This largely home-based role is based in the Regional Corporate Partnerships team, which is one of the longest established, regionally based corporate teams in the third sector, with a track record of working with some of the largest and most dynamic businesses in the country.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager – Midlands, you’ll be supported by the Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager (your line manager) and work alongside two Corporate Partnership Managers overseen by Head of Regional Corporate Partnerships. You will manage a varied and exciting portfolio of new and long-standing partners across the Midlands, including supporting on a 7-figure partnership (focused primarily on Midlands region). You will also focus on identifying, developing and winning new corporate support through Charity of the Year, commercial and strategic opportunities.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager – Midlands, you will:
- Support the corporate fundraising team in your region conveying regional expertise and corporate partnerships knowledge to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaboratively and creatively work towards a corporate partnership team target of c.£200k
- Develop a fully researched and engaged prospect pipeline of five and six figure future corporate supporters
- Play a key role in maximising income for the NSPCC from existing commercial partnerships and relationships and ensuring the highest standard of proactive support and development
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience of account/partnership management or new business within the third or commercial sector
- Success in developing and securing relationships to achieve results within a fundraising, sales or marketing environment
- Ability to deliver results as set out in a team or departmental plan
- An outgoing, confident individual, who can work on their own initiative and is achievement and results orientated
- You may come from Events, Community or a similar type of relationship management role

Safe Passage International (SPI) is recruiting an International Operations Manager to support continuing and sustainable growth in our ground-breaking work to ensure that safe routes to sanctuary exist for all people seeking asylum and that their right to protection is upheld.
You will join a dynamic Operations Team that works hard to ensure seamless operations that empower field and front-line staff to achieve the highest impact possible for the people we work with. The team’s responsibilities include people management, compliance, governance, participation, safeguarding, systems, MEAL, wellbeing, diversity, representation, and inclusion. We work across all SPI entities in the UK, Greece, and France, as well as projects operating in other locations, including Poland.

The International Operations Manager will have a primary focus on day-to-day operations and human resources management. We help individuals find paid employment or return to work after a period of ill health. We also assist employers and employees to successfully resolve mental health problems and other health issues in the workplace. But, it’s only possible with the help of people like you.

Day to day, you’ll offer support to individuals who are suffering with mental ill health and other chronic health conditions, offering careers advice and guidance, helping people to set their own recovery and employment focused goals and provide training in personal and skills development such as CV preparation and interview techniques. You’ll also be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive links with Primary care providers, clinical teams, partner organisations, local employers and other relevant agencies and have the initiative to develop and promote the service. Additionally, you will have responsibility for maintaining efficient admin systems to ensure referrals, assessments and reviews are completed in a timely manner.
As well as a good understanding of the IPS model of working, mental and physical health problems and the issues and barriers this can create for our clients, you’ll need excellent motivational, presentation and listening skills and a willingness to travel in the local area and to work outside of office hours as required. Excellent organisational and time management skills are required, as well as the ability to prioritise workload and be flexible to the demands of this ever changing role.
There are 10 roles available which are based in Woking. The post-holder will be required to be a car driver.

About the Service
The Solace’s Bexley refuge is a pan London provision working with women and their children who have fled domestic abuse. Our Bexley refuge provides high quality trauma informed support, crisis intervention and accommodation to women and children. You will be responsible for three refuges across the London borough of Bexley and the line management of a small team of specialist workers.
About the Role
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our refuge services in Bexley. As the service manager, you will be leading on Solace’s response to women fleeing domestic abuse in Bexley. You will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of our Bexley refuge provision
- The development and maintenance of effective relationships with colleagues and a range of stakeholders
- Hold line management responsibility for a small specialist team providing holistic support to survivors of domestic abuse.
About You
We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills with a commitment to keeping survivors at the centre of service delivery whilst also delivering on service targets. You will have a passion for ending male violence against women and girls (MVAWG) as well as a thorough understanding of MVAWG and experience of refuge service provision and resettlement pathways.
