Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Own and manage HorseWorld’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and usability
- Act as system administrator and lead on any future development or upgrades
- Produce reports and insights to support fundraising performance and decision-making

Data Protection & Compliance
- Work with the CEO to ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant fundraising regulations

Job Purpose
At Waverley Abbey, we seek to extend and build the kingdom of God through encounter with Him, through education, engagement and enterprise, for the spiritual and cultural renewal of this generation and generations to come. As Fundraising Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by strengthening activities to raise finances from Trusts and Foundations, individual givers, mid–net-worth donors and partners. You help will shape compelling cases for support and build meaningful long-term relationships with funders, that grow our supporter base through proactive outreach, relationship management and strategic bid-writing. Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign support
> Support the Senior Marketing Manager, and wider marketing department, to align fundraising campaigns and activity with the wider organisational marketing calendar.
> Support the planning, development and delivery of fundraising activities and campaigns across email, web, social media, print, events and direct mail.
> Support the marketing department as they produce high quality fundraising assets, including videos, graphics, impact stories and supporter communications.

2. Trusts and Foundations

About Spear

The Development Manager plays a central part in enabling the Royal Court Theatre’s Development team to reach and grow ambitious fundraising targets for the charity’s mission.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Community fundraising
o Develop and implement a community fundraising strategy.
o Recruit, support, and retain community fundraisers and volunteers.

o Develop and implement the individual giving strategy (including regular giving, cash appeals, and digital fundraising).

o Enter, track, and reconcile donations and pledges

Experience required

About you

MSF UK is looking for a highly organised and proactive Fundraising Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of our Face-to-Face fundraising programme across Scotland and England.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Job Purpose:
The Face to Face Fundraising Logistics Coordinator (FFLC) supports the delivery of MSF UK’s F2F Campaign by coordinating logistics for the Festivals and Events programme and providing dedicated logistical support to the separate Private Sites Campaign.
Reporting to the Face to Face Fundraising Festivals and Events Manager (FFFEM), the role coordinates logistical planning for Festivals and Events, including supplier liaison, bookings, equipment movements, stock control and compliance administration. The FFLC is also responsible for managing Private Sites bookings (excluding Scotland) and works closely with the Face to Face Private Sites Manager (FFPSM) to ensure the timely booking and smooth operational delivery of the Private Sites Campaign.
The role supports liaison with festival and event organisers, venues and suppliers to ensure logistical requirements such as access, deliveries, equipment and scheduling are prepared in advance and delivered effectively. The FFLC coordinates the F2F stock across Festivals, Events and Private Sites and is accountable for the effective use of a delegated Private Sites and stock budgets, ensuring expenditure is monitored, recorded and aligned with agreed forecasts.
Working with the FFFEM, FFPSM and the F2F Safeguarding Lead, the role ensures logistical, health & safety and safeguarding requirements are prepared ahead of activity, with all documentation completed and recorded. The FFLC also contributes to the development of the Festivals, Events and Private Sites diary by researching and progressing new opportunities, maintains regular communication to ensure issues are identified and addressed promptly.
