As a Developer, you will play a key role in embedding our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This new platform will be delivered in April giving us a modern, flexible solution to support our fundraising and wider organisational needs.

You will join a newly formed team bringing together developers, testers, and product-focused colleagues. Together, you will design, build, and improve solutions that make a real difference to how the organisation works.

In this role, you will work closely with our fundraising teams to understand their needs and turn them into practical, well-designed solutions. You will be involved in configuring and customising Dynamics 365, supporting integrations, and helping to set good development standards across the team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Trusts, in a lovely team of three. You will play a lead role and help the team raise their income target of c£1.7m income from a range of Trusts and Foundations.

This role will develop and maintain relationships with trusts, foundations and statutory funders through updates and other bespoke communications in order to maximise income.

You will develop compelling funding applications aimed at grants above £30k to secure five- and six-figure gifts in support of the charites vision and mission.

Monitor and report progress towards income targets and other agreed KPIs.

The Candidate

• You will need a strong track record of securing five and ideally six figure gifts, including warming up cold Trust relationships to secure income.
• Experience of maintaining relationships with funders and designing and implementing tailored donor care and stewardship plans.
• Experience of researching new prospects and of developing pipelines of activity.
• Experience of producing budgets suitable for five- and six- figure funding requests.
• Experience of cultivating prospects, initiating conversations and planning and hosting service visits with donors.

Job Summary for Senior Data Manager

• A senior data leadership role sitting at the heart of the Data & IT function, reporting to the CFO and working in close partnership with the Senior IT Manager — with this role taking lead responsibility for all things data

Operations Director:

A new post at the Longford Trust, created at an exciting time of growth and development for the charity.

- A 3 day-a-week role;

- Reporting to the Director and working as part of the Senior Management Team of the trust, within an overall cohort of eight, all part-time posts;

- Paid pro-rata of £50-55,000 depending on experience via PAYE with pensions contributions;

The Longford Trust was set up in 2002. Each November, it stages an annual Longford Lecture and awards an annual Longford Prize. It is the only programme of its type across the UK, supporting more than 600 individuals so far, with over 100 current award-holders, as well as many alumni who continue to be part of the trust. Evolve Counselling is a long‑established Cambridgeshire charity providing professional, affordable mental‑health support to individuals, organisations and communities. Each year, Evolve delivers thousands of counselling sessions through a team of trained, accredited counsellors working across the East of England region.

Our mission is to deliver counselling services to adults at the lowest possible cost, wherever possible seeking to subsidise sessions for those on low incomes. We do this through a mixed model of commissioned services, private counselling, and grant‑supported provision. The CEO role provides strategic and operational leadership to drive Evolve’s growth, sustainability and impact. Working closely with the Head of Scotland you will co-create and deliver a tailored local growth plan that reflects your region's communities and opportunities. You will represent Mary’s Meals across schools, churches, corporates and community partners and playa pivotal role in activating supporters, mobilising volunteers, and sharing compelling local stories.​

Operating with high autonomy, you will use insights and data to focus on high potential and growth areas, and collaborate closely with our Philanthropy & Partnerships, Supporter Experience and Communications teams to deliver seamless supporter journeys and strong storytelling. AHF is seeking to appoint 3.5 FTE new Grants Officers to help deliver our core grants and advisory programme across England. These roles have been created following the recent announcement of significant new investment, which will support the expansion of the Heritage Revival Fund through to March 2029. This investment will enable AHF, in partnership with DCMS and Historic England, to provide grants to hundreds of communities across England, helping them bring neglected historic buildings back into use.

The postholders will be responsible for assessing and managing a caseload of projects within a defined area of England, joining an existing team of Grants Officers. They will advise and guide projects through each stage of the project lifecycle, from early viability through to capital works. They will ensure that grants, where offered, are allocated and monitored in accordance with programme criteria and priorities and will work closely with external partners to support shared objectives.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in grant-making and project management, who can work collaboratively as part of a remote team and who can demonstrate a clear interest in AHF’s mission to promote the conservation and sustainable re‑use of historic buildings for the benefit of communities across the UK. Applicants must also have strong numerical and written skills and confidence using common IT and office systems.

We are seeking to fill three FTE positions and one 0.5 FTE position to cover the Midlands, East of England, Yorkshire & Humberside and North East England so we are particularly keen to hear from applicants in these areas. All roles will be home-based.

The Data Insight Manager for our Finance and Data team will play a vital role in strengthening RNID’s understanding of our audiences and improving how we use data to drive timely, targeted and impactful communications.

You will conduct campaign selections, audience insights and segmentation, working closely with the Senior Data Analyst and fundraising teams to deliver accurate, compliant and high‑quality data for supporter engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape supporter journeys, contribute to audience segmentation development and support a data audit as part of RNID’s supporter engagement strategy. 

What you will be doing

· Deliver high‑quality campaign selections and ensure robust, compliant data processes. 

· Provide meaningful insights to inform decision‑making and improve supporter engagement. 

· Develop and maintain segmentation logic, profiling, and audience insights. 

· Support cross‑charity projects including segmentation development, data audits, and supporter journey design. 

· Improve data quality by identifying issues and recommending enhancements.  

You bring strong analytical skills, experience producing campaign selections, and the ability to interpret complex data and translate it for non‑technical audiences. You are collaborative, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities to deliver high‑quality outputs. You have experience using CRM systems and query tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, SQL or other selection tools), and ideally experience in segmentation, profiling, or direct marketing. You are purpose‑driven and willing to learn about deaf culture.
