We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Senior Business Change Manager. We need you to manage the development, delivery, evaluation and iteration of a strategic change management plan that drives the successful adoption of new marketing technology systems across a large number of stakeholders.

What will I be doing?

• Leading the development and execution of a single strategic change management plan, to ensure successful and sustained adoption and sustained usage of new marketing technology systems to achieve required outcomes and benefits

• Driving the consistent application of Prosci® ADKAR methodology throughout the change lifecycle, to deliver a best practice approach to change management

• Coaching and influencing key stakeholders (e.g. Sponsors and People Managers) so that they understand their change management roles and responsibilities, to drive the required behaviours and action to enable effective delivery of change management plans

• Leading the development of creative and adaptive solutions to drive adoption and sustained usage, in line with changes required to achieve planned outcomes and benefits

• Ensuring avoidable costs and risks are prevented by conducting robust change impact and readiness assessments and deploying the right tactics to drive the people change required

• Driving strong collaboration with the relevant project and programme managers to ensure change management activity is effectively planned and resourced

• Effectively manage dependencies between change management plans and create a holistic view of people change to prevent and mitigate risks to user adoption and usage

• Driving the development and delivery of training plans and/or other activity to provide our people with the right knowledge to adopt the required changes.

What skills are we looking for?

• Significant experience of driving people change, including technology system adoption, in large digital transformation programmes

• Proven track record driving the people side of change to achieve desired results (outcomes and benefits) in large organisations

• Extensive experience leading the development, delivery, evaluation and iteration of change management plans that has led to successful adoption of changes within a large organisation

• Demonstrable expert knowledge and experience of applying business change principles, frameworks, tools, and techniques to achieve required outcomes and benefits

• Significant stakeholder engagement and influencing experience, with a proven track record driving clarity about the connection between the changes our people are required to adopt and planned benefits

• Exceptional communication skills with the proven ability to communicate complex information simply to a variety of audiences at all levels in an organisation, as well as experience developing and delivering inspiring content that increases understanding, desire and knowledge for change within impacted stakeholder groups

• Proven ability to build a change advocate network, successfully recruiting and supporting change champions within the business to help drive the required outcomes and benefits from specific areas of change

• Ability to work with a high degree of independence and to handle difficult and sensitive situations tactfully, adhering to the required confidentiality.

Overall purpose of the role
As part of a multi-faceted and busy fundraising team, the Events Product Development Lead will take a significant role in strategically planning and delivering a portfolio of new fundraising events to raise funds for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charities. About the role:

We are looking to appoint an experienced Philanthropy Manager to proactively lead the cultivation and stewardship of potential and existing major donors, trusts and statutory bodies, with a particular focus on driving significant income growth.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Engagement, the Philanthropy Manager will drive the growth of a portfolio of existing supporters and new prospects giving at the five and six figure gift level, with a particular focus on generating major gifts from new donors. The postholder will think strategically to develop inspiring fundraising cases of support, and impact reporting working closely with Care service colleagues, the finance team and the wider fundraising and engagement team.

This role has line management responsibility for three experienced fundraisers who manage their own portfolios of Major Donors, Trusts, and Foundations.

We have recently launched our new CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are looking for a CRM Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. The Charity has a direct front end CRM user base of around 30 staff. It also has a power platforms bespoke portal for between 64-120 regional staff to login to, who contribute to the membership programme, creating new memberships and managing the renewals process which happens each year. It also has a power portals Donation portal which directly integrates to Dynamics 365 and Business central. This role is to support our internal staff (30) and external Staff (120) with the day to day activities ensuring business processes are fit for purpose and seek out possible improvements in the long term roadmap.

Key Functional Areas

• Data architecture– Lead on the review and structure of data on CRM.
• Systems Governance - Ensuring system best practices are followed, producing dashboards to identify common errors to follow up with users offering tailored training for common issues.
• Training and Support - training of new members, ongoing training and refreshing areas where common issues are found in regular training sessions all staff and portal users can attend.
• Information Governance and Data Protection - Ensuring data is kept up to date and added in the correct formats and standards. Leading on data compliance and legalisation for the charity

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. Duties and key responsibilities

Database Administration (Raiser’s Edge NXT)

• Maintain and update supporter records, including constituent and gift data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process donation streams including MuchLoved, Enthuse and others, ensuring accurate integration and reconciliation.
• Work with the Database Manager to develop and manage Omatic Cloud processes for importing and automating gift data from external fundraising platforms.
• Process and record Gift Aid declarations in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
• Conduct data cleansing activities to maintain accuracy of records (e.g. address updates).
• Manage and maintain subscription forms (WordPress), ensuring accurate data capture and integration with Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• Extract and analyse data to support fundraising and operational reporting using Raiser’s Edge NXT queries and Excel.
• Contribute to the annual internal database audit, collaborating with the Senior Database Officer and Database Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Financial Support

• Monitor all income and update the income spreadsheet daily.
• Monthly reconciliations between Raiser’s Edge NXT and the income spreadsheet.
• Work with the Senior Finance Officer to carry out income reconciliations between Sage 50 and Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• Deposit all physical donations into the bank account weekly.
• Provide general support to the Senior Finance Officer as required.

Cross Function Collaboration

• Work closely with the Senior Database Officer to align on day-to-day data processing.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have previous experience of delivering fundraising activities or alternatively previous experience of events management and marketing. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator (known internally as Supporter Acquisition Coordinator – Digital) to join our Supporter Acquisition team and lead the delivery of digital campaigns that generate leads, drive action and connect new audiences with our fundraising events.
