About the role
The Senior Adviser post is a new role to increase capacity within our small and friendly Advice and Information Team. The Senior Adviser will be responsible for delivering high quality, evidence-based, advice and information by email and phone to Coram BAAF members. Our enquirers are primarily social workers at all levels including senior managers, along with associated professionals in health, legal and other areas of children’s social care.
The role will also support our Outbound Permanence Service which provides specialist advice and resources for local authorities across the UK seeking to place a looked after child with relatives overseas, and also offers training and consultancy. The post holder will, once familiar, have the opportunity to participate in Outbound training delivery.
We envisage this as a 4 day per week role, but are open to considering additional flexibility within the constraints of our core service hours (see full job description).
This role may suit you if you have considerable experience in childcare social work, in one or more of adoption, kinship, or foster care, together with experience in advising fellow professionals. You will have a clear understanding of the key principles involved in providing accurate, evidence-based advice and information.
You may have experience of working for a similar national helpline or advice, though this is not essential. You should have good knowledge of relevant regulations, guidance, minimum standards, and published good practice, along with the ability to research and translate complex information into accurate, clear, evidence-based, and practical advice.

The Role
The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria. 
 
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria. 
 
Combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling and digital innovation, you’ll position Malaria No More UK as a bold, credible and solutions-focused voice in the global malaria fight. Managing one staff member (Digital Engagement Officer), you’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure our digital strategy delivers measurable influence and impact — while staying true to our brand voice: togetherness, momentum and possibility. 
The average day in this role will be changeable, so being flexible and good under pressure is essential. From crafting last minute social storytelling posts, to overseeing creative content work being developed, looking ahead to create strategic plans for major events and campaigns coming up, to feeding back on creative work and liaising with multiple partners for sign off. The Role:
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role supporting the Marketing & Communications team in implementing the integrated communications strategy and providing marketing support for the promotion of hospice services and income generation activity.
Your day-to-day tasks will be varied but typically will include assisting with delivering our social media calendar, creating engaging content for use across our communication channels, writing copy for press releases and arranging photo calls, assisting in print and publication production, and updating content on the website.
What you need:
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar marketing role or have a qualification in marketing or communications and demonstrate a strong team ethic and creative flair. You must be highly organised and have excellent communication and relationship building skills. You’ll need to be able to work well within a busy team and able to work on several projects simultaneously.

The Adolescent Health Study (AHS) is an ambitious new UKRI-funded initiative to establish a prospective, longitudinal population study that will generate a globally leading open science data platform and research resource. Main responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support the organisation’s strategic goals.

Purpose of the post
The Business Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of AHS. This position focuses on the practical delivery and coordination of operations including implementing processes, maintaining systems, and supporting teams to work efficiently to deliver a longitudinal study. · Provide hands-on support to teams and managers in rolling out new tools, systems and operational processes that are critical for the success of the longitudinal study
