About the role

We have just finalised an exciting new three year strategy to drive impact at scale for victim-survivors. We are now looking for an exceptional candidate to lead some of our financial services relationships and consultancy work and support SEA in its mission to raise awareness of economic abuse and transform responses to it within the financial services sector.

Working closely with colleagues across SEA, you will foster and maintain relationships across the financial services sector, seeking opportunities to generate income for the charity and supporting our Financial Services Specialists to deliver an outstanding service.

Together we can transform frontline financial services and save lives.

About you

At SEA we put the lived experience of victim-survivors at the heart of all that we do, including our work with financial services firms. You will be a subject matter expert on customer vulnerability and financial services firms’ regulatory requirements, as well as having a thorough understanding of industry rules and good practice. You will combine this with experience of working with victim-survivors and bring expertise on economic abuse to ensure this is embedded within financial services’ firms’ responses.

The Role

The key purpose of this role is to together with the EA to the Vicar provide day-to-day support for the running of the Vicar’s Office and in particular for the Vicar (Archie Coates) and the Senior Leader (Sam Coates). The role also provides light touch support and diary management for the HTB Group COO and the HTB Group Chief of Staff.

The Key Responsibilities

To support, help and advise the senior team in professional and personal matters by:

• Prioritising and actioning daily tasks, operating as a two-way channel of information and communication; action or delegate requests and tasks to the team/ organisation where appropriate, and then report back to the senior team. This may also involve acting as a liaison between the senior team and the wider organisation ensuring strong communication both ways.
• Organising and maintaining diaries.
• Acting and speaking on behalf of the senior team. This includes oversight of inboxes, letter correspondence and phone calls.
• Ensuring that the team have all they need, in advance, for talks, presentations, meetings, trips, etc and freeing them of all unnecessary administration, phone calls, interruptions, etc.
• Providing support to the vicarage for hospitality of meetings and events and other personal matters (including catering for occasional evening meetings e.g. PCC).
• Carrying out specific projects, research and administrative tasks.
• Receiving requests from internal and/ or external contacts, filtering and then delegate or address these as appropriate.

Major event support: An active role in certain aspects of events; and keeping the Vicar’s Office function and team, and the Coates’s operating while being offsite for Focus and other key events.

Special Services Coordinator:

• Coordination and oversight of baptisms across the services at HTB.
• Assistance in coordinating weddings and covering for funerals when the Weddings & Funerals Coordinator is away.

About Us

Amaze is a Sussex-based charity that supports families with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Amaze’s fundraising is growing. We used to fundraise mainly through trusts and foundations. We still receive a large portion of our income from statutory funders (such as councils and the NHS). In the last 18 months we have begun work to increase our income from other sources. We are launching a big and exciting art-based fundraising project that will take place in autumn 2026. In this project we will work closely with artists, businesses, schools and members of the public. We are looking for a fundraiser to help us deliver the project, working within and alongside our fundraising and marketing team.

About the job

As our Community and Events Fundraiser, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. You will help plan fundraising events, organise our presence at community activities, and support our wonderful volunteers. A big part of your job will be building strong relationships with schools and community groups, encouraging them to get involved and supporting them in their fundraising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for organising events, liaising with schools, youth groups and artists, supporting volunteers and supporting community fundraisers. You will be within the Fundraising and Marketing team at Amaze, which currently has 4 members of staff, led by the Head of Fundraising and Marketing. You will be a mix of office and home-based, with some days at events and activities within Brighton & Hove.

The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations and Data Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to help maintain, develop and continuously improve our data and systems. The role will be an integral part of the Living Wage Operations and Insight Team, providing technical support to ensure the integrity of our systems, and supporting with development projects. 

The Operations and Data Officer will need to be highly numerate and have great analytical skills to support our monitoring and evaluation functions, working with the Head of Operations and Insight on financial and budgeting management, reconciliation and forecasting for the Living Wage Foundation. Main Responsibilities 

Working as the Operations and Data Officer– LWF for Citizens UK, reporting to Senior Data & Operations Manager, LWF, your main responsibilities will include: 

Project Management 

Deliver work targets on time and to standard to support the Foundation’s data and systems: : 

•  Support the day-to-day operations and management of all systems within the Living Wage Foundation designed to enable the functioning of Living Wage accreditation schemes. 

