The Senior Supporter Care and Campaigns Manager leads how Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis inspires, engages and grows income from supporters overtime. This role ensures that campaign planning, donor insight and supporter journeys are methodically planned, purposeful and income driven. It brings together storytelling, data, stewardship and timing to retain supporters, create deeper connections with our audience and maximise giving.

The postholder will lead a proactive, organisationwide annual campaign calendar, driving alignment between fundraising and communications, and ensuring APF invites supporters into meaningful opportunities to give throughout the year.

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individual to join the Stroke Recovery Service across Birmingham and Solihull.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.

Position: S11327 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, Birmingham and Solihull. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings and other work-related meetings)

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week

Salary: Circa £16,400 per annum (FTE circa £27,435 per annum)

Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2026. Services are contracted.  Continued funding is subject to future contract renewals and cannot be guaranteed

The Role

Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the coordinator will work with the local Health and Social Care services to receive referrals and support stroke survivors and their carers. As a coordinator you will provide personalised information, advice and support with regular reviews throughout.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working with the local Health and Social services to receive referrals to support stroke survivors and their careers.
• Providing personalised information, advice and support to address any needs identified.
• Completing Needs Assessments with stroke survivors and supporting them to develop a stroke recovery plan.

About You

The post holder will:

• Have a background in a caring and/or charity profession supporting people with disabilities.
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions.

Being a Distribution Store Manager means that you will be dealing with high volumes of donations in to the store. Working with your team, you will ensure the stock is checked and ready to distribute out to other retail stores across England, as well as managing the day to day running of the busy Normanton Drive store.

In this role you will: 

· Help develop in store systems and promote donations and sales to maximise profits

The Community, Events and Education team manages and delivers a diverse portfolio of fundraising and engagement activity ranging from challenge events, our partnership with Glastonbury festival to community fundraising, our volunteer Speaker Network and education engagement. The Special Events team is responsible for the management and delivery of unique festivals partnerships and special events.

About the role

As our Special Events Logistics Officer you will support on operations and logistics across all of WaterAid’s festival and special events projects and work closely with the festivals project team to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Manage, with support from the Special Events Manager – Partnerships and Operations on the delivery of all event logistics and operational plans for all our festival activity, including onsite operations, equipment management, schedules, logistics and onsite delivery.
• Manage, with support from the Special Events Manager – Partnerships and Operations, all operations and processes around merchandise and stock management at festivals.
• Develop and create risk assessments and support with incident management planning for all areas of our onsite events activity.
• Provide support on project management and delivery of other non-festival special events. 
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• Experience of working on large scale events, preferably at multi-day events/festivals.
• Proven experience of event operations and delivery and logistics management.
• Experience of managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of leading or working with volunteers.
• Enthusiasm, a positive and proactive approach to work and the ability to work under own initiative and collaboratively as part of teams.

Keychange is a Christian charity with over 100 years of experience supporting people facing vulnerability. Today, we provide specialist housing for women and young people experiencing homelessness, alongside residential care for older people across the South and Southwest of England.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our specialist women’s homelessness service, Wayside Community in Reigate. This community is a 19 bed, 24-7 supported housing for women experiencing homelessness. About the Role
The Deputy Manager plays a key role in the leadership of Wayside Community, supporting the Women’s Homelessness Lead in the day-to-day running and development of the service.

• Assisting the Women’s Homelessness Lead in Surrey in ensuring the smooth daily running of the Service at all times and deputising in her absence for all matters relating to the management of the Service.
• Ensure that Wayside Community complies with all statutory regulations relating to supported housing, health and safety, fire precautions etc.
• Working with the Women’s Homelessness Lead to develop performance targets and quality control measures for the benefit of the team, and monitoring team members’ work to ensure that these are met.
