Job description

Who we are looking for 

We are looking for a motivated and talented Participant Support Manager to join our Participant Support team. The role will lead a multi-tiered team providing the interface between the organisation and our teachers and leaders on a range of our programmes and provide varied support to these participants. The expectation is that the Manager will also act as Business Partner across a number of programmes acting as the point of escalation for the programme externally ensuring we deliver a timely and high quality experience. This role will act as the point of escalation for the programme externally with our Partners ensuring we deliver a timely and high quality experience.

Internally, the Participant Support Manager will work collaboratively with the Programme Leader, providing advice and strategic support in regards to participants and partners and work in a matrix structure with other programme operations departments. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality of engagement with their participants/partners and maintaining an excellent participant experience. They will lead on the development of participant/partner engagement and communication plans and ensure all programmes under their leadership are accurately tracking participant engagement.   

Based in one of our London, Manchester or Birmingham offices, and reporting to the Participant Support Associate Director, you will be an individual with experience of delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who has previously managed multiple stakeholders, including the ability to deal with difficult conversations. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, good budgeting skills, and will be able to take a strategic approach to the end to end programme journey.
