Reporting into the Individual Giving Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Individual Giving team. You will be responsible for the delivery of core elements of the Supporter Acquisition programme, developing engaging communications / products and activity across multiple channels, such as paid search and social, email, telemarketing and offline channels. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead in the development and delivery of Supporter Acquisition campaigns/activity/products across a range of media, with a specific focus on digital channels, in line with strategy, planned budgets and targets, ensuring campaign deadlines are met.
• Work closely with the Individual Giving Manager – Supporter Acquisition to plan, manage and deliver the annual operating plan, including end-to-end project management, making decisions within agreed parameters, providing recommendations for final approval.
• Be responsible for the briefing and the day-to-day management of internal and external suppliers including copy and artwork development through to production, broadcast and final print.
• Monitor and report on campaign/activity/product performance/KPIs (e.g. end of campaign reports, monthly reporting) and analyse results to enhance campaign performance and inform campaign planning, decision making and improvements to Supporter Acquisition.
• Manage the briefing and liaising with the Data team to deliver complex and accurate data selections and reporting requirements.
• Deliver draft budget and reforecasting figures as part of the planning and budgeting process, providing information required, and working closely with the Individual Giving Manager – Supporter Acquisition, to review and reforecast activities for Supporter Acquisition.
Person Specification:
• Experience of applying the principles and techniques of Individual Giving / Direct Marketing within a multi-channel, multi-discipline environment, especially through supporter acquisition channels.
• Good project-management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, creative development, and supplier relationships for fundraising direct marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of best practice digital fundraising, with particular experience of running Search, Social and online campaigns to increase supporters and gather data for future marketing opportunities.
• Experience of managing campaign budgets, reforecast of activity, monitoring, reconciling and reporting on results in line with KPIs.
• Experience of managing external relationships, for example with suppliers, agencies, including effective negotiation re costs and contractual obligations.

The Corporate Team at ARUK has just enjoyed a record-breaking year of fundraising by our corporate partners. We require a proactive and organised colleague to provide the team with vital administrative support.
The successful candidate will support our partnerships with companies such as Dyson, The Perfume Shop, Cadbury, and Slimming World while building excellent relationships with supporters from within those organisations. This role will also support our new business team with their approaches to prospective companies.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a secondment period. This role will be known internally as Partnership Development Executive – FTC.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Team administrative support
· Provide general administrative support for all members of the team.
· Manage invites and room bookings for Corporate Team meetings.
· Ensure accurate recording keeping through the use of our CRM system.
· Be the main internal point of contact for the Corporate Team.
· Respond to incoming team enquires promptly and professionally.
· Ensure accurate financial records are kept, by reconciling gifts across multiple donation platforms.
· Fundraising stock management and distribution.
· Assisting the team with event planning, including sourcing pricing quotes, raising purchase orders and booking equipment and ordering merchandise.
· Update the team intranet and website pages.
· Post from the Partnership Development team Twitter accounts, monitor LinkedIn for activity by our partners and flag to appropriate team member.

Securing new partnerships
· Fundraising data management: adding new companies and prospects to ensure accurate records of approaches made by the team.
· Monitor supporter information on the database to generate new leads for the team.

· Provide ad hoc support in the lead-up to high-value pitches and applications e.g. prepare materials, book couriers etc.
Supporting our existing partnerships
· Provide a first-class stewardship journey for fundraisers from companies that are supporting the charity. Including making sure they have the materials and resources required to fundraise – preparing and sending information packs, wishing them good luck, drafting letters, and sending thank you messages.
· Work closely with the Central Fundraising Team to ensure a consistent stewardship journey across all audiences.
· Manage online giving pages and our CRM system to make sure corporate supporters are identified and recorded correctly, and their income potential is maximised.
· Monitor the CRM system to make sure that all information about our corporate fundraisers is recorded correctly.
· Filter enquiries from our corporate supporters whilst the Partnership Development Officers are on annual leave to ensure a timely and helpful response.
· Help support event delivery by sourcing volunteers, merchandise, and gifts in kind for events.
· Keep the Partnership Development Officers and Team Managers up to date on feedback from supporters.
· Communicate key fundraising products and communications designed for our Corporate supporters with the Regional team.
· Develop new fundraising idea packs to engage our Corporate supporters and seek appropriate sign off.
Working with others
· Work with our merchandising team for the development and production of event materials as required.
· Liaise with our distribution centre to organise mass mailings of materials needed for pitches and large partnership launches and events.
· Represent the Corporate Partnerships team on working groups for internal projects to ensure the team’s needs are met.
· Work closely with our Supporter Care Team, Central Fundraising Team and Insight & Development teams to make sure that the Corporate Partnership team is following processes correctly and is adopting improved practices where possible.

