About the role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced Philanthropy Manager to proactively lead the cultivation and stewardship of potential and existing major donors, trusts and statutory bodies, with a particular focus on driving significant income growth.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Engagement, the Philanthropy Manager will drive the growth of a portfolio of existing supporters and new prospects giving at the five and six figure gift level, with a particular focus on generating major gifts from new donors. The postholder will think strategically to develop inspiring fundraising cases of support, and impact reporting working closely with Care service colleagues, the finance team and the wider fundraising and engagement team.
This role has line management responsibility for three experienced fundraisers who manage their own portfolios of Major Donors, Trusts, and Foundations.

About the role
This new role will be part of our Supporter Engagement team, which includes Special and Challenge Events Fundraising, Community Fundraising, Individual Giving and Supporter Care. Our Special Events programme has expanded significantly in recent years, and we
have ambitious plans as part of our new three-year strategy. As part of this, we organise a diverse range of fundraising events, including a Comedy Night, Garden Party, Sports Quiz, Carol Service and Gala dinner.
Working closely with the Head of Supporter Engagement, the Special Events Officer will play a key role in developing and managing our special events programme. Main duties

Reporting into the Individual Giving Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Individual Giving team. Responsibilities
In this role you will have 6 key responsibilities:
Financial: Managing a portfolio of high-value relationships and to deliver income at the agreed annual target in the first year with an expectation this will rise year on year.
Management: You will be one of the first points of contact internally for trusts/foundations and individual major donors (IMD) related queries and will work in accordance with the major giving team strategic plan and existing procedures, practices and standards.
Relationship:You will seek to actively develop and manage excellent relationships with an agreed portfolio of trusts/foundations and IMD capable of donating a minimum of £25,000 or more as a single gift each year. In addition you will need to:

Information: Information management and analytical thinking is essential as you will present detailed, accurate and high-quality fundraising proposals to prospects and donors, ensuring any specific deadlines or funding windows are complied with. In addition you will need to:

As our Corporate Partnerships and Events Assistant, you’ll help maintain and grow vital relationships with businesses and supporters, while ensuring the smooth running of events and stewardship activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for working with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries.
- Support income coding, purchase order processing, and data entry.
- Conduct research and due diligence on potential corporate and event prospects.
- Provide general admin support, including sending thank you letters and event materials.
- Assist with stewardship of corporate partners and event participants.
- Collaborate with the social media team (e.g. LinkedIn) to support donor journeys and identify new prospects.
- Manage event merchandise stock.
- Help create content for newsletters, proposals, and stewardship materials.
About you
You'll be organised, proactive, and eager to learn. With excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude, you'll comfortable liaising with people at all levels and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will be confident using MS Office and social media platforms and enjoy keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

At West London Synagogue (WLS), we have made a commitment to helping London’s most vulnerable residents regardless of faith and background. This is achieved through delivering direct services to those who need it most. We have identified asylum seekers and refugees as the core communities in which we can have an impact.
We work closely with Westminster City Council, as well as local and national organisations to identify where our resources can be best focused, where we can bring added value, and where our teams of volunteers can make a meaningful impact.
We run 2 drop-ins each month. Our Family drop-in welcomes families with children and of all faiths and ethnic origins who are seeking asylum in the UK. We rely on volunteers to help provide a hot meal, grocery vouchers, toiletries, companionship, and advice for families who have fled life-threatening violence or persecution in their countries of origin.
As well, as our Family drop-in, we run the monthly 'Rainbow' Group.LGBTQI+ asylum seekers in the UK face the same challenges that most asylum seekers face in the UK. In addition, they face further challenges since their sexual orientation WLS opens its doors once a month to provide a safe space for LGBTQI+ asylum seekers to feel a warm community welcome, to build community together, and to receive vital support whilst living in poverty awaiting a decision on their asylum application.
At WLS we have recognised the unjust and compounded hardships for asylum seekers who are members of the LGBTQI+ community. We aim to create an environment where asylum seekers of the LGBTQI+ community can feel safe, supported, and comfortable.
We are looking for a committed Project Leader who can drive progress, inspire a team of volunteers and make a positive impact to the lives of everyone who attends our Social Action projects.

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business) to join the RNID, the national charity supporting more than 18 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. You’ll be working in their small and ambitious corporate partnerships team reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager.

About the role:

The role will be based at the Hospice but will require you to spend time on a weekly basis in both Kingston and Richmond. There is also some flexibility with regards to hybrid working.
Flexible, between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and/or evening work required. Part-time (minimum 30 hours) will be considered.
About you
You will be an exceptional communicator. You will have experience of managing comprehensive campaigns across a range of media especially in local or community-based campaigns. Your ability to inspire, motivate and mobilise both internal colleagues and potential partners externally will be key. Overall, you will have excellent insight, planning, organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and appreciation of copy and production quality issues.
