About the role
We’re looking for a creative and confident Content & Communications Coordinator to join our busy Digital and Marketing team at Imperial College Union. This role will be key in strengthening our online presence and improving student engagement with the Union. The successful candidate will manage our social media channels and content to drive two-way conversations, to increase awareness of the Union’s work, and help us better understand what they care about.
You will be our in-house journalist; planning and delivering content that speaks to our varied audiences. You’ll build strong relationships across the Union and College, writing creative copy and curating innovative social media content. Using your in-depth knowledge of social media, you will be aware of emerging trends across all platforms and create content that attracts and retains the interest and attention of our members. You will work closely with colleagues across the Union, including our elected Officer Trustees, to support them to reach more students and deliver key messages. This role is integral to supporting the diverse work the Union does.
Our ideal candidate will have a flair for creative writing for a variety of topics and channels, with a strong passion for social media and help develop and embed the Union’s personality and brand. What you would be doing
Content Planning
- To assist in the creation of communications and content plans to support the marketing team in the delivery of key Union marketing activity, such as Welcome Week and election.
- Populate the social media calendars to ensure regular, timely and impactful content across these channels on Instagram, TikTok and Threads.
- Build networks with student groups, the Union’s newspaper (Felix) and external partners to develop opportunities for content collaboration
- Utilise student feedback and engagement with Union content to continue to improve and develop our output and channels
- Work with the Officer Trustees to promote their public profiles and provide support on their campaigns.
- Stay up to date with what’s happening across the Union, College, the city and wider student movement to stay current and spot positive PR opportunities and content.
Content Creation & Curation
- Ensure timely, relevant and engaging content for Union channels & platforms, including blogs, website, social media and news
- Write, proof and edit a variety of digital communications across the organisation, such as blogs and web content to ensure brand and tone of voice is consistent and correct
- Lead on the weekly student newsletter – composing and drafting the newsletter and sending it out to all students every week
- Attend student events to capture photos and videos content to use for marketing purposes and provide live social media coverage to a high standard
- Be aware of shareable, engaging content, sourcing content from external channels to build an engaged following and boost our content on social media
- Establish and work with student and staff social ambassadors in gathering stories and content
General
- Monitor and moderate social posts and comments and respond or escalate in line with the Union’s Crisis Comms plan
- Support key events throughout the year, including Welcome Week and Elections, when necessary
- Proactively work to ensure the Union’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is expressed in all outputs

What we are looking for
- Experience of developing and delivering communications plans campaigns with clear metrics of success
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools to help monitor and generate useful reports and insights
- Experience in managing content calendars
- Experience of, or strong understanding of, producing web content and an organisation’s social media presence
- Writing copy, editing, and proofreading for online media, demonstrating excellent attention to detail
- Monitoring the effectiveness of communications activity and able to present appropriate recommendations for improvement and innovation
- Good software knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)

What the role involves
1. Ensuring that there are regular training opportunities for both new starters and those requiring refresher sessions or updates when new functions or forms are released. This will include running system training drop in sessions to assist with queries / hear feedback, and relaying information from these to the Information Governance and IT manager.
2. To support managing the case recording system help desk – so that support is always ava
ilable to front line workers and other stakeholders.

4. Produce effective training materials and guidance documents, and develop and maintain a training area on our case recording system, including the creation of dummy forms and files for new users to access and use as a training sandbox
5. Performing case recording system changes to forms and lists as directed by the Information Governance and IT Lead
6. Support the Data Reporting and System Support Lead with regards to user administration and user support at times of absence and increased need
7. Working with the Learning and Development Coordinator to support the creation of e-learning training modules for our LMS (currently RISE) Acting at all times in line with safeguarding legislation and guidance in addition to Safer London’s practice guidelines and wider pan-London processes and protocols.
8. Undertaking any other duties as required and commensurate with the level of this post, including covering the Data Reporting and CRS support lead post functions when relevant.

About the Role
As Media Lead you will be responsible for running the charity's busy press office and you will play a central role in shaping how Victim Support is seen and heard in the media. You'll write and deliver a strategic Media Plan that positions the charity as a trusted and recognised victims' voice, increases the profile of our services and contributes to influencing positive change.

At an exciting and key stage in our journey we have the opportunity for an Operations Director to join the Oasis Youth and Community national leadership team supporting local Oasis community charities across the country.
With accountability to the CEO the Operations Director will be responsible for three key areas of work:
- Lead key elements of policy and systems ensuring the Youth and Community function remains safe and compliant, and that local leaders and other key staff are effectively supported (including line management of People Services).

The Operations Coordinator will provide vital support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation, providing key operations administrative support to areas including, but not limited to Facilities, Office, IT, Data, Health & Safety and Policies & Procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Facilities and Office Admin
- Act as the main point of contact for the ScreenSkills office as a key liaison with the serviced office team (Techspace), meeting and greeting visitors as a representative of the organisation, managing visitor passes etc.

