ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead on the launch of a new RG proposition and ensure that the onboarding and onward journey is fit for purpose.
- Look for opportunities to thank our donors and communicate impact at key moments.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure we grow our Regular Giving file, through acquisition as well as retention.
- Manage a variety of individual giving fundraising campaigns, from agency briefing, through to launch, meeting six figure campaign targets.
- Work with digital fundraising colleagues to create integrated, multichannel campaigns and an effective, donor-first giving journey.
- Remain flexible and rapidly respond to emergency situations.
- Work with the Data team to identify the best approach to data and segmentation for each project.
- Manage production processes, developing supplier briefs and managing approval stages and end of campaign reviews.
- Manage donor research and mystery shopping as required, using insights to inform creative decisions.
- Manage campaign fulfilment. Monitor responses to identify issues and opportunities.
- From time-to-time support with Donor Care activities if required.
- Ensure cost effective fundraising, manage individual campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve ROIs.
- Stay up to date with issues affecting displaced & refugee communities, campaigns from international teams and reports from the field. Scope new fundraising themes.
- Share creative and insights with UK colleagues, global markets and HQ, participating in training seminars, workshops and international skill shares where applicable.

The Opportunity
This role at WFN provides an exciting opportunity to lead on the development of our growing Winner Network Development (WND) programme, identified as one of the charity’s key areas for strategic growth and maximised impact over the coming years. POSITION OVERVIEW

Variety is looking for a PR and Communications Manager to join our growing team and take responsibility for our communications strategy to support fundraising, programmes and brand activities. About the Role
As Individual Giving Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering an ambitious individual giving programme that brings in over £1.5 million annually. You will lead a supporter-centric strategy focused on acquisition, retention, and growth, harnessing digital tools, automation, and compelling storytelling to create engaging donor journeys. You will manage the development of regular giving, digital fundraising, appeals, lotteries, and raffles.
This is a role with real breadth and impact, combining strategy, digital innovation, data analysis, leadership, and collaboration.

- Oversee the growth and innovation of digital fundraising, automation, and integrated campaigns
- Manage, coach, and develop one Individual Giving Fundraiser

Who They’re Looking For
Keech is seeking a digitally confident and results-driven fundraiser with experience leading individual giving programmes.You’ll bring:
- Strong experience delivering and growing individual giving income through digital and traditional channels
- Ideally have experience of lottery and raffles and associated regulations
- Knowledge of donor segmentation, supporter journeys, and marketing automation
- Experience managing or mentoring staff and driving performance
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with CRM and reporting tools
- A collaborative and strategic mindset, comfortable working across teams
- Commitment to values of empathy, integrity, and supporter care

What we’re looking for:
- Someone who can give a high level of stewardship to empower our student supporters to reach their fundraising potential
- Someone who enjoys collaboration and can build strong working relations with internal and external stakeholders, to increase awareness of the charity and fundraising potential of our student fundraisers
- Someone who has an interest in working in third-party events and in student fundraising
- Someone who is happy to attend University Fresher Fayres and represent Teenage Cancer Trust and our student event portfolio.
