Job description

Your Voice Can Build a Brotherhood.

The world tells men to be strong, to be silent, and to tough it out. "Man Up" But we know the truth: real strength is found in brotherhood, in shared experiences, and in the courage to talk about what's on your mind.

MINDSET Charity was born from this understanding. What started as a small informal meetup group on the Meetup app and has grown into a powerful movement with over 600 men finding connection, support, and a place to belong. We've seen first-hand the need for a space where men can be open, where judgment is left at the door, and where positive role models and support are the norm.

The success of this movement has been fuelled by a shared passion to change the narrative for men's mental health. This is a crucial time in our journey. We're on the brink of becoming a fully recognised charity in England, and we need a dedicated Social Media and Content Creator to help us build a lasting legacy.

We're Building a Brotherhood.

This isn't just about a cause; it's about building a digital community that reflects our core values. We believe in creating a brotherhood where men feel empowered to engage in activities - from fitness challenges to social events - that not only foster camaraderie but also provide a powerful outlet for personal growth. Our mission is to raise awareness, provide practical tools and resources, and create a sanctuary for men aged between 16 to 50 to connect, grow, and thrive.

As a Social Media and Content Creator, you won't just be posting online; you'll be the voice of our movement. You will be at the forefront of shaping our brand's narrative, creating compelling content, and engaging with the community we serve. Your words and stories will directly influence how we stand out from the crowd and connect with the men who need us most.

Your Creativity Can Change Lives.

We might be a startup, but we are a force to be reckoned with. We are a small, but mighty team, fuelled by a deep commitment to making a real difference. We are looking for a passionate individual with a knack for storytelling and a solid understanding of social media platforms. Your work will be vital in helping us become a go-to resource for men's mental health.

This is more than a volunteer role; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of a movement that is changing the narrative for men's mental health in England.

Are you ready to use your voice to build a brotherhood?

Join us. Be a part of the MINDSET Charity team and help us build a community that changes the world, one man at a time.
