The National Gallery is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Finance, Planning and Performance team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, the role supports the delivery of timely, accurate financial information and insight to inform decision‑making across the organisation. The postholder will play a key role in month‑end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with non‑finance stakeholders to improve financial understanding and performance.

Head of FP&A | Permanent | £63,000 - £67,000 | London | Hybrid
For a well-known charity in central London, we're recruiting a permanent FP&A Lead to join a high-performing finance team. This role will design and deliver accurate and timely financial information, supporting the decision-making process for stakeholders. The role will manage a Finance Business Partner and Systems Analyst and will lead on ensuring the financial systems and processes and fit for purpose, whilst collaborating across the organisation to build financial capacity. Group FP&A Manager | £500 per day (Umbrella) | Hybrid | London | 6-months +
For a large international organisation, we are recruiting an Interim Group FP&A Manager who will coordinate and produce consolidated financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. The Group FP&A Manager will contribute to planning activity and data across Finance, working closely with Regional Finance Directors to ensure consistency of all planning and forecasting. This role will report to the Director of Group Planning and Reporting and will lead, manage, and motivate a Financial Planning Analyst. This role is for a minimum of 6-months and could be extended.

Parkinson’s UK is looking for a Analytics and Insights Lead to bring their technical and soft skills to bear in a hands-on role to provide strategic partnership to the organisation, empowering colleagues and volunteers with the skills, tools, and data-related practices needed to execute our organisational strategies.
About the role
You’ll manage a small team of analysts, data scientists, and market researchers within the wider Data & Insight team. You will shape this team into a cohesive and high-performing unit, setting standards and coaching individuals to reach their full potential, as well as collaborating on creating effective hand-offs between teams.
What you’ll do
Lead analytical workstreams, combining hands-on technical expertise with effective delegation and resource management to deliver high quality outputs that support wider business objectives
Partner with business stakeholders in understanding needs and collaborating on effective solutions
Develop and maintain data assets that support key business decisions
Interpret and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving decision-making and action
What you’ll bring
Analytic, strategic and critical thinking skills - evidenced by the ability to ask good questions, challenge underlying assumptions, and translate goals into actions
Proven experience of effective line management, including coaching and performance management
Ability to interpret data and make compelling recommendations
Technical proficiency in core analytical tools and modern platforms (e.g. SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, cloud analytics)
Expertise in the charity/non-profit sector, with experience of analysing Fundraising and Financial data being a plus
