Responsibilities of our Senior Data Integrity Officer:

• The Senior Data Integrity Officer is a key role in our Data & Analytics team and is responsible for managing Cat Protection’s supporter centric Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data loading system processes, ensuring timely processing, data governance compliance and following best practice.
• This role leads three Data Officers to improve our data architecture - increasing ingestion of data, building new import routines, improving and documenting dataflows and processes and automating as much manual processing as possible from numerous data sources.

About the Data & Analytics team:

• The Data & Analytics team are a department of 14 people in the Marketing & Income Generation directorate consisting of three sub-teams : data processing, data selections and data analytics.
• The data processing sub-team are responsible for importing supporter data into our main CRM from numerous different data sources and developing the import routines to do so, they are also responsible for data integrity; ensuring data is accurate and up to date, and maintaining our single customer and supporter view.

What we’re looking for in our Senior Data Integrity Officer:

• Significant experience working with a CRM system and database
• Experience of using ETL (extract, transform, load) import tools for example Blender
• Leading on projects to build and improve inward data flows and processes
• Proven experience of measuring and improving data quality, through development of documentation, validation rules and data cleaning
• Knowledge of fundraising CRM database for example Care, Dynamics or similar
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of data protection legislation including GDPR and PECR

About the role:

The role is home working, however the team collectively cover England and Wales, so the ability to travel with occasional overnight stays is vital.

As a Peer Support Volunteer Manager you will be:

• Responsible for development and management of a cohort of lived experience volunteers
• Triaging and Risk Assessing clients as they are referred into the service
• Facilitating Peer Support groups, both online and face-to-face
• Contributing to the training and recruitment of new volunteers

You will need:

• Experience, knowledge and understanding of trauma informed working in a client facing role, with knowledge of the impact of traumatic bereavement
• Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practice and legislation relating to equal opportunities and diversity, inclusivity, safeguarding and risk assessments.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel (including overnight stays) and to work evenings and weekends with notice
• A proven ability to confidently use various IT systems including Case Management, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Outlook and other online applications/platforms.

hope for change. Then we are able to support them in moving on to their own

The role

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with Cruse in partnership with SGN to support people experiencing a bereavement, with help and information to alleviate fuel poverty, enabling them to maintain a safe and warm home.

The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively across Cruse with our communications team, finance team, data team and service teams, to help extend the reach of these valuable services to bereaved people. This includes upskilling staff and volunteers with regard to fuel poverty, with training information and resources. Develop and support drop-in sessions, groups and community events. Raising awareness through communications / digital / newsletters etc and Providing monitoring reports to evaluation the services provided.

About this job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Income and Gift Aid Accountant Assistant to help us make sure every penny counts in our mission to stop MS. You'll play a key role in managing our income processing and supporting Gift Aid claims to help us maximise the value of every donation.

You'll ensure that donations recorded in our CRM system match the funds received, resolving discrepancies and supporting our income processes to run efficiently. Working closely with our Customer Services and Fundraising teams you’ll be at the heart of making sure our financial data is accurate and robust.

You’ll also assist with preparing and checking Gift Aid claims, helping us claim back vital extra funds at no additional cost to our supporters. Your detail driven approach will help us continue to build a strong and transparent foundation for everything we do.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of financial accounting principles, strong Excel and IT skills, and a collaborative problem-solving approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills will also be essential as you work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure our income records are accurate and efficient.

The Learning and Skills Development Co-Ordinator will lead on developing a program of training, learning, volunteering and work experience for the residents of Homeless Oxfordshire that increase self esteem, engagement and motivation. You will work collaboratively and creatively across the organisation, as well as with partners, stake-holders, and the wider community. Improving community relations and help us secure support from local training providers and employers where resident participation in the wider community will help break down stigmas surrounding homelessness and addiction.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Devise and deliver a structured programme of training and education (both formal and informal) to improve our residents' skills and confidence which prepares them for the next stage of their lives.
• As part of the LEAP team work closely with the Activities Co-Ordinator to deliver a comprehensive programme of engagement, developing skills to move away from homelessness.
• Work with partners and residents to design training that is tailored to the needs of our residents.
• Develop and maintain external relationships with local training providers, organisations and employers to find various opportunities and maintain those relationships.
• Support on design of the peer mentoring training and traineeship programmes.
• Identify and support volunteering opportunities.
• Take a strengths-based approach to facilitate teams and residents identifying their talents, skills and build their self-esteem.

