Main Responsibilities:

• To work closely with MHR, HR Team and consultants to ensure that tasks are scheduled and completed to meet project timelines.
• To co-ordinate work with HR and Payroll colleagues to ensure all relevant payroll processes are captured, reviewed, and, where necessary or appropriate, changed to ensure they are fit for purpose with the new system.
• To be responsible and manage the configuration of the new modules, working with HR and Payroll colleagues, MHR and other consultants to ensure that it is configured to Family Action’s requirements and that the rationale and effects of our chosen configuration is clearly documented.
• To work alongside the HR Systems and Operation Managers to ensure that the HR and Payroll teams are trained and supported in the effective use of the system as pertains to their roles.
• To be responsible and manage user testing of the new system and any parallel runs as part of the implementation process.
• To act as the Payroll System Administrator for iTrent, taking the lead on technical functionality and expertise and liaising with MHR as required for technical solutions.
• To support the Payroll team with other ad hoc duties, as may be required for running an effective and efficient payroll system.

• CIPP qualified or significant experience working in Payroll in a Payroll  Manager or payroll system development and implementation role

About the role

At St Mungo’s, our Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams (No Second Night Out and Somewhere Safe to Stay, Rough Sleeping Prevention Project) provide rapid response services to ensure no one has to sleep rough. Our work is ongoing, and we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated people to join our Pan London Assessment Hub and Staging Post Accommodation.

As a Rough Sleeping Hub Assistant (internally referred to as Hub Assistant), you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, welcoming, and efficient daily operations of the service. Working alongside your team, you will: 

• Provide essential support and guidance to clients. 

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. 

• Help coordinate health and safety measures within the service.

About the role:

We work within a coordinated partnership response to violence against women and girls as part of the Angelou Partnership. Within the partnership ADVANCE provides independent domestic abuse advocacy and support for women, children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse.

The IDVA will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy, and support service to ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process specialising in working with clients at high risk. They will work within the team to make proactive contact and provide high quality advocacy and support based upon a client led needs and risk assessment to women from aged 13, focusing on working with those aged 18 and over who access the domestic abuse service. They will advise women on criminal justice and civil remedies and related matters, support women to attend court where necessary, and coordinate the provision of multi-agency support. Part of the role will to be to establish positive, proactive, and innovative working relationships with services providing services to clients and partner agencies within the Angelou Partnership. As a Core IDVA will work across the boroughs mentioned above, under the guidance of the team leaders and project manager.

To be successful as the Core IDVA you will need the below experience and skills:

To be successful as a Core IDVA, you’ll need to have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children and of best practice within the domestic abuse sector. As an experienced domestic abuse advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, you will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. Experience of direct work with female survivors of domestic abuse, of supporting women involved in mental health services, and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision.

As a Digital Content Editor, you'll support the work of the British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) content team(s) across BHF. You’ll aid the work of the content design and production team. From helping us to understand user needs and conduct content audits, through to approving and publishing effective and engaging content.

Day to day you’ll work collaboratively with different website editors, reviewing content for quality control in our CMS, improving processes and guidelines, and working independently to identify user issues and needs. You'll also support the content team by providing administrative resource across the team’s content creation and migration projects and workflows.

About you
