Finance / Office Manager - Cardiff - £36,000 - £45,000 DOE
Headway Cardiff and South East Wales help 500–600 people a year rebuild their lives after acquired brain injury (ABI). As demand grows, they're looking for a Finance / Office Managerr to take charge of the back office — finance, payroll and systems — so their small senior team can spend more time where it matters most.
This isn't a desk-bound manager's post. It's a hands-on role at the centre of a small, agile charity. You'll own the budget, run payroll, keep the numbers straight, and become the third senior decision-maker who can hold things together when it counts. You'll report directly to the CEO and line-manage two administrators.
You don't need a charity background, and you don't need to be a qualified accountant. What matters is genuine confidence with financial detail, the ability to pick up new systems fast, and the judgement to take real responsibility.
