The Role: Family Services Manager

As our Family Services Manager, you will provide operational and strategic oversight of all service delivery at Home-Start Lambeth. You will be instrumental in ensuring our services deliver real value to the families we support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Leadership: Oversee and develop service delivery, ensuring strategic and operational priorities are met.
• Team Management: Line manage and support our dedicated Family Coordinators and Volunteering Officer, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Project and Performance Management: Lead on project management, performance management, and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements, including safeguarding.
• Safeguarding and Compliance: Promote children's welfare and ensure compliance with safeguarding best practice.
• Volunteer Engagement: Work closely with our Volunteering Officer to maximise the effectiveness of our brilliant volunteers.
• Partnership Working: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external partners to enhance awareness and reach of Home-Start Lambeth's services
• Reporting and Evaluation: Contribute to developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to demonstrate the impact of our work.

What we are looking for:

• A high standard of education (BA/BSC, degree apprenticeship, level 6 qualification)
• Direct experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven project management, staff line management (including performance management), and service management experience.
• A strong working knowledge of the needs of families with children under five, and current legislation and policies relating to children and families.
• A deep commitment to good safeguarding practice and professional confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A positive, creative, and organised approach to your work.

Desirable, but not essential:

• Relevant professional training (e.g., health visitor, teacher, social worker).
• Experience working with survivors of domestic abuse.
• Experience of developing and delivering training.
• Knowledge of Lambeth and local children's support services.

Salary: £37,000 FTE pro rata (actual salary £22,200 p.a.)

• Research and identify opportunities, write proposals and secure five- and six-figure major gifts from a diverse and sustainable base of major givers from the these income streams.
• Provide excellent cultivation of prospects to produce committed, long-term donors.
• Manage existing partnerships and donors to a high standard.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General

• Work closely with the Global Specialist in Major Giving and the other Major Giving Officer to further develop major giving as a sustainable income stream in the UK, including launching and running a Capital Campaign.
• Manage data relevant to your role, keeping our database (CRM) up to date and accurate, and mining it for new prospects.
• Build your knowledge of the wide range of our work – both thematically and geographically – so you can communicate and present with expertise to donors and prospects.
• Attend relevant networking groups, external events and meetings to make contacts and represent HI UK.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of high-quality cultivation events for prospects and donors.
• Any other activities commensurate with the level of the post, as may be required.

Trusts, foundations and high net-worth individuals

• Update existing research and carry out new research to find our top trust, foundation and high net-worth individual prospects, prioritising six-figure and multi-year donors.
• Connect directly with targeted prospects through networks, introductions and events.
• Build relationships with prospects through personalised communications: face to face, on the phone and written.
• Deliver excellent relationship-management to existing partners and donors to ensure loyalty and year-on-year renewal.
• Produce high-quality and engaging proposals and presentations for meetings with prospects and donors. 
• Write and submit approximately two high-quality proposals per month for five- or six-figure sums (multi-year donations preferable) from targeted trusts and foundations.
• Source information about each project’s impact and write and submit regular reports according to the agreement with each partner organisation or individual.
• Ethically screen our prospects, in line with our ethical standards and processes.
• Liaise with the Federal fundraising team in Lyon for project content.

Other duties

• Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with HI UK colleagues, the Federal fundraising and communication teams, and Major Giving counterparts in other HI national associations in Europe and North America.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and high standards.
• Keep up to date and adhere to any changes in legislation, regulatory procedures, innovation, best practice and industry standards in relation to private fundraising.
• Any other activities commensurate with the level of the post, as may be required by the Global Specialist in Major Giving.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Communications and Events Coordinator lead the development and delivery of Khulisa’s communications strategy and key campaigns, designed to engage our supporters, stakeholders, and the wider UK public.

About Khulisa: 

Khulisa, meaning 'nurture' in the Zulu language of South Africa, is an award-winning charity dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young people. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk – young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime.

Our approach centres on safe, exploratory methods that aim to understand behaviour and experiences often rooted in trauma, abuse, and neglect. We deliver intensive therapeutic programs within educational and community settings, empowering young people to confront the underlying causes of their emotional distress and work toward healing. To create lasting, sustainable change, we also work to establish trauma-informed environments around young people by equipping parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals with the tools they need to offer effective, supportive care. Currently, our services are active in London and Manchester. 

