You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across channels including direct mail, digital, email, social media and telemarketing. Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll shape creative briefs, collaborate on compelling content, and ensure every campaign is delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.

You’ll take ownership of campaign budgets, reporting and forecasting, while also supporting post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement. Bright Futures UK supports children and young people aged 5 to 24 whose education has been disrupted due to serious long-term physical or mental health conditions. Role Overview
The Trusts and Foundations Manager will play a central role in driving sustainable income for Bright Futures UK by securing funding from charitable trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies. Income Generation

About the role
The purpose of the role is to lead the successful delivery of ELBA’s Evolve Project, delivering employer-supported volunteering projects that meet the needs of the communities of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Haringey, and expectations of the corporate partners.
The role requires an ability to build close and collaborative relationships across the community sector, particularly with infrastructure organisations of the three boroughs, likewise the corporate partners. The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of innovative workshops and long term employee volunteering activities (including ELBA’s flagship coaching programmes) to build resilience in communities. The Project Manager will also lead monthly and quarterly steering group meetings, reporting on impact to the corporate partners.

· Lead day-to-day development, planning and delivery of Evolve workshops and programmes

About Dravet Syndrome UK
Dravet Syndrome UK (DSUK) is a small independent UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by Dravet Syndrome. Dravet Syndrome is a rare neurological condition that affects around one in every 15,000 people in the UK. As well as experiencing severe, difficult-to-control seizures, children and adults with Dravet Syndrome have varying degrees of intellectual disability and a spectrum of associated conditions (known as ‘comorbidities’), which may include autism, ADHD, behaviours that challenge and difficulties with speech, mobility, eating and sleep.
The charity was founded in October 2008 by a small group of 30 families. Today, DSUK is a registered charity helping over 550 families with support, education, and research programmes, underpinned by a world-class Medical Advisory Board.

· Demonstrable experience in planning and delivering engaging and targeted social media content to build community, raise awareness and drive engagement.
· Hands-on experience managing websites (using WordPress), delivering e-marketing campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp or similar), and applying SEO principles and other techniques to optimise digital communications and online visibility.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Supporter Care Fundraiser will be responsible for providing exceptional stewardship and support to our valued supporters, including donors and volunteers (committee members and non-committee members). This role will ensure that our supporters feel appreciated, informed and engaged with RABI’s work, ultimately helping to strengthen relationships and encourage continued giving. This position is crucial to maintaining long-term, meaningful connections with donors and ensuring they feel a sense of connection to RABI’s purpose.
With a strong focus on relationship management and supporter stewardship, the Supporter Care Fundraiser will help drive the growth of community-led fundraising initiatives. Working alongside both central and regional volunteer teams, this role will be pivotal in supporting RABI to achieve its ambitious £10 million fundraising goal over the next five years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporter Stewardship: Provide high-quality, personalised care and attention to supporters, ensuring they feel valued and recognised for their contributions. Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries and support requests via email, telephone and post.
Donation Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of donations, ensuring that all records are updated in the CRM system and acknowledged and thanked appropriately.

We’re now seeking an ambitious, senior leader in fundraising and marketing for a unique opportunity to become our new Executive Director of Charities. The role will be responsible for shaping the future of our three NHS charities - Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity, Evelina London Children’s Charity, and Guy’s Cancer Charity and deliver impact that changes lives every day.

What you’ll do
Reporting directly to our CEO, you will lead the Charities Team – overseeing directors across fundraising, marketing, funding & impact, strategy and innovation, and business and play a key role on the Foundation’s Executive Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & culture – uniting teams behind a shared vision, fostering high performance, and embedding diversity and inclusion.
- Strategy & fundraising – driving ambitious income growth, shaping large-scale propositions, and championing a culture of philanthropy across the Foundation and the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
- Funding & impact – ensuring we invest strategically in health and equity, while strengthening how we measure and demonstrate impact.
- Partnerships – building deep, collaborative relationships with the Trust’s Executive team, senior clinical leaders, donors and partners.
- Governance & oversight – ensuring robust structures, efficiency and capability for long-term growth and success.
Who you are:
- A vision and mission driven leader, encouraging diverse, positive and collaborative cultures; and developing inclusive processes.
- A proven track record in strategic fundraising and marketing leadership and income growth.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams in complex organisations, including leading leaders.
- Skill in strategy development and delivery, with the commercial acumen to drive results.
- The ability to inspire diverse stakeholders from senior NHS leaders to high-value donors.
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
