Job description

Hours Per Week: 37.5

South East London Mind are working in partnership with South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) to deliver a Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT) for Lewisham.

The integrated team provide support to people with long-term mental health problems within a primary care setting, helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.

We are looking for a full time Mental Health Advisor to work alongside SLaM colleagues to deliver this service. As part of an effective Information Advice and Guidance team you will have the caseload management experience and skills to deliver focused, person-centred, individual support and IAG (Information and Guidance) on a wide range of social issues including housing, benefits, employment, socialising, liaising appropriately with specialists and professionals.

Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced level Disclosure and Barring Service check