•  Proactively seek out systems improvements to make our processes more efficient so the Living Wage Foundation continues to provide an excellent service to the Living Wage network. 

•  Provide operational support for all aspects of the accreditation and recognition systems, including identifying and fixing errors. 

• Maintain integrity of Salesforce database; identify and source incomplete information within the database; take responsibility for tidying, cleansing and backing up existing data. 

• Support maintenance of integrated systems, including syncing data to Act-On and the website. 

• Work with Operations and Data Manager to keep templates, forms and related communications materials up to date 

• Manage merchandise administration including email inbox, day to day queries, and Shopify administration. 

• Support Operations and Data Manager to manage budgets for external contracts (e.g. with developers and suppliers). 

  Learning and expertise 

• Keep up-to-date with functional good practice and technical updates to all our systems, including within the third sector. 

• Support with network data enquiries, including analysing data, creating Salesforce reports and dashboards for colleagues. 

• Work with colleagues to identify learning & development needs and support Operations and Data Manager to develop and deliver inductions, training and guidance to meet requirements.

•  Support Operations and Data Manager to monitor the impact of internal trainings, support, resources and guidance – update and improve internal support offer as required. 

Communications 

• Create and write dashboards and reports to support the analysis of our performance. 

• Champion systems throughout the organisation and advocate for systems-based solutions. Offer ad hoc guidance to the team and help communicate any changes to systems. 

• Run systems surgeries for colleagues to answer ad hoc enquiries and support learning. 

Develop and manage external relationships 

• Communicate effectively with our external contractors (e.g. merchandise suppliers) to ensure contracts are fulfilled in a timely manner. 

• Help identify suitable new suppliers to meet organisational need. 

Develop and manage internal relationships 

• Support Operations and Data Manager to identify technical solutions to meet organisational requirements.

To provide appropriate emotional and practical support to women in the sex industry  and/or those who are being sexually exploited with a specific focus on those who are homeless. The women we support require intensive practical and emotional support as well as  support navigating health and other social care or criminal justice systems. The women will have poor mental or physical health,  experience  with homelessness and of the criminal justice system, are often victims of sexual and/or domestic abuse and many are homeless. This post specifically will offer support through the Housing First approach, offering access to a home, alongside intensive support. Working within a harm reduction ethos prioritising women’s safety and wellbeing, the intensive personalized supported will help women to access other services making appropriate referrals for women who wish to make changes, including exiting/transitioning out of sex work. You will be responsible for ensuring that women with varying needs are supported effectively throughout their pathway of support with Basis and partners, advocating for and with the women you are working with including where necessary challenging stigma and judgement women face. This post will work in close partnership with the Tenancy Management Support worker employed by Turning Lives Around.

Our services in Leeds provide support to adult women (and those identifying as women/non- binary) involved in all aspects of the sex industry or who are experiencing exploitation. The postholder will provide support to women identified as requiring or accessing intensive support. The team work to Basis’ organisational values, taking a rights-based approach and provide evidence-based services to enable and empower women to make informed choices. The team have an established reputation for providing high quality, effective safety advice, information and support, enabling safer working practices. Services are provided within the community, on evening outreach and at venues as women determine.

Suffolk Wildlife Trust is seeking a Membership Assistant to support the delivery of an exceptional experience for our 27,000 members and help drive our mission to bring nature back to Suffolk. This role is central to the effective administration of our membership schemes, ensuring that members feel valued and connected to the work of the Trust.

The Membership Assistant will manage the day-to-day processing of memberships, including maintaining accurate records in our CRM system (Charity CRM by Access), handling payments and Gift Aid, responding to member enquiries & issuing welcome packs and renewal reminders. Working closely with the Senior Supporter Development Officer, they will help improve and streamline our systems, contributing to membership growth and retention.

The role includes co-ordinating the distribution of membership resources, including promotional materials and our members’ magazine, supporting a network of volunteer magazine deliverers across the county.

The post holder will act as a key user of our CRM system, helping colleagues across the organisation use it effectively and in line with GDPR. They will assist with system maintenance, data integrity and provide administrative support for wider fundraising activities. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who is highly organised, people-focused and passionate about making a difference for wildlife and people in Suffolk.

· Relevant experience OR qualification in Youth & Community (JNC), Social Work (QSW) or SEND.

· Proven experience working with young people ‘at risk’.

· Reliability, with a flexible approach to changes and able to work unsociable hours.