Data and Compliance
- Coordinating data processing requirements in line with our policies. Assist with managing data as instructed and per our data handling and retention policies.
- Coordinate and track data subject access requests as these arise.
Health & Safety
- Coordinate general Health and Safety documentation within the organisation ensuring fire and general risk assessments are completed in a timely manner, working with HR to coordinate information between the Techspace team and our Fire Marshalls and First Aiders.
- Act as a First Aider and/or Fire Marshal for ScreenSkills staff.
- Arrange annual training for first aiders and fire marshals.
Policies and Procedures
- Monitor the organisation’s policies, ensuring relevant senior managers are aware of the schedule to review/update them.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Essential:
- Proven experience working in a busy office and hybrid work environment, performing first class operations admin (e.g. office admin and or facilities coordinator tasks), supporting a hybrid/distributed workforce.

About the Role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Senior Policy Advisor – Policy Engagement Lead to join our Policy Solutions team at WWF-UK.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead international policy engagement for a new flagship project, Future Fit for a Just Transition. You’ll work across WWF offices globally to drive forward a just transition to a net zero, nature-positive economy and financial system. The project will focus on international implementation of the transition, and identifying best practices and challenges faced in different countries to facilitate shared learning, promote healthy competition, identify collaborative solutions, and hence speed up implementation.
As part of this we aim to develop a suite of ‘Future Fitness’ metrics that show progress towards a just, net zero, nature positive economy in countries around the world, to engage with the business and policy community based on the findings, to understand barriers and impacts of the transition and identify solutions, undertake policy advocacy off the back of the findings, and produce a regular Flagship report setting out the results and implications at the global level.
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in policy engagement, business transitions and coordinating complex multi-stakeholder policy processes, who can take responsibility for managing the international policy engagement component of this project. This will include extensive engagement with stakeholders in each of the countries of focus, to obtain input and feedback, develop the narrative, build buy-in and disseminate the findings of the work, in a way that changes the economic-environment debate and supports wider action and impact on our agenda. It may also involve managing publication and report launch activities, managing consultants, and organizing and participating in events to share and discuss the report findings.
You will build links and strategic relationships with other organisations and other parts of the WWF global Network to promote and disseminate the work. Important will be the ability to create and provide diverse, relevant and impactful ideas for policy, and to involve communities affected by climate and nature loss in the process of policy development.

The role
This role will work closely with the Director and the Schools Programme Manager to provide broad and comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the overall running of this established and highly regarded family foundation. This will include ensuring existing systems and processes are adhered to and updated where necessary, grantees are dealt with promptly, cordially and professionally and the running of the office is efficient and smooth.
The role will be responsible for coordinating financial processes, grants administration, office and facilities coordination and executive support to the CEO in addition to arranging high level trustee meetings and wider administrative tasks as they arise. This role will also manage key relationships with contractors who offer external support such as Finance and Website development, in addition to responding to enquiries from existing and potential grantees, advising on process, eligibility criteria and application cycles.
The person
The successful candidate will have substantial office based, administration experience with broad and wide-ranging coordination skills, spanning office systems, stakeholder engagement, customer service, process management and facilities support.
This experience would ideally have been gained in the charity, education or arts-based sectors to compliment the work of the foundation, but similarly, could have been gained from the corporate or statutory sectors where thorough and highly organised processes and procedures have been crucial to success. Helpful, warm and friendly, but firm, fair and confident, this person will have an excellent eye for detail, will be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and will have a solutions driven approach.
Approachable by nature, this person will also be highly numerate, organised and efficient with strong IT skills and the ability to navigate databases and all standard MS Office packages to a competent level. The Eikon Charity helps children and young people in Surrey to feel and be safe, heard, and supported. Through one-to-one support, group work, and programmes in schools, Eikon helps children build confidence, resilience, and the skills they will need to navigate life’s challenges.
This is a senior fundraising role within Eikon’s Trusts & Grants team, focused on generating significant voluntary income from charitable trusts, foundations, and local government funders. With an overall team target of £1m, this postholder will contribute around £250k per year through a mix of high-quality applications, strategic account management, and relationship building.