About the role: 

This role will be a key part of helping to raise awareness of Khulisa’s mission and the issues we address, strengthening support for our programmes. The postholders will also take ownership of planning and delivering all Khulisa events, ensuring they are impactful and well-executed.

• Develop and deliver Khulisa’s Communications and Branding Strategy in line with the strategic plan.
• Lead public engagement campaigns to raise awareness, promote youth voice, and drive participation.
• Plan and manage events, including fundraising and challenge events, from concept to delivery.
• Create and manage digital content across social media, website, newsletters, and other channels.
• Recruit and supervise volunteers to support communications and event-related activities.

• Experience in digital campaigning and digital content creation.

National Numeracy supports volunteers from our corporate partners to deliver sessions in primary schools
that inspire children to see the value of maths in the real world. The Programme enables volunteers to
directly support communities with low number confidence and skills, celebrating everyday maths, and

Our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Digital and Engagement sits within the Business Intelligence – Engagement team.

This role is focused on providing advanced data analysis and strategic support to enhance the MS Society’s marketing, engagement, and fundraising efforts, with a focus on digital and content optimisation.

This role involves utilising advanced analytical techniques, managing complex data projects, and developing insightful reports and dashboards.

The role will work in close partnership with our Digital, Content, and Marketing teams, in leading data initiatives that improve data-driven decision-making and optimises engagement, marketing, and content across all channels.

You’ll also work closely with our Digital and Content team to evaluate and report on the performance of our website and donate funnel and develop and implement optimisation plans to drive engagement and increase conversions.

Additionally, this role provides mentorship and guidance to colleagues in the wider organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence. 

This role is responsible for:

• Analysing audience behaviour, campaign, channel, and content performance, and engagement trends to support decision-making. Using advanced techniques like predictive analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Work closely with our Digital and Content team to support all our monthly, quarterly and campaign reporting and develop data analysis that align with our goals.
• Creating and maintain dashboards and reports, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI to track and present analysis clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimise our digital analytics infrastructure. Design and implement tagging and tracking, trouble shoot or fix configuration issues and ensure accuracy of our tracking across all our analytics systems, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Guiding and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices in data analysis to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by conducting regular audits and supporting data cleansing efforts.

For this role we’re looking for:

• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles,

New members of the team will be involved in contributing to the development and delivery of this service.

The role

You will be part of a small team that works collaboratively towards making a huge impact on the lives of the children and families we work with. We look for people who want to be part of a service that is innovative, creative and constantly striving to do better.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Assessment and Therapy Service. This vital role ensures smooth operations by managing scheduling, case tracking, document management, and communication with families and professionals. You will be a key point of contact for up to 30 active cases and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate high-quality service delivery.

You will be involved in the development of the service and your views, and insights are encouraged.

· Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and therapy consultations

· Provide administrative support for allocated assessment and therapy cases

· Maintain and update electronic records (Charms, SharePoint)

· Proofread, format, and distribute clinical reports and correspondence

· Liaise with families, therapists, Local Authorities, and partner agencies

· Assist with service costing, funding proposals, and contract tracking

· Assist in service evaluations, complaints management, and internal reporting

You will have regular informal guidance and formal supervision on a monthly basis. You will be part of the wider service of Family Futures and attend monthly Team Days to learn, share and develop the service and your practice.

About Women in Prison

Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. We also campaign for systems change that addresses the root causes of offending, reduces the harmful impact of prison, and creates workable, community-based alternatives to imprisonment.

Women in Prison’s South London Women’s Hubs provide support and advocacy to women at different points of the criminal justice system – whether they are at risk of offending, serving a community sentence, or in custody and leaving prison. The primary purpose of this role is to work with women in custody, including on remand, offering support to prepare for release and connect them with vital community support services prior to and on release from prison.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy one to one and group support in prison, to women on remand in HMP Bronzefield, HMP Downview and HMP Send
2. Development and maintenance of professional relations in prison and the community
3. Ensure clear, timely and effective communication and record keeping
4. Proactively seek to develop your personal and professional practice, and contribute to wider organisational development
5. Contribute to building a feminist leadership culture and positive working environment for Women in Prison

Position: Transformation Project Manager

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build trust, and maintain effective relationships
• Strong problem-solving, planning, prioritisation, and time management abilities
• Confident in assessing risks and issues accurately and taking appropriate action
• Knowledge of data platforms and CRM technologies is desirable
