About the Programme
The Schools Triathlon is a fun, mass participation sporting event for 7–13 year olds. Its mission? To get more young people moving, having fun, and discovering the power of fundraising. In 2025, over 10,000 young people took part in 12 events, raising an incredible £1.5 million for Restless Development and local charities. Since it began, the Schools Triathlon has raised over £5 million—making it our flagship fundraising event.
About the Role
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to kickstart their career in fundraising and events management. As our Assistant Fundraising Events Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in Restless Development’s close-knit fundraising team, helping to deliver our flagship events — the Schools Triathlon.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including our volunteer Schools Triathlon Committee, schools, pupils, parents, and event delivery partners. A big part of your role will involve delivering fun and engaging school assemblies, encouraging pupils to take part and fundraise for Restless Development.
Alongside this outward-facing work, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support behind the scenes. This will include managing participant data in Excel, Eventrac, and Salesforce; uploading and running reports; processing donations (including cash and cheques); and ensuring our records are accurate and up to date.
You’ll also be the first point of contact for event participants and their families, providing warm, professional support through email and phone queries.

Systems and processes (30%)
- Manage the assembly tracker to ensure it is kept up to date, with relevant members of the team notified when new assemblies are booked in
 - Maintain accurate records across our registration platform (Eventrac), our CRM system (Salesforce) and Excel, including registrations, fundraising data, and supporter information.
 - Monitor and track fundraising progress for over 11,000 participants, encouraging and supporting them to reach their goals.
 - Manage JustGiving pages, ensuring all fundraising activity is accurately logged.
 - Liaise with Finance to process donations (online, offline, and cheques), allocate income correctly, and thank supporters promptly.
 - Support with the merchandise and fulfillment process

 - Book and coordinate school assemblies, and deliver assemblies or fundraising workshops.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, pupils, and parents, thanking and supporting them throughout their fundraising journey.
 - Provide admin support to the Restless Development US Board, including coordinating quarterly meetings.
 - Attend meetings with third party suppliers and schools when necessary
 - Support on wider charity initiatives as and when needed
 
Event management and Communications (30%)
- Support the planning and delivery of two Schools Triathlon events, including site visits, logistics, and on-the-day support.
 - Coordinate event communications, including assembly slides, parent invites, and regular registration reports.
 - Work collaboratively with the Schools Triathlon team to ensure smooth delivery of all events.
 
Others (10%)
- Support the Senior Fundraising Manager with developing an individual giving process.
 - Attend Schools Triathlon events (April–June) and occasional evening/weekend work for which Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) will be provided.
 - Regular travel to schools is required, so access to a reliable vehicle is essential (travel costs will be reimbursed).
 - Carry out any other duties as required to support the fundraising team.

About the role
This is a great opportunity to lead on the day-to-day delivery of the Breast Cancer Now’s in memory giving programme and play a key role in bringing our 5-year strategy to life.
The role blends relationship-building, administration and project management.
You’ll:
-Foster long‑term, multi‑faceted relationships with people giving in memory, and deliver compassionate, personalised stewardship, so all supporters feel valued.
You’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and help identify opportunities to engage supporters in meaningful ways.
-Maintain the database up to date and drawing on data insights, you’ll help monitor performance, identify trends, opportunities for developments and support improvements to the programme.
-Gain exposure to a broad range of fundraising disciplines such as one‑off donations, regular gifts and community fundraising, and work with both internal and external stakeholders on a range of different projects.

As the Fundraising Officer you will play a pivotal role in growing individual giving through cash and regular donors and legacy giving for a local health charity. 
This post would be suitable for someone with existing experience in a fundraising or volunteering setting, regularly interacting with donors and/or customers to provide an excellent service or experience. The Role

Develop and implement automated digital journeys across IG that improve donor conversion, support income growth and reduce donor cancellations.
With support from Fundraising Assistant, ensure administration, record keeping and thanking for all IG activity is accurate and up to date. 
 
The Candidate
Proven experience in marketing, using marketing techniques effectively to grow income and/or engagement. This could be in a charity or commercial setting.
Experience in a fundraising or volunteering setting, regularly interacting with donors and/or customers to provide an excellent service or experience.
Experience using digital media platforms (e.g. social media, canva, mailchimp) 
Experience using a donor or customer database.

About the role
Reporting in to the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, the Senior Finance Business Partner (Income) will champion strategic financial insight and support within the Income and Public Engagement Department, driving accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting for income streams, working closely with fundraising and institutional teams, including the development of funding bids.
The post-holder will enable effective decision making through data-driven insights, ensuring financial sustainability and fosters a mindset that aligns with Christian Aid's strategic objectives

- Partner with the Income and Public Engagement team to develop and champion accurate income forecasts, budget plans, and financial models.

The organisation is the national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children. What the job involves
Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a programme of owned products, activities and events, in addition to third-party challenges. Alongside our two owned events, March for Men and the Grand Depart Classic, we also recruit teams in events such as the TCS London Marathon, Great North Run and the London Landmarks Half Marathon.
In this role, you’ll project manage a number of third-party events which take place across the UK, including our teams at the London Landmarks Half Marathon and the Royal Parks Half Marathon. You’ll also be tasked with identifying new opportunities across the UK in the charity events market.
Your responsibilities will span the full event cycle; from setting budgets and developing marketing plans, to building supporter communications, managing event logistics, providing on-the-day support, and overseeing remittance and thanking — ensuring we maximise income and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.
Alongside this, you’ll work with other teams within Prostate Cancer UK to support the full calendar of events and take the lead with supporting our volunteers at our events. Working with our Communications teams, you’ll ensure that we make the most of every opportunity, from promoting the events to warm and new audiences, identifying and building relationships with the strongest case studies, to ensuring a high proportion of event participants continue to support us long after they cross the finish line.
