This assignment will be fulfilled at 30 hours per week across Monday–Thursday. The successful applicant will be required to visit the charity's Twickenham office at a minimum of once per week.

Fowler’s Syndrome UK (FSUK) is the only charity in the world dedicated to women (and afab) with Fowler’s Syndrome or Chronic Idiopathic Urinary Retention; a life-changing and poorly understood bladder condition that causes full or partial urinary retention.

The CEO is looking to appoint a highly organised, pragmatic, and detail-focused professional to deliver executive, project and governance support on an initial fixed-term contract of 1 year.

In this vital role, you will harness your initiative as you provide proactive PA support to the CEO and Chairs of the medical and trustee boards, while delivering project and event coordination across FSUK’s core programmes.

Excitingly, alongside executive and governance administration and support and ensuring that the charity maintains the highest standards of compliance and record-keeping, you will also be responsible for project management of two major initiatives such as FSUK’s flagship CURATE consensus project, alongside their annual two-day conference. From coordinating clinicians and steering groups, to managing logistics, guest travel, supplier liaison, and on-the-day delivery, you’ll ensure these complex projects run efficiently. You will also assist with grant applications, research activity, and the production of project trackers and reports.

What the job involves

We’re looking for a Senior Supporter Journeys Executive to help us shape how our supporters experience our charity. Working at the heart of the Individual Giving team, you’ll design and deliver engaging, insight-led journeys that build loyalty, reduce attrition, and encourage long-term support.

This is an exciting time for the charity as we're delivering a new 3-year fundraising strategy with a particular focus on loyalty. In this newly created role, you'll play a key part in making sure every touchpoint, from the first welcome to ongoing engagement, feels personal, timely, and meaningful.

You'll be responsible for developing and improving multi-channel journeys for both new and existing supporters, coordinating the creation of journeys from various channels to help increase conversion. You’ll also support the design and rollout of journeys for key segments, including legacy enquirers and tribute fund donors.

Working with our data and insight colleagues, you’ll monitor journey performance using key metrics like retention and lifetime value. You'll use our CRM and Email Service Provider to identify opportunities, track activity, and coordinate testing of messaging and value propositions to maximise engagement.

As a key collaborator, you’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and with external agencies to ensure our supporter journeys are joined up and focused on the individual.  

What we want from you

This role is a great fit for someone with experience in Individual Giving, donor stewardship, or similar supporter experience roles. You'll have a strong understanding of what drives loyalty and retention, and a clear grasp of donor lifetime value.

Your project coordination skills will be essential as you manage multiple priorities across teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery. We need someone who’s comfortable working with data and insight to inform decisions, using CRMs (ideally Raiser’s Edge) and email platforms like Adestra to improve supporter journeys and campaign performance. You'll also have a good working knowledge of direct marketing concepts and multi-channel delivery, including mail, email, and digital.

We're looking for an independent thinker who can not only manage projects but also proactively identify and develop new opportunities from their own observations. With your collaborative mindset, you'll be able to work effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities, always focused on delivering an exceptional supporter experience that's insight-led and truly impactful.

Purpose of the Role

The role of the Project Officer – Legal Services (POLS) is to support the PBLS team’s mission to advance the UN SDGs by brokering pro bono legal assistance from legal experts in support of international NGOs globally. The POLS will do this by coordinating the internal processes for project sourcing, scoping and allocating, and utilising legal expertise within these processes and when providing external training and communications.

A key focus of this role is to source and scope out the weekly pro bono projects and forms. The POLS will also engage law firms and other legal stakeholders, conduct due diligence, allocate projects, maintain project records, gather feedback, prepare internal reports and external communications and undertake other administrative tasks as necessary (e.g. updating software and implementing process changes). About The Role
We are hoping to welcome an approachable and knowledgeable Dementia Adviser to work alongside our external partners and current Dementia advisors in Mid-Cornwall. 
This is a community based role, often requiring home visits and community engagement as well as home working. You will be:
- Offering a vital and compassionate advice service to support and guide those affected by dementia
- Provide community based, face to face services for an increased level of support for more complex cases.
- Managing referrals, assisting clients in assessing their information and support needs in a person-centred manner.
- Providing knowledgeable and trusted information regarding services and benefits available and, where appropriate, assist clients in accessing them.
- Signposting clients to a choice of suitable other sources of help, where appropriate.
- Developing a proactive approach in reaching people with dementia and carers who may not otherwise access our services.

