Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is looking for a Senior Website Manager to lead the evolution of one of our most important digital products. Our website is much more than a website - it is where supporters discover our work, fundraisers find inspiration, donors take action, and people learn about the difference their support makes to seriously ill children and their families.

This is a high-profile role sitting within our Performance Marketing and Digital Engagement team, with responsibility for shaping the future of the charity’s digital experience. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about where we need to go, while also being comfortable rolling up their sleeves to help make it happen.
 

You’ll lead the website product roadmap, drive continuous improvement across supporter journeys and work across a wide range of teams including Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Data and external partners. Success in this role comes from being able to flex between strategic planning, stakeholder management, product ownership, user experience, optimisation and delivery.

No two days are likely to look the same. One day you might be facilitating roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders, the next analysing user behaviour, shaping an SEO strategy, reviewing backlog priorities with developers or testing new approaches to improve conversion and supporter engagement.
 

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together around a shared vision, navigating complexity and making confident decisions based on evidence, user needs and organisational priorities. Someone who can challenge constructively, build consensus and help teams focus on what will create the greatest value for our supporters and the organisation.
 

Salary

The salary for this role is £51,000 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision, roadmap and ongoing development of the charity website, ensuring it supports supporter needs, fundraising objectives and organisational priorities.
• Own the website product backlog, balancing long-term improvements, business priorities, technical considerations and user experience enhancements.
• Work closely with Technology teams, developers, analysts, content specialists and external partners to scope, prioritise and deliver digital improvements through agile ways of working.
• Champion a user-centred approach, using insight, research, testing and data to improve supporter journeys and digital experiences.
• Lead website optimisation activity, including experimentation, A/B testing, user research and conversion improvement initiatives.
• Drive the GOSH’s SEO strategy, ensuring content and technical improvements support sustainable growth and discoverability.
• Build strong relationships across Fundraising, Communications, Marketing and Technology teams, helping align priorities and bring stakeholders together around shared goals.
• Translate organisational needs and supporter insight into clear product outcomes, user stories and prioritised delivery plans.
• Manage website performance, governance, accessibility and compliance, ensuring the platform remains secure, effective and fit for purpose.
• Lead and develop a small team while building digital capability across the organisation through guidance, training and best practice.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Significant experience managing websites, digital products or digital platforms in a complex environment.
• Strong product management experience, including roadmap development, backlog management and prioritisation.
• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, digital optimisation and supporter or customer journey development.
• Experience using analytics, user research and insight to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Strong SEO knowledge and experience developing strategies that drive growth and visibility.
• Experience working with software engineers, technology teams and external suppliers to deliver digital products and improvements.
• Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, adapting to changing priorities and organisational needs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified bookkeeper to join our small staff team in a part-time Finance Manager role. As a successful local charity with a committed and engaged board of Trustees, you'll be helping support young people with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

You'll be responsible for managing the charity's day-to-day financial matters, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded, maintaining compliance with statutory and charity requirements and tracking specific project funds so the organisation can report transparently to donors and trustees. We're looking for someone with experience of charity finance management, who is self-motivated and focused, and able to work independently. 

The role is available either as paye or on a freelance basis at £25 per hour. It's mainly remote working, with occasional time spent in the Twickenham office. 

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all the day-to-day financial activities of the charity (the charity uses QuickBooks). In particular, processing and setting up for payment, supplier invoices and expense claims; issuing invoices for services or grants; recording donations, fundraising proceeds, and grant receipts, and reconciling all bank accounts, petty cash, and credit card statements. The recording in QuickBooks involves fund accounting, as some income is restricted and some is unrestricted.
• Managing and recording the transactions from outsourced payroll and pension providers.
• Production of Quarterly management accounts using an Excel template.
• Production of cash flow forecasts.
• Attendance at Business Committee Meetings on Zoom 6 times a year.
• Preparing the required schedules and liaison with the external Independent Examiner, in order for them to sign-off the charity’s statutory accounts in line with the Charities SORP.
• Generating financial analyses required by grant-makers regarding the utilisation of money granted by them to the charity.
• Processing gift aid claims.
• Working with the Manager and Treasurer to prepare the charity’s annual budget.
• Supporting the Manager with the management of any capital projects. This may include production of budgets and forecasts and management of specific grants relating to those projects.
• Ad hoc financial support to the Manager and Treasurer.

CRM

• Championing our team goal of maintaining a secure, clean, accurate and up-to-date database by data cleansing, encouraging best practice and understanding around the Salesforce org, to allow for data-driven decisions in the broader team. 
• Contributing to and developing written guidelines, retrieving and preparing data for upload through Data Loader, using Excel tools and functions to manipulate data (especially Vlookup, but also conditional highlighting, filters, formatting etc.). 
• Supporting ~60 internal users with day-to-day bespoke services including reporting, creating and editing list views, maintaining page layouts and best practices, all managed through cases and assigned to you by team needs. 
• Actively participating in projects, including owning tasks, critical thinking and inputting into project conversations, and liaising with stakeholders to suggest solutions. 
• Run training sessions for staff, from Salesforce basics to more advances and bespoke functionality. Frequently improve and monitor training materials to increase efficiency and adoption. 
• Using Form Assembly to create and manage forms, ensuring accurate data collection and entry into Salesforce and independently handling error messages coming in as a part of a rota (after training).
• Using Jira to proactively create and track work
• Work closely with Third Party support providers to progress work. This could be Partner consultancies, Salesforce Support, or other Products in use within the Org. 
• Working within the Salesforce NPSP data model, ensuring accurate management of constituents, relationships, and donations.

