You’ll oversee vital services such as building maintenance, catering, housekeeping, utilities, and communications - ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
This role offers 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with salary between £51,585 per annum.

What you will be doing:
- Lead, coordinate and plan core services, including maintenance, waste disposal, catering, and housekeeping.
- Manage contractors and oversee project delivery to ensure high standards and value for money.
- Collaborate with the Senior Care Home Management Team and the Commercial Team to source consistent suppliers, supporting procurement and tender processes.
- Develop and implement rolling plans for equipment upgrades, ensuring value and compliance.
- Work with your teams to plan and deliver a high quality customer service and dining experience.
What we re looking for:
- Level 3 qualifications (or equivalent experience) in: Facilities Management (BIFM) and/or Housekeeping or Hospitality Management
- A diploma in Management Studies (or willingness to work towards)
- Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to work towards)
- Strong management experience in a fast-paced, service-led setting (e.g. schools, hospitals)
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and drive continuous improvement
- Experience handling incidents, complaints, and writing formal reports
- A passion for delivering high-quality services that support the well-being of others
- You may also have Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, RGN (Adults) qualification and/or training in audit or quality improvement.

Responsibilities
- Collaborative Strategy Execution: Works closely with the UK Managing Director, incorporating programmatic priorities for developing key funding partnerships, to align and execute the trusts and foundations fundraising strategy.
- Strategic Growth & Income Diversification: Supports the development of and executes a growth strategy to increase trust and foundation income, leveraging both existing and new opportunities, including institutional fundraising and government funding where relevant.
- Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Proactively identifies, researches, and cultivates new trust and foundation prospects to expand the current portfolio and drive significant new revenue growth in alignment with fundraising targets.
- Relationship Management & Stewardship: Establishes, nurtures, and manages strong relationships with trust and foundation donors, ensuring tailored engagement, timely reporting, and strategic alignment with donor priorities to maximize long-term support.
- Proposal & Fund Development: Leads the development and submission of compelling funding proposals to generate revenue, while ensuring collaboration with the global proposal development enablement function for high-value (£100k+) opportunities. Edits concepts, proposals, pitch decks and stewardships materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with WBR’s global Development & Marcomm and proposal development team to source insights, data, and programmatic information that strengthen proposals and enhance donor engagement, ensuring UK efforts align with international fundraising strategies.

The Festivals & Events Producer curates and executes a range of Symphony experiences—from intimate worship nights to large-scale gatherings like “Tribe: Festival of Hope.” You’ll balance creative vision with logistical precision to produce memorable events that highlight the talents of Black, Brown, and LGBTQ+ communities.
> Key Responsibilities
• Event Curation & Production
• Develop concepts, run-of-show, and themes for festivals, conferences, and special events.
