About your role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Fundraising Co-ordinator to join the Marketing, Communications and Fundraising team at Housing Justice.As Fundraising Co-ordinator, you will identify both statutory and grant funding opportunities to fund our projects, and craft compelling bids and proposals that clearly articulate our vision, services, and value to commissioners and funders. You will also be responsible for applying for relevant accreditations to support your applications and will have experience of building corporate partnerships.

MSF UK is looking for a highly organised and proactive Fundraising Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of our Face-to-Face fundraising programme across Scotland and England.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Duration: Permanent
Location: London - hybrid, 2 days per week in office (including Wednesdays)
Please note that this role will also occasionally require working at fundraising sites to support organisational needs. When required, this will be discussed in advance.
Salary: £35,375.80 per annum - £43,237.08 per annum| Salary is offered in line with our pay framework and typically starts at the entry point of the band. Salary increases are considered annually and are subject to our appraisal and performance review process.
Job Purpose:
The Face to Face Fundraising Logistics Coordinator (FFLC) supports the delivery of MSF UK’s F2F Campaign by coordinating logistics for the Festivals and Events programme and providing dedicated logistical support to the separate Private Sites Campaign.
Reporting to the Face to Face Fundraising Festivals and Events Manager (FFFEM), the role coordinates logistical planning for Festivals and Events, including supplier liaison, bookings, equipment movements, stock control and compliance administration. The FFLC is also responsible for managing Private Sites bookings (excluding Scotland) and works closely with the Face to Face Private Sites Manager (FFPSM) to ensure the timely booking and smooth operational delivery of the Private Sites Campaign.
The role supports liaison with festival and event organisers, venues and suppliers to ensure logistical requirements such as access, deliveries, equipment and scheduling are prepared in advance and delivered effectively. The FFLC coordinates the F2F stock across Festivals, Events and Private Sites and is accountable for the effective use of a delegated Private Sites and stock budgets, ensuring expenditure is monitored, recorded and aligned with agreed forecasts.
Working with the FFFEM, FFPSM and the F2F Safeguarding Lead, the role ensures logistical, health & safety and safeguarding requirements are prepared ahead of activity, with all documentation completed and recorded. The FFLC also contributes to the development of the Festivals, Events and Private Sites diary by researching and progressing new opportunities, maintains regular communication to ensure issues are identified and addressed promptly.

The Manager, International Philanthropy is part of the International Philanthropy team which focuses on raising gifts from individuals based outside of the U.S. and will support the activities of the team in managing donor accounts and coordinating day to day activities of the Senior Director and Director as required.
Major Responsibilities
• Collaborate with frontline fundraisers to implement strategies for high-net-worth individual donors and prospects within donor portfolios, bringing in critical revenue for the organization
• Draft and edit donor-facing communications, including letters, emails, contact reports, and tailored correspondence supporting donor engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop high-quality concept notes, proposals, presentations, and reports, managing drafts through final approval and formatting.
• Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for donor meetings, prospect conversations, and internal strategy discussions.
• With fundraisers, act as the liaison between donors or prospects and field staff, ensuring both parties receive the most critical information and that it is communicated clearly and strategically reflective of its audience.
• Collaborate closely with Prospect Research and Management teams as well as Analytics and operations staff to co-lead and track the entire donor cycle.
• Support the planning and delivery of stewardship and cultivation events for international high-net-worth donors.
• Update the donor database (Salesforce) to maintain portfolio assignments, draft and update giving proposals, request prospect research, monitor report requirements and submissions, track ongoing donor communication and activity as well as additional relationship management duties.
• Support payment processing and ensure documentation complies with IRC and donor requirements.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Senior Director and Director, including scheduling, travel coordination, and preparation for board or leadership meetings.
• Maintain teamwide systems, materials, and processes, support onboarding for new team members, and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
