. You will ensure all members of the team have clarity and are empowered to meet new targets and ways of working.
The role will also lead on the strategic development of peer support approaches in Wales (for which we are seeking funding), ensuring innovation and good practice is shared across the nations.
Kinship peer support groups are powerful levers for change in local, regional and national ecosystems. Your team will ensure that every kinship carer in England and Wales has access to a peer support group, or support to set up and create their own. The team will be purposeful about offering developmental support to all kinship peer support groups, including independent groups, ensuring they remain or become sustainable. And that they have resources, training and peer networks to support this.
Reflecting our strategic focus on developing our Kinship Community of more than 10,000 kinship carers across England and Wales, you will lead a new community strategy, co-ordinating the development of opportunities for community connection and community power. This will include taking leadership for developing the Kinship model of community engagement and integrating across all our ‘in person’ and digital services and activities.
You will ensure a collaborative approach with services, alignment with national and local campaigning activity, and work closely with marketing and communications colleagues to support kinship carer reach and engagement with our community offer.

Your new role
You will be responsible providing the utmost support to the Head of Finance and the wider Senior Leadership Team with diary management, minute-taking, board and council meetings, travel logistics and complex inbox management.
You will also be the point of contact for various teams like the facilities team, HR team, finance team and general building management to ensure everything runs smoothly within the office.
As the Executive Assistant and Office Manager, your duty is to support multiple individuals with a main focus on the Head of Finance.
Main scope of the role
- Administrative support to the Executive Directors
- Office Support and Management
- Council and Meetings Support.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Act as facilities manager for the office dealing with items such as telephone system, copier franking machine, furniture etc.
- Manage office cover and handling of inbound telephone calls.
- Manage incoming post - involves reading and acting on all incoming post. Once done go through and action with Executives.
- Manage any office moves.
- Maintenance of diaries - self-explanatory but often complex because of number of officers and entities.
- Arranging travel & itineraries - trips around the UK for Executive Directors.
- Confidential work for the Executive Directors.
- Assist in compiling agendas and reports for all Council meetings.
- Organise Council and other Committee meetings and meetings with Government bodies and other ad-hoc meetings.
- Taking minutes for Council meetings.
- Support the election administration - involves ensuring those voting are allowed to vote and those retiring by rotation have the opportunity to stand again, collation of attendance records and other administrative matters.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Executive department of Samaritan’s Purse International (SPI) and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), supporting the Executive Director (ED) and wider Senior Management Team (SMT). The role is part time (21 hours per week) and based from our head office in Coventry.

Duties will include:

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE SLT
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time (21-28 hours per week). Additional hours may sometime be required, particularly for Trustee meetings, and can be taken as Time Off In Lieu.
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the SLT will facilitate all the charity’s governance requirements.
