Fundraising Assistant
Contract: Permanent, part-time (21 hours per week)

This is a part-time post, 21 hours per week to be worked on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Hybrid working available, with a requirement to be in the Battersea office 1 to 2 days per week.

We are looking for an Administrator to support the Girl experience department. The Girl experience department is a friendly and creative one, responsible for the delivery of our full girl offer, including activity creation and development, events and programmes across Girlguiding.

East Sussex Health Walks is a long running county-wide scheme of weekly one hour walks led by trained community volunteers. Last year we had nearly 20,000 walking engagements and we want to build on this. This post is for a Health Walk Coordinator to coordinate and develop the programme to help even more people to improve their health and wellbeing with regular, manageable exercise.
You will be coordinating the existing programme of Health Walks (approximately 25 per week) and managing the large group of Volunteer Health Walk Leaders (currently about 100). You will be responsible for recruiting and training new volunteers and developing new Health Walks to meet the funder's targets, including liaising with local partners, mapping, risk assessing and planning.
There will be ongoing marketing and publicity needs, as well as regular internal comms with volunteers to make sure they feel supported and valued and to reinforce and role model TCV best practise for safe, inclusive and supportive activities.
You will also be responsible for general project running tasks such as purchasing, scheme admin, report writing, attending events, liaising with funders & partners, meeting targets and deadlines.

The post is currently funded until October 2025. It is full-time (35 hours per week) and based in the TCV office in Hastings but covers the whole county. About the role
The Supporter Care department is looking for a Supporter Donations Assistant to join our Supporter Donations Processing team for our Peak Season – this role becomes available each year to help us with the influx of donations we have around our headline fundraisers including Coffee Morning, Go Sober and our Macmillan Ball.
You’ll be accurately processing high volumes of manual income from various payment methods, inputting donations from our supporters on our income allocation system, creating meaningful personalised thank you letters and cards. In addition, you will undertake a range of admin duties in general support of the smooth and effective operation of Supporter Donations as a whole.
You’ll be working across multiple systems – CRM, SMS (internal income system), Sharepoint, DotDigital, Raisers Edge, Microsoft Outlook & Office and be expected to use initiative to follow internal process maps and documents to independently complete your work. We’re always open to doing things better, so welcome a proactive approach to efficiencies that we can make in the team.
You may also be required to work with our two other teams within Supporter Donations – Donations Queries & Gift Aid to assist them in resolving queries from our supporters and helping to process and claim Gift Aid sponsorship forms.
You will liaise with stakeholders across the organisation including our Finance team, colleagues across Supporter Care, Relationship Fundraising Managers and product teams in order to accurately thank and process supporter donations received by Macmillan across all channels, process event registrations & donations and restrict income where required. About the team
In Norfolk we have provided housing advice for over 25 years, with offices in Norwich and Kings Lynn as well as Court Desks in Norwich, Kings Lynn and Great Yarmouth County Courts. We work within communities to understand and respond to the housing issues they have and work in partnership to deliver our priorities: supporting people with additional needs, combatting discrimination and disrepair in the private rented sector and fair access to and delivery of social housing throughout Norfolk.

About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work for Mind BLMK as part of the Fundraising & Engagement Team.
Acting as the first point of contact for all Fundraising & Comms enquiries and in line with Mind BLMK’s Fundraising and Communications Strategy, this is a busy role and will require excellent stewardship and donor care skills as well as meticulous organisation and innovative thinking. As an Ambassador for Mind BLMK, you will need to have a passion for mental health and an ability to operate at all levels.
The successful applicant will generate income and support all aspects of communication and marketing, to help to maximise local support, raise awareness of our work in the community, and by providing exceptional supporter stewardship, in line with Mind BLMK’s Fundraising and Communication strategy.
Key Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries and provide stewardship and donor care for Mind BLMK’s individual givers, corporates, groups, volunteers and other supporters of the charity, in line with the fundraising strategy.

- Send donors bespoke information and materials to support their fundraising at Mind BLMK.

- Develop and maintain relationships with philanthropists and encourage legacy giving.

- Work closely with external organisations in order to raise awareness of services available locally and increase access to provision for individuals across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.

Battersea’s Income Generation department raises around 60% of the Charity’s total income. Working with colleagues across the organisation, we provide members of the public and organisations with opportunities to engage with Battersea and to support our work to make sure Battersea can be here for every cat and dog now and in the future. Our supporters are at the very heart of our fundraising and our Supporter Services Team ensures that all our fundraising is undertaken with care, attention, is compliant and data driven to enable our teams to fundraise effectively. They support our donors and customers that give generously to Battersea ensuring that they are recognised and celebrated through excellence in customer care.
We are looking for an individual to join us as a Supporter Services Administrator to deliver excellent supporter care to existing, potential and previous supporters of Battersea, to develop relationships and fundraise Battersea.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience of working in a customer services environment with strong administration skills, with empathy and the ability to communicate clearly with different groups of people.

What we're looking for?
Guts UK are looking for an administrative assistant to support the team from their London office. This assistant will keep close control of some of our key admin processes like travel booking and expenses and will be the main point person for keeping our London office and our leadership team organised. They will also support with ensuring all of our governance runs smoothly and new team members can start with us seamlessly.
What we’re really looking for is someone to support the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and to ensure we can all work together, and get together, easily and ideally more often. If you’re organized, love your admin and pride yourself on keeping things running smoothly then this could the role for you!