There is no direct care element to the Dementia Adviser role, however we work passionately to provide advice, support and guidance to people affected by dementia. This role will support people who have received a Dementia Diagnosis and help provide the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about their future post diagnostically.

- A passion for supporting people to maintain their independence, improve their sense of well-being, and help them take more control of their lives
- A solid and compassionate understanding of the needs of people affected by dementia
- The ability to work inclusively with people affected by dementia, along with an understanding of the need for client confidentially

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Service based across Cornwall.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.

Position: S11316 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based, West Cornwall. However, Frequent travel will be required as part of this role (to include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Salary: Circa £27,435 per annum, pro rata

• Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
• Provide personalised information, advice and support.
• Support stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.

About You

The post holder will have experience/background in:

• A caring profession ideally with experience of supporting people with disabilities.

• Proven experience in corporate and partnership fundraising, with a strong track record of increasing income.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, demonstrated through securing significant gifts via face-to-face meetings, phone conversations, and email—always prioritising an outstanding supporter experience.

• Skilled in developing and executing strategic fundraising plans, translating them into actionable operational plans with clear KPIs and risk management.

• Experienced in budget management, including setting, monitoring, and delivering against budgets, reporting on KPIs, identifying variances, and reforecasting as needed.

Team Coordinator

Youth Futures Foundation is the national What Works Centre for youth employment, with a specific focus on marginalised young people.   

We find and generate high-quality evidence to better understand England’s’ youth unemployment and inactivity challenge, and most importantly to learn what solutions work to address this. We do this through bringing together the best evidence already in existence and build on this by conducting original research and testing and evaluating promising interventions to produce much needed new evidence where there are gaps.  

We are looking for a dynamic Team Coordinator to provide administrative and business support to the Programmes and Grants Directorate. The successful candidate will help us to deliver our objectives by providing seamless support and delivery. They will:

Understand the needs of the teams, the context in which they operate, and focus on problem-solving and working with others to meet objectives. 

Help the teams to work effectively, co-ordinate team activities, maintain relationships, alongside supporting operational excellence 

Work flexibly as needs evolve to support teams, and occasionally, support cross-Directorate colleagues. 

Use digital ways of working, technology and platforms to achieve goals. 

This role will be based at our Birmingham office.

We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Shop Supervisor to make a difference and deliver positive social impact in the local community while also raising money to fund Crisis’ work ending homelessness.

As a Shop Supervisor, you will support the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in delivering customer service and supporting volunteers, as well maintaining the look and feel of the shop and processing stock. You will work towards ambitious sales and training targets, maximising the impact on our mission to end homelessness.

This is a unique retail opportunity where you will also be involved in delivering on the job training for Crisis members, supporting them to gain the skills and confidence needed in the workplace. You will work collaboratively with your team and will have opportunities to build your own skills and career progression.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have significant retail or customer service experience alongside a genuine interest in charity retail. You will be seeking a challenge that stands out from other retail roles and will be looking to build a career in this sector. You will be committed to Crisis’s values and mission to end homelessness.

As Financial Controller, you will lead the charity’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, transparency, and strategic alignment. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Treasurer, trustees, and external providers to deliver robust financial reporting, effective treasury management, and support decision-making across the organisation.  As we’re a small organisation, there’ll also be times when you’ll need to support the day-to-day running of our financial operations directly.

Role tasks and responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting.
• Oversee income and expenditure tracking, including restricted/unrestricted funds.
• Manage cash flow to meet organisational requirements.
• Monthly presentation of financial management reports.
• Oversee management of the charity’s investments.
• Manage financial systems (e.g., Sage) and outsourced providers, including pension and payroll operators.
• Ensure appropriate schedules of financial delegation are in place/observed.
• Manage bank accounts, ensuring effective relationships with financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with charity accounting regulations and funder requirements.
• Support funding applications with financial insights.
• Lead year-end accounts and audit preparation, working with auditors on the production of statutory accounts.

• Support external partnerships working in line with strategic goals.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring value for money from providers.
• Step in and support day-to-day financial operations such as Sage and Salesforce recording and analysis as and when required.

Experience required 

You’ll have previous experience of: 

• Managing direct marketing campaigns in a charity environment.

• Leading projects from start to finish within given budgets and timescales.

• Creating compelling and professional communications for a variety of audiences and channels. 

• Analysing campaign results and using insight to optimise future campaigns.

• Collaborative working with multiple internal and external partners to deliver campaigns.
