Strathclyde would like to appoint an early career fundraiser to the role of Alumni Fund Officer, working within its established and successful Alumni and Development team. This role will deliver fundraising programmes to support the University’s Alumni Fund – a fund which is championed by many thousands of our graduates, and which supports the whole student experience.
You will deliver a range of fundraising projects including an annual student telethon campaign, direct mail, and digital projects (including Giving Day campaigns). Working across the University, you will develop close and supportive relationships with senior staff and talented students alike.
The University’s Alumni Fund helps students to have an outstanding student experience by funding a range of projects including scholarships for students in need; community programmes; international experiences; learning resources and student-led projects. You will raise awareness of the Fund to the student community, and you will manage the funding application process, taking an active role in awarding funding to successful projects.

Job Description
Communications:
- Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s fundraising capacity and raise awareness of the issues
- Develop brand identity for Kineara’s new charitable arm, ensuring it is consistent across all activities in the organisation, while maintaining Kineara’s overall ‘look and feel’ to ensure coherence in branding, colours, messaging, style and approach.
- Oversee the creation, development, distribution of compelling, impact-driven story-telling about Kineara’s work and beneficiaries using interviews, blogs, case studies, etc.
- Use a range of platforms to distribute print and electronic content including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, leaflets, posters reports, e-newsletters, and Kineara’s website

The LSO Development department is looking for a knowledgeable and self-motivated individual to join our team as Trusts & Foundations Officer at an exciting time in the LSO’s history. Reporting to the Trusts & Foundations Manager, the role will primarily work within the Trusts and Foundations team to establish and maintain relationships with grant-giving bodies to help meet and grow income targets. These grants support a range of LSO activities, including projects within our pioneering learning and engagement programme, LSO Discovery; our exciting artistic season at the Barbican Centre; international tours; new commissions for the LSO and recordings produced by our record label LSO Live.
About you
Experience in fundraising from trusts, foundations and other grant-giving bodies is essential for this role, alongside strong communication skills, high attention to detail and a passion for creating concise and compelling written copy. An interest in orchestral/classical music is desirable.

The Autism Centre of Excellence exists to improve access to high quality support and remove barriers and stigma for autistic people, but to do this we need to grow our funding.
We aim to raise £5 million over the next five years to increase our reach, impact and activities, whilst creating a sustainable and predictable income stream for the charity. To do this we need to systematically build a pipeline of donors and supporters, to build profile and new relationships. Senior Development Officer (Fundraising)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role:The Senior Development Officer plays an integral role within the Development Team at Forces Employment Charity (FEC). You will work with the Head of Development to produce high quality, bespoke proposals, and reports to demonstrate impact and outcomes to help drive the delivery of FEC across the UK. You will also work within the team to research and identify new fundraising opportunities from trusts, foundations and companies and convert these into long term business relationships.

The Supporter Relations Team plays a pivotal role in building relationships with our supporters and assisting our fundraising team to raise vital funds that will support our mission to beat blood cancer within a generation. The main purpose of this role is to lead and develop the Supporter Relations Team to deliver excellent customer service to our supporters from the beginning of their journey with Blood Cancer UK. Our processes need to be as efficient and effective as possible to get the best from our supporters.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. The post holder will take responsibility to help build lasting relationships with our supporters through written and verbal communication and ensure efficient administration of donations and maintaining accurate data on our CRM system. The purpose of the Senior Direct Marketing Officer’s role is to deliver and evolve the acquisition and retention strategy, inspiring the people of London to become long-term supporters of the Charity.
Working closely with the Senior Direct Marketing Manager, you will manage campaign activity, from briefing through to execution, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement within the programme, particularly with regards to retention and delivery of the supporter journey.
You will be responsible for multi-channel donor acquisition, retention, upgrade and cross-sell campaigns across digital channels, print, telephone and provide occasional support to our successful Face to Face programme. You will take ownership of the delivery of our supporter journey for our regular donors, cash, lottery and raffle players – with huge scope to make a big impact in this area.

The role holder will have experience in using the latest social media trends and developments in order to manage and grow online communities and to engage as well as implementing digital plans that expand our reach, impact and income.
The successful candidate will be pro-active and have excellent communication skills. As the Major Gifts Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in developing and sustaining fundraising relationships, working closely with the Director of Development, Chief Executive and Senior Management Team. You will be an integral member of the Development Team and work across other teams, particularly the Communications and Policy Teams to maximise fundraising and engagement opportunities and to deliver a first-class giving experience to every major individual donor.
The JUSTICE team currently work in a hybrid manner. Staff members have access to office space in London, however, attendance is currently optional.