Marketing Cloud 

• This role will support our use of Marketing Cloud Engagement, alongside the CRM team and Partner organisations.  This will include:
• Supporting the use and development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including managing data extensions, contact segmentation, and audience creation to support targeted campaigns.
• Ensuring data quality and compliance within Marketing Cloud by maintaining accurate subscriber data, managing preferences, and supporting GDPR best practices.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into technical builds, including personalisation, dynamic content, and automation.
• Monitoring campaign performance through reports and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Supporting integration and data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, troubleshooting issues and ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Contributing to documentation and best practice guidelines for Marketing Cloud usage, including campaign processes, naming conventions, and data management standards.

About the Team

 The High Value Partnerships department is crucial to achieving Shelter’s charitable, raising over £20 million a year through relationship-based fundraising with businesses, high-net-worth individuals, legacy pledgers, trusts. 

This role will sit in a newly formed sub-team of Corporate Partnerships. The Corporate team has been successful in developing high value, long term and sector leading partnerships with companies such as IKEA, B&Q, HSBC UK and M&S.

About Breaking the Cycle

Breaking the Cycle is an access to banking programme for people with no fixed address. Access to banking is a key tool in breaking the cycle of homelessness. Shelter works with the financial services sector, to help them to better serve the needs of vulnerable customers and access basic banking products. 

Breaking the Cycle is delivered with a network of charity partners and local organisations who serve vulnerable individuals, including those who experience rough sleeping, living in temporary accommodation, seeking asylum and surviving domestic abuse, to access a bank account. Through the network we ensure more people access the help they need to become financially included. 

Breaking the Cycle is currently delivered in partnership with HSBC UK. In October 2025, HM Treasury announced an ambitious new Financial Inclusion strategy and identified Breaking the Cycle as a key programme to achieve their objectives. This will result in a significant expansion of Breaking the Cycle to an additional 5 major high street banks on a 12-month pilot period.

 About the role

Reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager (Breaking the Cycle), this role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Breaking the Cycle programme. The Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of two financial institutions, management of existing charity partners and onboarding new charity partners, as well as monitoring due diligence and safeguarding procedures. This role is fundamental to ensuring the programme runs smoothly.

The Head of Programming & Creative Producing is a new senior role, working with the Chief Executive to shape and deliver the artistic output of the Philharmonia.

The postholder works hand-in-hand with the Head of Artistic Planning, and members of the Executive team to programme and artistically shape traditional concert programmes at various scales and in various contexts, as well as learning and digital projects and pre- or post-concert activities. The postholder also leads on the development and producing of new performance formats for own-promoted concerts.

A first-rate creative thinker, you will be passionate about working with conductors, artists and agents to create world-class concert programmes, residencies and series, and will be able to draw on your deep knowledge and understanding of orchestral repertoire, artists, and the wider cultural context, as well as an established network of industry relationships to turn your ideas into reality.

Your artistic interests, however, will range beyond the traditional core, and you will be driven by a personal mission to engage different and new audiences with orchestral music, whether that is through music for films or games, cross-artform and cross-genre collaborations, pre-performance debates, schools performances, VR installations, or different performance formats. You will take a producing approach to new performance formats, keenly appreciative of the importance of staging, narrative and flow for contemporary audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Research and identify future featured artists, composers and guest conductors proactively

• Artistically and operationally produce all non-standard orchestral projects, including shaping narrative, stage presentation, and close working with the venue technical staff, supported by relevant project managers

Context and Background

The NSPCC’s mission is to end cruelty to children. Today, the NSPCC lobbies government on child welfare issues, leads national campaigns and offers front line service support for thousands of vulnerable children. We do this directly and through schools, local safeguarding children’s boards and others, offering support, advice and training.  Since 2006, we have run Childline, the telephone helpline and counselling service.

Beyond our front-line support services, campaigns and consulting provisions, we carry out a comprehensive programme of groundbreaking research.  With a core staff and thousands of nationwide volunteers, the NSPCC remains a central organisation in the fabric of British society, with the welfare, protection and prosperity of children at the centre of everything we do.

The Supporter Data Operations team is part of the Fundraising Operations team in the Engagement & Fundraising Directorate.

The team is responsible for donation processing, data processing, data quality, and user training and support. The team are also involved in delivery of our ongoing Supporter Centricity project, focussing on delivering Salesforce to maximise engagement as part of the wider programme.

The Associate Head of Supporter Data Operations leads and manages a varied team who work with stakeholders across Engagement and Fundraising, Technology, and Finance. The postholder is responsible for c20 office based and remote staff.

The Head of Business Operations will play a key leadership role within The Brain Charity, leading and overseeing the effective and safe delivery of a range of business and operational activities.
