Reporting to the Managing Director and in coordination with the Artistic Director and Deputy Artistic Director, you will handle the orchestra’s diary, lead on the production of projects and line manage the Orchestra & Tour Manager and our Production freelancers.
Your responsibilities will be:
· Attending all Chineke! rehearsals, projects and tours
· Working closely with the artistic team to assist on curation of programmes, keeping track of conductor/soloist invites and handling contracting once bookings have been confirmed
· Meeting with venues to generate interest in our future programmes and secure concert dates to build out regional tours around core Southbank Centre dates
· Keeping the Development Director and Marketing and Communications Manager up to date on projects and future plans
· Keeping track of our National Portfolio Organisation requirements with Arts Council and planning projects to meet our targets on the number of concerts in each category that we have committed to in each financial year
· Working closely with our important partners i.e. Askonas Holt, Southbank Centre, Woolwich Works, Royal Albert Hall
· Working closely with the Artistic Team and Managing Director to ensure that our performance plans align with our mission and 5 Year Development Plan
· Producing and negotiating contracts to engagements (conductors, soloists, with venues/festivals, tours, commercial engagements etc.)

In this role, you will build and manage a portfolio of mid-to-high net worth UK donors (typically giving between £1,000 and £10,000), cultivating deep relationships and delivering income growth. We are looking for someone with:

- Results-driven with a track record of securing four and five-figure gifts
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Donorfy, Raiser’s Edge)

- Knowledge of ethical fundraising standards and donor stewardship best practices

The charity offers a flexible working environment, with remote working and occasional travel to their London office for meetings.
This role will take the lead on the day-to-day operational delivery of fundraising campaigns, including campaign planning, financial management, working across teams and departments and line management. This well-known national charity, which relies on voluntary donations for around 90% of its income each year, is partnering with TPP’s Fundraising team to search for a Philanthropy Manager (12-month fixed-term) to join its Major Donor fundraising team. This role will focus on securing support from high-level individual donors across London and the Southeast, while also being responsive to opportunities across the East of England. This is a hybrid role, with ad hoc travel across the region.
You’ll join a high-performing team of 11 fundraisers who collectively raise around £4 million annually.

Summary of the role
The Legacy and In Memory Fundraiser will develop and lead on strategies to grow two vital income streams. This role will be instrumental in ensuring long-term sustainability for ADSS by inspiring supporters to leave a gift in their will or donate in memory of a loved one.
Main purpose of job
The Legacy and In Memory Fundraiser will lead the development and implementation of strategies to grow income from gifts in wills and in-memory donations. Overall Purpose of the Role
The Senior Prospect Research Manager will lead the Prospect Research function at the Foundation, with support and direction from the Head of Philanthropy.
You will be accountable for the ongoing development and delivery of the Prospect Research strategy, BE involved in and oversight of other policies and processes related to our pipeline growth and development, involving due diligence, gift acceptance protocols, database management and business planning.
The Prospect Research function will be made up of this role and one Prospect Research Manager, who will report into you. Working Environment:

This will include working with the data team to identify data challenges and appropriate solutions for improving prospect data quality and cleanliness.
