Essential Skills

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Verify donor data, including demographic, membership, and personal information, and input it into the membership database

Organise and maintain the Fundraising Department’s administrative systems and procedures, including processing credit and debit card donations, preparing cheque donations for banking, filing financial statements, and adding donations to the database

Our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Digital and Engagement sits within the Business Intelligence – Engagement team.
This role is focused on providing advanced data analysis and strategic support to enhance the MS Society’s marketing, engagement, and fundraising efforts, with a focus on digital and content optimisation.
This role involves utilising advanced analytical techniques, managing complex data projects, and developing insightful reports and dashboards.
The role will work in close partnership with our Digital, Content, and Marketing teams, in leading data initiatives that improve data-driven decision-making and optimises engagement, marketing, and content across all channels.
You’ll also work closely with our Digital and Content team to evaluate and report on the performance of our website and donate funnel and develop and implement optimisation plans to drive engagement and increase conversions.
Additionally, this role provides mentorship and guidance to colleagues in the wider organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence.
This role is responsible for:
- Analysing audience behaviour, campaign, channel, and content performance, and engagement trends to support decision-making. Using advanced techniques like predictive analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Work closely with our Digital and Content team to support all our monthly, quarterly and campaign reporting and develop data analysis that align with our goals.
- Creating and maintain dashboards and reports, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI to track and present analysis clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimise our digital analytics infrastructure. Design and implement tagging and tracking, trouble shoot or fix configuration issues and ensure accuracy of our tracking across all our analytics systems, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Guiding and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices in data analysis to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by conducting regular audits and supporting data cleansing efforts.
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts to improve analysis and reporting, staying up-to-date on the latest tools and practices in digital data analysis.
For this role we’re looking for:
- Experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles,
- Experience with digital channel analytics (social media, websites, email) and content optimisation e.g. through A/B testing and conversion analysis.
- Experience in advanced analytics techniques to optimise engagement and marketing strategies.
- Technical expertise in data analysis, manipulation, and visualisation using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI
- Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Purpose of Role

The Partnerships Executive will play a vital role in supporting the day-to- day management of some of our strategic, seven figure partnerships at Comic Relief. The successful candidate will support the Partnership Managers (PM) in both the day to day running of the partnerships and project manage the logistics of our Red Nose Day merchandise.
Key responsibilities:
The core areas of focus for this role are supporting partnership management, merchandise logistics and staff engagement by organising project visits with our brilliant funded partners.
Partnership Management
· Support the Partnership Managers with all aspects of the day-to-day partnership management on several key strategic and merchandise partnerships.
· Manage relationships with our partners through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests in a timely manner.
· Work alongside key teams within Comic Relief including marketing, creative, PR, legal, talent, fundraising, finance and funding to ensure we are delivering against our partnership objectives.

· Support New Business team on prospect research as required.
Staff Engagement
· Support staff engagement initiatives for our partners, working closely with both the funding team at Comic Relief and funded partner organisations to plan and execute corporate visits (virtual and in-person) to continue to engage partner employees with Comic Relief’s work.
Red Nose Day Merchandise
· Project manage the partner aspects of Comic Relief’s online shop. Work closely with teams across the organization including tech, finance, legal and partner organizations to support the setup of Comic Relief’s online shop ahead of the Red Nose Day campaign.
· Support the PM in the development of Comic Relief’s merchandise range, including our iconic Red Nose.
· Organise merchandise for campaign shoots, making sure transport and couriers are booked.

The Parks Team are a passionate group of professionals, who work together to maintain and improve Wandsworth Council’s parks, commons, playgrounds, allotments and other greenspaces. The role of Parks Volunteer Programme coordinator in the Enable Parks team will allow you to demonstrate your skills working with stakeholders and local communities to deliver park improvements, habitat management tasks and one-off volunteering opportunities. You will assist with developing working relations with existing corporate partners and increasing our reach by creating new partnerships in the local area and beyond.
Your responsibility will be to manage and deliver volunteering sessions throughout the entire portfolio of parks and greenspaces. You will develop a volunteering program which is established but in its infancy, working with key managers and the team around you to create a purposeful and output focussed programme of opportunities for local groups and corporate partners. Skills and Experience:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification) or appropriate experience in a directly related post.

- Proven ability to organise, plan, and manage projects effectively (including budget management, Health and Safety oversight, and environmental monitoring data).

This role will be a key strategic advisor and responsible for high-level planning conversations to WaterAid UKs largest income generating Directorate: Communications and Fundraising. As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for helping shape the strategic direction of fundraising team. This is a high-profile role, enabling Water Aid UK’s senior leadership to deliver and support the delivery of WaterAid’s ambitious programmatic activity.

We are the Wandsworth representative of the national City of Sanctuary (CoS) charity. This project will support the committee and expand our activities in the voluntary and community sector and elsewhere to build commitment to Sanctuaries in the Borough. Wandsworth has a small but active network supporting refugees. The existing sanctuaries include a theatre, cafe and shop. Our Wandsworth libraries are en route to become sanctuaries and there is active interest from schools and faith groups. The contract is initially for 62 days over one year. Background to the project
The Project is supported by Wandsworth Council as a Borough of Sanctuary and by Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network (LRMN). Note that for the year 2025 Wandsworth is the London Borough of Culture.
Wandsworth Welcomes Refugees is a charity and operates primarily on a voluntary basis. We aim to make Wandsworth a welcoming place for those seeking sanctuary to feel safe, supported and part of our community. WWR is part of the City of Sanctuary movement and is the accredited organization in Wandsworth. We work with voluntary and community sector (VCS) and other organisations to encourage and support those wishing to reach out to refugees. We liaise with those interested in finding out more, offering general support, offering general support, or seeking to become accredited with City of Sanctuary.
Objectives of the project
The project will support the WWR committee activities and objectives. It will expand WWR reach and contacts in the VCS and other appropriate places and organisations. It will raise the profile of the sanctuary movement and encourage active participation by various organisations to create welcoming communities for people seeking sanctuary. Participation can range from an interest and small steps through to becoming accredited with City of Sanctuary.
Wandsworth and Sanctuaries
Sanctuaries include community groups, private organizations, public sector services, and individuals, united in their commitment to supporting those fleeing violence and persecution. Wandsworth is a Borough of Sanctuary, and the accredited organisations at present include a theatre, café and shop. Wandsworth libraries and some faith groups and schools are in the process of applying to become accredited. There is interest from other theatres, shops, sporting facilities and many others.
