Working as Director of Fundraising and Communications you will:

- Develop St Mungo’s external communications to increase our brand awareness and reputation with key audiences.
- Ensure St Mungo’s reactive communications are responsive to events and protect and enhance our reputation.
About you
We are looking for an excellent problem solver, who can demonstrate effective leadership and change management skills.
You will have excellent organisational and planning skills and experience of leading motivated, engaged and high performing teams particularly in a changing environment.
You will have experience of leadership in a large and complex fundraising and/or communications role or environment.
You may have experience of implementing strategy and achieving ambitious fundraising targets, or a proven success in shaping and implementing compelling communications and public affairs activity in a challenging environment.

The Regional Fundraisers role is to mobilise and maximise local fundraising activities in order to raise income to support the work of the charity. Working to the Director of Fundraising and with other senior fundraising staff, develop and implement a comprehensive regional fundraising strategy to maximize income generation and donor engagement within the region. The role.
This is an exciting role that sits on the senior leadership team with a significant amount of autonomy for an outstanding fundraiser and leader who is interested in further developing a fundraising function to eventually deliver c.£1.8m fundraising income per annum.
They are at a crucial stage in the evolution of their fundraising. Opened in 2019, our Youth Zone is founded on the OnSide funding model whereby the first four years of revenue is made possible primarily by major donors – Founder Patrons – who each committed a minimum of £25k pa for four years.

About IKWRO
IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. The salary for this position is £28,723 (FTE £35,904) – Manager Level, part time (28 hours – 4 days per week). We have fully embraced flexible working and the role can be either fully remote, hybrid or fully based at our Colchester offices. We offer a lot of flexibility in working practices and there is free reserved parking available. We also offer 26 days annual leave plus public holidays (pro-rated), pension, and support from an in-house well-being team.

Role: Fundraising Database Manager
Location: The Haberdashers' Schools, Elstree, Hertfordshire but with hybrid work
This is an exciting time for Haberdashers’ Girls’ School and Haberdashers’ Boys’ School. While they remain largely autonomous institutions with their own cultures and traditions, they are undertaking ambitious joint fundraising and alumni relations activities for the first time in their histories. This effort is led by a small but dynamic development & alumni relations team working across both schools.
Overview
The Fundraising Database Manager plays a key role within the team, with overall responsibility for the administration and oversight of the Raiser's Edge donor/alumni database, gift processing and alumni networking platforms across both schools. Responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the data and ensuring it is up to date, optimising the database for fundraising appeals, generating reports and queries, providing professional support and training to users, processing all gifts and claiming Gift Aid. The database manager is also responsible for ensuring the department complies with all relevant data protection regulations
You are a motivated and highly organised self-starter, with a knack for methodical problem-solving, enthusiasm for the potential of data to drive effective fundraising and alumni relations, and a meticulous attention to detail. Beyond optimising and managing the database, you will also take the lead in implementing new financial and operational procedures which will make our fundraising and alumni relations work more efficient and effective, and which will be easy for less tech-minded team members to adopt and sustain.
You are comfortable extracting, interrogating and reporting on data to help inform strategy, always looking for ways to use and improve your skills and experience to make an impact. You will have a sophisticated understanding of how to export, import and (where warranted) merge multiple datasets. Finally, you never forget that behind the data are real people, and that ensuring the integrity, accuracy and protection of their data is vitally important, both for them and for the schools.
Location: Borehamwood, 15 miles northwest of central London. A flexible work schedule, including a mix of remote and on-site working, will be possible for the right candidate.

The Trusts and Foundations Officer will support the Trusts and Foundations team to meet income targets and develop and maintain relationships with donors and prospects. The role combines supporting the Trusts and Foundations Manager, Senior Trusts Officer, and Head of Fundraising with the maintenance of existing relationships as well as generating their own income from both smaller and larger trusts. The successful candidate will demonstrate success in securing grants from charitable trusts, foundations, and institutional donors. Proven experience in trust and foundation fundraising, preferably within the nonprofit sector or a similar environment is essential.

The role is to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding building on their success, whilst accelerating progress to ensure they have the resources and partners to achieve their vision of a world-leading STEM education for every young person across the UK. The post holder will develop a strong pipeline of new business to meet income targets and identify new business and relationships to advance the mission and goals of STEM Learning.

They are looking for a candidate with a demonstrable track record of applying to corporates, trusts, and foundations to secure 6+ figure donations over multiple years. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership for identifying opportunities for new funds and contributing to the overall fundraising strategy of STEM Learning.
