As a proactive member of the Secretariat team, to deliver high quality, professional services to FIGO. This will be achieved by;
· Ensuring effective administrative processes within FIGO (incl. meetings support, notetaking, communication, facilities management)
· Supporting the Human Resources function at FIGO (incl. recruitment, BREATH HR and training)
· Coordination of Health and Safety/Fire Safety Support

Finance Assistant – 3-Month Temp | Immediate Start | Hybrid (London)
Full-time | 2 days office / 3 days remote
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to support an amazing charity Finance team on a 3-month temporary contract, starting immediately. This hybrid role offers a great mix of autonomy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
Process purchase ledger, payments, and VAT
Post and reconcile bank & credit card transactions
Prepare weekly BACS runs and handle supplier queries
Raise sales invoices and assist with credit control
Support month-end journals and reconciliations
About You:
AAT-qualified / part-qualified or equivalent experience
Strong Excel and finance system skills (SUN a plus)
Detail-focused, organised, and a proactive team player
Available immediately and able to commit for 3 months

We are recruiting for a Temporary part time Finance officer for a member body. This is a new role for the charity. The postholder will help us to review and improve our finance administration processes and support the charity through a period of transition. You will helping to implement new systems and processes as required and providing feedback and suggestions to the Head of Finance and Operations on finance-related procedures and tools.
Hybrid working 1 day in the office . This roles is 14 hours a week and can be worked over 2 days or over 4 half days
The Role
Financial Reconciliation & Reporting
Updating and maintaining Xero accounts system
Oversight of Purchase Ledger system, including weekly payments
Perform bank reconciliations
Perform reconciliation of income and expenditure.
Maintain accurate financial records in line with organisational and regulatory standards.Income Management
Process income received via royalty statement
Issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
General Finance Administration
Process purchase invoices and expense claims.
Maintain and update financial systems and databases.
Support audits and financial reviews by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
The Candidate
Previous experience in similar role
Proficient in managing day to day financial processes
Processing invoices, credit cards payments and expenses Familiar with Xero or similar
Familiar with online banking in a business setting
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel

• Ensure the accuracy of financial systems and reconciliations

• Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and investment activities
• Partner with departments like HR to improve processes and drive efficiency

• Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or CCAB) or equivalent professional status
• A proven track record in in financial and payroll experience ideally in a charity or public sector setting
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with finance systems
• A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement

Database Assistant – Temp to Perm
Hybrid (London office 2 days per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays ideally)
Part-time, 24 hours per week

We’re looking for a meticulous and motivated Database Assistant to join a well-known national charity on a temp to perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and wants to play a part in supporting vital fundraising activity.
The role:
Process and record donations accurately using a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
Work with fundraising and finance colleagues to ensure all income is coded and reconciled correctly.
Manage Direct Debit donations, Gift Aid claims and income imports from third-party platforms.
Support colleagues with queries, helping them use the database confidently.
About you:
Excellent Excel skills and confidence with databases/CRM systems.
Superb attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of GDPR, data protection and/or Gift Aid would be a bonus.
The offer:
£13.73 per hour (paid weekly).
Part-time (24 hours/3 days per week).

Sessional Youth Worker (Oasis Community Hub Hadley)

Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community.
Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking to recruit a Sessional Youth Worker to join the Oasis Youth & Community Team.
Our team offer a wide variety of Youth Work activities that promote the development of young people, including open access youth club sessions, holiday clubs, mentoring, sports activities as well as targeted support. Training will be given.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of a team be responsible for supporting on activities for young people within a number of sites in which we operate, including Oasis Academy Enfield, Oasis Academy Hadley, Ponders End Youth Centre and Bell Lane Youth Centre as arranged.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all young people accessing our projects.
- Leading on activities that support the holistic development of young people.
