The Role
This role will support the Financial Controller to deliver a high-quality payments and cash management service. The role of the Cash and Payments Manager is to oversee the Operational Finance team (3 people) and be responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting on all cash transactions. You will manage cash management systems and processes, recommending and implementing any improvements to current processes and controls.
You will review and approve bi-weekly supplier/expenses payment runs ensuring that there is sufficient cash available and review, sample check and provide second stage approval for payment run files on the banking systems to ensure accurate payments.
The postholder will have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and will take pride in getting a job done to the highest standards. You will have the personal motivation to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to changing demands.

- Working closely with the Westminster Foundation Director and Senior Communications and Engagement Manager to develop a Stakeholder Engagement Strategy.
- Working closely with the Impact and Evaluation Manager to ensure that they are able to consolidate and communicate their impact at the highest level.
The successful candidate will have strong Grant Management experience (minimum of 5 years) ideally with a large funder and a passion for working to improve life chances of vulnerable children and young people. You will be collaborative and collegiate with a willingness to contribute to and strengthen a strong team culture to empower team members to lead and develop, and be an articulate and confident presenter, able to bring stakeholders together at the highest levels to unlock problems with strong skills of persuasion. Strong experience of improving processes and procedures in grant management is key and experience of capital projects/spend out of a fund would be helpful but not essential

A leading professional membership body based in central London is seeking a Management Accountant on a full-time, permanent basis. The organisation is a prestigious and historic professional body providing an impressive array of qualifications, services and resources to its members.
The role will manage a small team, and the organisation offers a highly flexible working environment with an excellent benefits package.
Key points:
-Management Accountant role at medium sized professional membership body
-Full-time permanent role with salary of £63,000 per annum
-Hybrid working – 2 days per week on average in central London