About LEAP

LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. Activities like gardening, arts and crafts, and creative writing foster connection and personal growth, while group involvement helps residents feel part of a wider community. LEAP also supports residents to take steps into peer mentoring, volunteering, and training, helping them build positive networks beyond their immediate circle and develop the skills and confidence to thrive independently.

At LEAP, community involvement is at the heart of their work. Empowering residents through co-production is a key organisational goal. LEAP offer a range of inclusive engagement methods—from informal gatherings like group breakfasts and creative activities, to structured sessions such as support needs mapping and Residents’ Forums. These forums provide regular opportunities for feedback and co-design, with input reaching senior management and trustees. They are enhancing resident engagement by developing a mutual support network for staff with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction. This group will shape services and policies, and guide resident outreach. LEAP also collaborates with local partners like RAW, a social enterprise offering training and employment to those with lived experience, and strengthens ties with adult education providers such as Abingdon and Witney College. We also create pathways to volunteer with cultural institutions like the University of Oxford Museums.

LEAP empowers people with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to move towards independent living and employment. Over three years, the project aims to support 750 individuals. Through a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities, residents will experience positive outcomes such as increased confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of inclusion. They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. For Homeless Oxfordshire, LEAP enhances our capacity to deliver peer-led support, builds staff knowledge, and informs service improvement. Wider community benefits include reduced stigma around homelessness, stronger partnerships with employers and organisations, and improved understanding of the issues faced by our residents—ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and compassionate society.

This is a rare opportunity to lead our Support & Communities teams who provide direct support, practical guidance and other patient focused activities to over 1500 members and their families, UK-wide, whose lives are affected by MPS, Fabry and related diseases.

Our Support Team raise awareness both within the MPS community and external agencies, offering information, advice, support, and advocacy in a range of areas including health and social care, housing, education, transition, independent living, palliative care, and bereavement.  Our Projects and Communities team contribute to the development of our resources and facilitate project work such as youth engagement, advisory boards, and support groups, as well as leading on support focused social media.

Ideal candidate

As Head of Support & Communities, you will exhibit strong leadership skills and have significant experience working within a health and social care or relevant field of work.  You will have an in-depth understanding of the needs of those with disabilities, their families and carers. 

You will primarily be responsible for the overall management and development of the teams and the services they provide. As the company safeguarding lead you will have an in-depth understanding of policy and procedure to protect all.  You will be a relationship builder who cares about the community we serve and ensures that the individual (or family) remains at the centre of support. 

You will have a good understanding of managing budgets and able to produce accurate monitoring/evaluation reports. Excellent IT skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales are essential.  You will be self-motivated and highly organised, juggling many strands of work. 

As a team player, you will demonstrate a willingness to participate in the day-to-day activities of the team, have excellent staff management and development skills along with the confidence to motivate and inspire. 

You will have the passion to work with us to develop our services, play an active role in our senior leadership team and work with members and other key departments to move the charity forward to achieve its goals.

This is an essential car user post. The applicant must hold a current UK driver’s licence, with no more than 6 points, have access to a car and be able and willing to drive UK wide as required.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in our Amersham office each week. As part of the role, UK wide travel is necessary. which may on occasion include early morning and/or evening working and sometimes overnight stays.  You may also occasionally be required to attend evening or weekend conferences and events. We have policies in place to ensure that any unsociable hours worked are fairly compensated.

This is a full-time role (35 hrs per week) however part time hours, with a minimum of 28 hrs per week may be agreed for the right candidate.  Salary will be pro-rata for part-time.

Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA) is the only UK charity dedicated to raising awareness of economic abuse and transforming responses to it.

Since our founding in 2017, we’ve proudly campaigned successfully for the recognition of economic abuse in UK law and influenced wide-ranging systemic change to transform responses to it. This is a critical time for SEA. With a bold three-year strategy now in place, we’re looking for an experienced income-generation leader to oversee and diversify our income streams — across high-net-worth giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and earned income through consultancy and training. Responsibilities

As Schools Support Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting schools and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Client Support

• Act as the first point of contact for school enquiries across email, phone, voicemail and webchat.

