Purpose of the job

The Green House’s VOICE change-making project aims to support young survivors and their family members to lead social change through creativity. Together, we aim to break the silence and create systemic change around child sexual abuse. Our approach recognises the inherent strengths and possibility of all young people. We develop creative spaces where young people can connect with their community, grow beyond traumatic experiences and learn to lead services like ours, alongside national social change. We see creative change-making and connecting those with lived experience together as imperative to healing. It is the hope for change that helps young people and their families to learn to live a whole life alongside traumatic experiences and step into their potential.

The VOICE Project has two workstreams: Young People’s VOICE and Parent/Carer VOICE. We work with young people to deliver a creative arts leadership programme (6 weekly group), alongside creative drop-in spaces, individual projects and paid-for mentorship opportunities. We work with our Parent/Carer VOICE group to deliver monthly group sessions, parent-led drop-in spaces and individual projects. The VOICE Project also leads our national child sexual abuse (CSA) practitioner network.

This is an exciting time to join the Green House VOICE Project, we have just secured national funding for the first time and are looking for a Senior VOICE Practitioner to lead development and expansion of the programme.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Lead on delivery of the Young People’s VOICE Groups (6 weekly), working with the VOICE Practitioner to support young people to develop group/individual projects and campaigns within each group cycle.

2. Lead on the development of the Parent/Carer VOICE group, co-producing with Parents/Carers and the Senior Leadership Team a new approach to the (currently) monthly programme.

3. Collaborate with the Family Support Team and Therapy Team to deliver regular drop-in spaces for Parents/Carers (“Turn-Up Tuesdays”) and Nature-Based Therapy drop-in spaces (“NBT Drop In”).

4. Lead on the delivery and expansion of CSA Practitioner network for wider professionals, creating opportunities to connect young people’s groups together nationally.

5. Work with the Head of Fundraising and Trustee Board to develop and deliver a quarterly co-production group of young people and parents who can support operational delivery/development of the Green House.

6. Lead on the development of a theory of change for the VOICE Project, working with the VOICE Practitioner, young people, parents/carers and SLT.

7. Work with the Research Manager and VOICE Practitioner to develop our approach to outcome monitoring and evaluation of the VOICE Project.

8. Lead on project management of the VOICE Project, including weekly team meetings, project plans, annual revision of associated documentation e.g., manuals, session plans. Working collaboratively with and taking responsibility for line management of the VOICE Practitioner.

9. Coordinate on VOICE young people led activism campaigns, working with the Communications Officer and Head of Fundraising and Communications towards the delivery of two campaigns per year.

10. Conduct Initial Meetings for young people and parent/carer’s looking to join the VOICE Project – supporting the wider TGH team with recruitment reminders/approaches e.g., attending Family Support/Therapy Team meetings (where appropriate).

11. Develop relationships with our local and national partners to enable effective changemaking for young people and parents/carers.

12. Assess risk and report safeguarding concerns in line with the Green House Policies, main up-to-date safeguarding training, and stay informed on relevant legislation about child sexual abuse and procedures.

13. Maintain accurate, confidential records of all sessions and family contacts, ensuring timely documentation using internal systems e.g., Oasis. 14. Support wider Green House service development, participate in supervision, clinical supervision and training, adhere to Green House policies, and contribute to team communication and operational improvements.

The Finance department provides the complete finance function which includes payroll to the whole organisation overseeing all the 165 services across England, addressing all issues and processing payments to meet the demands of staff and external agencies.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of the new itrent payroll system, configurations are as per the requirements of the organisation and ensuring that the project is completed on time and goes live successfully. Main Responsibilities:

• To work closely with MHR, HR Team and consultants to ensure that tasks are scheduled and completed to meet project timelines.
• To co-ordinate work with HR and Payroll colleagues to ensure all relevant payroll processes are captured, reviewed, and, where necessary or appropriate, changed to ensure they are fit for purpose with the new system.
• To be responsible and manage the configuration of the new modules, working with HR and Payroll colleagues, MHR and other consultants to ensure that it is configured to Family Action’s requirements and that the rationale and effects of our chosen configuration is clearly documented.
• To work alongside the HR Systems and Operation Managers to ensure that the HR and Payroll teams are trained and supported in the effective use of the system as pertains to their roles.
• To be responsible and manage user testing of the new system and any parallel runs as part of the implementation process.
• To act as the Payroll System Administrator for iTrent, taking the lead on technical functionality and expertise and liaising with MHR as required for technical solutions.
• To support the Payroll team with other ad hoc duties, as may be required for running an effective and efficient payroll system.

• CIPP qualified or significant experience working in Payroll in a Payroll  Manager or payroll system development and implementation role
• Significant experience using and administrating itrent payroll systems, including liaison with system providers.
• Experience of implementing payroll system(s).

• Experience leading on projects.
• An excellent in-depth knowledge and understanding of HR and payroll processes.