Through our trusted relationships with schools we distributed 10,000 warm, high-quality coats worth £600,000 to the children who needed them most. Winning the Business Charity Awards ‘Fashion & Retail’ Award, and shortlisted for two further awards, the campaign has been praised not just for providing warmth, but for restoring dignity, inclusion, and school readiness to thousands of children.
The All Dressed Up campaign—developed with World Book Day and Rubies Masquerade—confronted the often-overlooked issue of financial exclusion on key celebration days. More than 100,000 free dressing up costumes worth £1.34 million were delivered to children from low-income families. By enabling participation in events like World Book Day, we helped spark imagination, joy, and belonging for children who might otherwise feel left out—boosting self-esteem and supporting a positive connection to learning.Furthermore, helping attract children into school on a day which often sees struggling parents keep their children at home.
Alongside these national campaigns, Parentkind supports families year-round through a growing suite of programmes designed to inform, prepare and empower parents. Our Be School Ready programme offers crucial guidance and confidence to parents preparing their children for the leap into primary education. With a mix of practical advice, developmental tips, and reassurance, through the distribution of 150,000 copies of Be School Ready and an online campaign, it supports families at one of the most formative moments in their child’s life.
We also deliver a wide-ranging series of live expert webinars and parent-friendly resources, covering topics such as managing anxiety, supporting special educational needs, navigating school transitions, and building home-school partnerships. These resources, developed in consultation with experts and rooted in lived parent experience, equip families to feel informed and empowered, no matter what challenges arise.
Our direct support of schools
Our collaboration with Asda on Cashpot for Schools is another example of unlocking support at scale. This innovative community-led funding model allowed shoppers to nominate and fund their local schools simply through everyday spending. This campaign has generated £5.78 million for schools during the past twelve months, supporting everything from basic classroom supplies to vital extracurricular programmes and pupil wellbeing initiatives. Also shortlisted for a Business Charity Award, it is already a model for community-driven philanthropy.
In April, we launched our Parent-Friendly Schools Accreditation Programme, designed to formally recognise schools that go above and beyond in fostering positive, inclusive relationships with parents. The accreditation celebrates schools that actively listen to parent voices, make engagement easy and accessible, and embed family partnership in their culture. It is a practical and inspiring tool to drive long-term change in the sector and offers a roadmap for schools wanting to strengthen their community.
Our focus on Policy & Research
Our work is grounded in evidence. Since 2023, we have conducted the UK’s largest annual parent survey: the National Parent Survey. With approaching 6,000 participants providing 130,000 bits of data to provide invaluable insights into the struggles, concerns, hopes and fears of parents. The findings are fed directly into government consultations and have already informed national debates on school funding, attendance, mental health support, SEND provision, and curriculum reform.
In each of the past two years the number of policymakers, educators, parents and researchers accessing the National Parent Survey exceeded seven thousand, and the survey featured in more than two hundred media outlets each year.Excitingly, the Times & Sunday Times are partnering with Parentkind to raise the profile even further in September 2025 and the survey will be launched at a lighthouse event featuring the Secretary of State for Education (Bridget Phillipson), the Ofsted Chief Inspector of Schools (Sir Martyn Oliver), the CEO of Mumsnet (Justine Roberts), the Children’s Commissioner (Dame Rachel De Souza), and our own Chief Executive (Jason Elsom).

Main purpose and scope of this role:
With guidance from the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will identify, secure, and manage new corporate partnerships to fund Parentkind's mission.
You will build and maintain a new business pipeline to support a sustainable corporate partnerships income stream, targeting a wide range of partnerships (including COTY, corporate grants, commercial and strategic relationships) with regional and national businesses with the capacity to support at a 5,6, and 7-figure level.

New Business

With over 400 members nationwide, the Coalition has significant potential to expand its impact. Many members already influence locally through NHS Integrated Care Boards, councils and MPs, but need support and coordination to amplify their voices. You will help them do so.

In a fast-changing global context, Plan International is seeking to build its ability to strategically influence World Bank policy and practice on issues relevant to furthering gender equality and girls’ rights. This new role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of this work, liaising with colleagues across the Plan International family and partner organisations to develop credible policy positions, design an impactful advocacy strategy and deliver meaningful dialogue and engagement.
You will bring your knowledge and understanding of World Bank policy and practice and wider current aid and development finance issues, along with strong analytical skills and significant advocacy experience. You will enjoy identifying opportunities to advocate for change and working with multiple stakeholders to create impact.
You will work closely with our international programmes team and policy and advocacy team, as well as colleagues in Plan offices around the world. The role will involve international travel several times a year to support engagement with World Bank stakeholders.
You will be solutions-oriented with an ability to work independently. You will be committed to Plan International UK’s positions and approach on promoting gender equality, diversity and inclusion and anti-racism and integrating this into our work.
As a part-time role this will suit someone looking to balance this role with other professional or personal responsibilities.

Responsibilities of our Health and Safety Officer:
- Conduct in-person health & safety and fire risk assessments across centres and shops, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyse trends, and recommend preventative actions
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, assessments, and incidents in line with data protection requirements
- Promote completion of H&S e-learning and identify additional training needs
- Build strong relationships with staff and volunteers to foster a positive safety culture
- Lead regional H&S Committee meetings and contribute to team discussions and continuous improvement of SHE practices
- Support wellbeing and mental health awareness by signposting relevant resources
About the Safety, Health & Environment team:
The SHE team are a multi tasking team that undertake most Health and Safety tasks in-house, working closely with most other teams within Cats Protection. The team is made up of a manager and 4 regional officers who cover the whole of the UK, The team deal with the Cats Protection retail outlets, Cat Centres, accident investigations, DSE, branch volunteer enquiries and more.
What we’re looking for in our Health and Safety Officer:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and membership of a relevant professional body
- Significant experience (3+ years post qualification) in a similar health & safety role, ideally in public sector, facilities, or charity setting
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Able to work independently, manage workload, and perform under pressure
- Organised, pragmatic, and professional with a flexible, positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