• Respond to queries, resolve user issues, and provide quotes for subscriptions and trials.

• Triage communication to the relevant team member, where needed.
   

CRM & Data Management

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM (HubSpot), including:

• Keeping contact details up to date.

• Researching school term dates and contact information.

• Auditing pupil numbers and other key data.

• Building segmented databases for outreach to new markets.
   

Project Support

• Assist with content uploads and conduct basic technical checks.

• Support the planning and organisation of projects (e.g. filming, product launches).

General Admin

• Prepare and send occasional hard-copy mailouts.

• Handle post and support light finance admin, such as banking cheques.

• Provide flexible administrative support as needed across the team.

Place of Work

This is a home-based role, open to candidates based in the UK. The successful candidate will work remotely as part of Ten Ten’s home-based team.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week), typically worked across Monday to Friday. However, we are open to applications on a job-share basis, where two individuals work together to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. While there is some flexibility in working hours, availability is expected during core daytime hours to ensure collaboration with colleagues and timely support for schools.

We meet weekly as a team on Zoom to share updates, collaborate on projects, and pray together. ROLE SUMMARY

This vital role within the Landmark Trust’s fundraising team focuses on providing excellent supporter care to our donors and ensuring supporter data is well managed. As the first point of contact for fundraising-related enquiries, and the lead user of our database, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class supporter experience while ensuring the efficient operation of our fundraising systems.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality customer service, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence in working with data and IT systems. You will be comfortable speaking with supporters on the phone, drafting personalised letters and emails, and managing a variety of administrative tasks. While fundraising experience isn’t essential, you should have experience in customer-facing roles and working with databases. An interest in heritage or the charity sector would be an advantage.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that donations are accurately processed, donors are promptly and warmly thanked, and Gift Aid is maximised. Day-to-day, you’ll be recording donations, updating supporter records, and producing reports and data downloads from our Salesforce CRM. Full training in our systems will be provided.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporter Care

To respond to general fundraising enquiries by telephone, email and in writing, in a professional manner, seeking the guidance of colleagues as to the most appropriate response.

Ensure all donations are thanked and acknowledged quickly and appropriately, by yourself or the relevant contact manager.

Support other aspects of fundraising income administration, such the Patrons, Friends and regular giving schemes, and as required.

Record complaints, escalating as appropriate, and in line with complaints handling policy.

Support the administration of print and digital communications.

Occasionally attend and support the running of fundraising evening receptions, site visits, or new building openings– sometimes held over a weekend (time off in lieu will be given).

Supporter data, analysis and reporting

Record all donations and fundraising transactions on the Salesforce database, liaising with the finance team to provide relevant reports and daybooks for bank reconciliations.

Ensure that supporter contacts and database records are kept up to date and comply with data protection legislation and internal requirements.

Support the Finance team with Gift Aid best practice, including managing the integrity of current Gift Aid records and auditing past records.

Produce Salesforce reports to track donations, appeals, regular gifts, and memberships.

Extract contact data from Salesforce for segmentation, analysis and marketing, including appeals, raffle, event invitations and others, working to a brief from the relevant team member.

Ensure that Salesforce use by the team is continually developed and improved. Work with IT to select, onboard new database products, and hold workshops for team members around developments to maximise use of the supporter database.

Financial management

Administer the collection of all Direct Debit donations including membership payments (Friends & Patrons), regular givers, and Standing Orders.

Maintain the team’s annual income and expenditure monitoring spreadsheets, and project/restricted income monitoring, ensuring accuracy at all times and reconciliation with finance systems.

To be the main point of contact with the Finance team on day-to-day donation queries, including Gift Aid administration, chasing payments, and general donations questions.

Keep physical and electronic supporter filing up to date as required for audit purposes.

Manage the safe and proper handling of, and accounting for, income, to agreed deadlines.

Continually strive to improve margins and reduce costs as well as suggesting improvements in operating processes at a specific and general level.