Working alongside the Director of Programmes and wider programmes team, the successful candidate will ensure that the collective knowledge and skills of both our national nurse network and our flagship Better at Home suites are embedded into the Charity’s strategy and activities. WellChild currently have over 50 nurse posts across the UK and 13 Better at Home training facilities. The successful delivery of these programmes is integral to the charity and ensures that children with complex health needs and their families can access specialist support in their area when they need it. This is a key role within the WellChild team which is responsible for the day-to-day delivery and management of agreed projects within WellChild’s charitable programmes. Key Responsibilities

· Lead the development and implementation of a new business strategy for securing high-value and multi-year support from major trusts and foundations.

· Research, identify and approach new prospects, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.

· Build and maintain strategic relationships with funders, trustees and key decision makers.

· Line manage one Senior Trusts & Foundations Officer and one Trusts & Foundations Officer , ensuring their continued development and success.

· Monitor and report of income performance, pipeline progression and prospect engagement.

· Work closely with colleagues in fundraising, finance, and operations to shape compelling, fundable projects.

About You

We’re looking for someone with the passion and initiative to drive growth, and the skills to bring in transformational funding. You’ll have:

· A proven track record in securing five-and-six figure grants from trusts and foundations.

· Experience of successfully developing new funding relationships from scratch.

· Excellent bid-writing and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.

As an Employment Advisor, you will sit within the Employment & Careers team, supporting the direct delivery of our employment service by recruiting beneficiaries through outreach and supporting them to secure or progress in employment.
 
Reporting to Head of Employment & Careers you will be required to manage and support a varied and challenging caseload into employment by providing high quality information and guidance. You will be expected to conduct in depth and comprehensive initial assessments in order to produce SMART and tailored action plans. 

Your role will also require meaningful weekly contact with beneficiaries, conducting regular reviews of agreed actions and setting revised actions where applicable. It is imperative that you are able to demonstrate and encourage a positive mind-set among beneficiaries by adopting a strengths based approach to their journey into employment. 

As an Employment Advisor, you will be expected to conduct employer engagement activity for the service, as well as support the delivery of job fairs and sector specific workshops. The role will also require you to ensure the service is at capacity levels by establishing and maintaining a network of referral partners and attending outreach events. 

You will have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar post supporting disadvantaged groups back to work and/or training and education. You will have experience of working in an evidenced based practice and working to set targets. You will be equipped with influencing and persuasion skills. 

You will also be responsible for conducting caseload reviews weekly/monthly and maintaining up to date beneficiary records on our internal systems.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around websites and can project manage website development in liaison with our external website support hosts. They will also understand how to use and manipulate CRM systems to help inform fundraising and communication campaigns. This role will be central to growing the charity’s e-marketing functionality. If you also have design skills to boost the capacity of our busy and fast-paced in-house communications department then we want to hear from you.

Essential:

• Previous experience in a communications or marketing environment
• Robust working knowledge of WordPress websites
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor website usage
• Proficient user of CRM systems with the skills needed to manipulate data and deliver reports accordingly
• Working knowledge of scoping e-marketing campaigns – with the support of communications colleagues
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

As Community Partnerships Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our fundraising efforts, generating income from our corporate partners and supporters in our community; fuelling our essential programs and pioneering pilot initiatives. You'll be the driving force behind building strong relationships with businesses, charities and individuals, that secure vital funding and skilled volunteers for our services.

Previous experience in a community or corporate fundraising role is not essential, but you must have the ability to network productively and pitch proposals to a variety of audiences.

The Income Generation and Communications department is a small but high-performing and ambitious team, working flexibly to support the charity’s frontline services. You’ll be joining a team that will give you the support to be successful, with the autonomy to develop your own role.

From time to time, you will need to represent the charity at events, support bids for contracts, and attend networking opportunities. This will mean occasionally working evenings, weekends or on your non-working days. We’ll give you notice of when this is required, and you’ll be able to claim your time back.

This role can be office based or predominantly remote to suit you (albeit there will be times when you need to be in Billericay or elsewhere in Essex).

The Opportunity

You will play a crucial role in supporting employees across ImpactEd Group, its trading subsidiaries, and associated companies (including TEP Services Limited). As part of the Shared Services team, you will manage and improve operational and finance systems and processes, enable employees to work efficiently, and provide high-quality management information, compliance support, and organisational oversight.

You will also play a key role in supporting the design and successful delivery of core commercial operational processes. This includes:

• Supporting Managing Directors and Sales Teams with the tracking and progression of leads and opportunities within our CRM system;

• Providing data and reports to inform sales forecasting, pricing strategies and performance KPIs;

• Assisting in financial management, forecasting, utilisation analysis, and margin reporting;

• Work closely with the Finance Manager to support the effective provision of our finance function;

• Identifying process improvements and opportunities for automation or system integration;

• Ensuring compliance with agreed protocols for sales, contracting, and cost management.

You’ll manage the day-to-day use and optimisation of commercial and operational systems (e.g., CRM, finance tools), working with colleagues across the organisation to embed scalable, sustainable ways of working. You’ll also work alongside the People team to operationalise systems that support the ImpactEd Group Employee Handbook and core internal services. Limited administrative support for the Group Directors will be a part of the role.
