Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Hybrid Working with a requirement to occasionally work at Head Office (Vauxhall, London) and visit our Refuge sites.
Salary: £49,538.49 per annum (Inclusive of £3000 London Weighting, which may not be applicable depending on your home location)
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Property Manager to provide high quality support which will give our survivors of domestic violence and their children living in our refuges a safer environment to live.
We are recruiting for a Property Manager to join our growing Property team, we are looking for a committed and knowledgeable person to lead our property asset management. This is an opportunity to support women and children facing multiple barriers to safety and recovery, including survivors with insecure immigration status, experiences of homelessness or substance misuse.
You will provide leadership in day-to-day service delivery, ensuring high standards of property management. You will oversee a portfolio of property for programme of works, lease and contract management and create a contractor supplier database.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in property and contractor management who wants to make a difference for our survivors. You will be supported to develop your knowledge and skills with training and development opportunities.

You should be confident in your ability to prospect new partnerships and, utilising your previous knowledge and experience, you will lead on identifying and creating a pipeline of corporate partners to contact, whose values and strategic objectives clearly align to TCV.
As a key member of the corporate team, you must be confident in your ability to communicate our case for support, ensuring your proposals are compelling, well thought out and deliver value and impact for both our corporate partners and TCV.

Complex Needs Practitioner Location: High Wycombe , Buckinghamshire Salary: £27,341 – £29,500 per annum You have an understanding of drug, alcohol, and health related issues, and experience of working with adults in an addictions, housing or social care setting? All you need is the perfect environment to put your skills to great use. Welcome to Aquarius as a Complex Needs Practitioner (Recovery Worker). Aquarius is a charity that helps people and communities overcome the harm caused by alcohol, drugs and gambling. We are part of ‘One Recovery Buckinghamshire’ (ORB), a partnership between Inclusion (MPFT NHS Trust), Aquarius, and Build on Belief providing support for alcohol and drug issues across Buckinghamshire. The purpose of the role is to engage people in a variety of interventions, using a person centred approach, empowering them to reduce risk, increase resilience and achieve positive outcomes. All Complex Needs Practitioners (Recovery Worker) work flexibly across the community and within our multi-agency partnership settings. The caseload will include a mixture of community and multi-agency referral pathways including health and social care. You will join our caring multi-disciplinary teams, to help empower you to provide quality psychosocial interventions to our diverse client groups. A core part of the role will be working with people to address holistic support needs across all aspects of the person’s substance use and wellbeing. This could include diverse work related to physical and emotional health, meaningful use of time, family and relationships, community engagement and activities, accommodation, physical and emotional health, offending as well as substance use (drug use and / or alcohol use). An energetic and confident self-starter, you have a qualification in health/social care, youth and community work (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies). Alternatively, we’ll consider candidates with experience of working in the substance misuse field with a commitment to complete NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care. Experience of liaising with voluntary and statutory agencies and health professionals and engaging effectively with clients in a variety of settings is essential. You’ll also need a flexible approach, excellent record keeping and report writing skills and a willingness to work flexibly across the community and within our multi-agency partnership settings, on an outreach basis, with a central hub base at our head office. About us: Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and ‘rehearse’ for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. Throughout, we enable young people to explore their choices, rights and expectations in relationships and to recognise the early warning signs of abuse.
About the role: This is an exciting time for Tender, with both the demand for and reach of our work expanding significantly in recent years. To support this expansion, we are recruiting for a Projects Coordinator to join the London and South East team. Working closely with the Programmes Manager and other Projects Coordinators, the postholder will develop, coordinate, and evaluate impactful projects aimed at promoting healthy relationships amongst children and young people in primary, secondary and specialist schools and settings across London and the South East. This a hybrid role, with some days working from home and some from our London office.
What you will be doing: This role combines hands-on project coordination with oversight of project targets, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are planned and delivered smoothly, communicating regularly with settings and the facilitators delivering the workshops; ensuring projects are properly recorded, monitored, and evaluated.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery of Tender’s creative education programmes for children and young people in London schools and specialist settings.
- Develop strong relationships with teachers, facilitators, and partner organisations to support effective project delivery.
- Monitor impact and share learning to ensure continuous improvement and meaningful outcomes.
Essential requirements:
- Understanding of the violence against women and girls’ sector and current and developing policy and practice in preventing VAWG
- Proficiency in office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience of building and maintaining successful relationships with partners across corporate, public, and third sectors
- Ability to coordinate complex projects involving a range of internal and external stakeholders
