As Research Involvement Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading a programme of patient and public involvement in research, a core component of our charity wide involvement strategy.
This role will ensure that our research strategy and funding programme is shaped by the priorities and needs of people affected by blood cancer. You’ll review and refine our processes to ensure they are in line with sector best practice and that they meet the needs of our community of people affected by blood cancer. You’ll also work to support the involvement of people affected by blood cancer in external research and strategic projects across the UK. We’re looking for an Income Processing Executive to join our Data Import Team. This role who will be vital in ensuring our regular giving income continues to grow and help to fund our research to stop prostate cancer killing men.
You’ll be responsible for the day to day running and upkeep of our regular giving customers’ details in our CRM, and for the preparation and submission of weekly payment files to our payment partner. This requires handling data effectively, promptly and above all accurately in line with our business priorities while ensuring best practice and compliance.
You’ll proactively engage regularly with other teams ensuring that our supporters are given an excellent service, that meets the business objectives of Prostate Cancer UK.
This role will take responsibility for checking that incoming data matches uploaded data, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and adjust gift data in our CRM, Raiser’s Edge, when required.

- Support the setting of the charity’s fundraising targets through the research and review of both external and internal fundraising activities.

- Participate fully in the generation of fundraising ideas and activity selection.

Tearfund is looking for a Senior Legacy Marketing Officer to increase awareness of the opportunity to leave a gift and inspire supporters to take up this opportunity. This role also has responsibility for developing Tearfund's In Memory Giving offer and growing the number and value of these donations.

We are looking for a candidate who:
- has strong knowledge of fundraising or marketing principles and can apply these to Tearfund's legacy programme
- has a clear interest and passion for legacy fundraising, committed to seeing this area of fundraising grow and develop as an engagement opportunity and income stream
- is able to create and implement a marketing plan that uses resources effectively to achieve agreed legacy fundraising outcomes (e.g. increased reach, awareness, enquiries and pledgers)
- Can lead and motivate other marketing professionals assigned on an agile basis to work on legacy and in memory projects

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the new Executive Assistant will provide support to the CEO to help plan their workload and operate more effectively. The postholder will help to establish and develop the EA role, facilitating the setup of efficient processes and systems. The successful candidate will support with day-to-day administrative tasks, including diary management (including preparation and travel arrangements) and acting as the main point of contact for key Chief Executive relationships.
To be successful, you will be an experienced Executive Assistant, with excellent administrative skills, and knowledge of working in a smaller organisation. You will be a flexible and energetic candidate, with an ability to develop and solidify effective systems and processes in a new role. You will have excellent organisation, able to manage to timescales and reprioritise diaries when needed. You will be personable, with excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable acting as the main point for key external relationships.