We are looking for a new Office Manager to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in the charity. About the role
We are looking to appoint a CEO to lead our Charity. You will be working with a committed Board, alongside our founder and Chief Mathematician, Dr Jamie Frost, and with a staff team all dedicated to delivering a top class, online, maths education.
We have a lot of maths expertise, and our developers are excellent. What we need is someone who can lead the team, create a great working environment, and grow the business. We are looking for a Digital Platforms Executive to manage our App, CRM system and website among others. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will play a crucial role in helping us enhance user engagement, streamline our digital communications, and maximise the impact of our online presence.
We are a small, dynamic team, so there is also plenty of scope to get involved with other things and gain an insight into all areas of the charity, with opportunities for growth and development.

About the role
As Digital Platform Executive you will:

Drive user acquisition and retention strategies for our App (sidekick by Suicide&Co).

Collaborate with developers to implement new features based on user feedback and engagement metrics.

Monitor performance and user analytics to inform continuous improvement.

Develop and manage in-app communication strategies, including push notifications and updates, to enhance user engagement.

Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely and relevant messaging within the App.

Oversee the in-app customer support system, ensuring prompt and effective responses to user inquiries and issues.

Implement feedback mechanisms to gather user insights and improve App functionality.

Develop and implement strategies to optimise the use of our CRM system (HubSpot) for client, donor and stakeholder engagement.

Ensure data integrity and security and provide training to staff on CRM functionalities on new processes or underutilised tools.

Analyse CRM data to inform improvements to client experience and improve donor stewardship.

Maintain and update our website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with branding guidelines.

Optimise website performance, user experience, and accessibility across devices.

Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.

Launch and manage our Google Ads Grant account, creating and optimising campaigns to maximize reach and impact.

Monitor ad performance, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure compliance with Google's grant policies.
About you

Sex Education Forum was founded in 1987 and became an independent charity in 2021. We convene over 70 Partner organisations, working together to make sure that the relationships and sex education (RSE) young people get is right for them. The Role
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Deputy Director to lead our quality assurance work and play a central role in shaping and delivering cross-sector projects. You will oversee the management and strategic development of the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and collaborate closely with the Director on broader organisational and policy initiatives.
You’ll represent ASA at external stakeholder meetings, manage contracts and project teams, and act as a senior leader within a small and dynamic team that is passionate about access to justice and social welfare.
Key Responsibilities

Lead on the delivery of the Advice Quality Standard, ensuring its integrity and independence as a sector-wide benchmark.

STOPAIDS is a UK-based network with over 30 years of experience in the HIV response, and which also works more broadly across global health. We are part of a global movement aiming to address the systemic causes of health inequity, end AIDS, and ensure everyone can access their right to health and well-being. About the role
STOPAIDS mobilises civil society, parliamentarians, the public and the media to influence decision-makers in the UK and globally on the advocacy impact areas outlined in our 2022-2025 strategy.
In partnership with senior leadership, the Media and Communications Manager will oversee the design and implementation of STOPAIDS' organisational-wide media and communications strategy that amplifies STOPAIDS’ impact and reputation across our key advocacy areas. This work includes providing media and communications guidance, coordination and delivery support to our joint advocacy projects with partners.
Our joint advocacy projects are subject to change, but currently include the Digital Health and Rights Project, the UK Civil Society working group on the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, the UK Civil Society working group for Unitaid and a new coalition to advocate on the future of the global health architecture.
The Media and Communications Manager will support STOPAIDS and our joint advocacy projects to achieve our advocacy objectives through identifying strategic media opportunities, managing relationships with media outlets, and securing external media coverage. They will also work with staff and partners to develop relevant high-quality media products and to develop and manage online communications content for our key social media and website platforms.
As a capable team leader, the Media and Communications Manager provides expert guidance to staff and partners, is comfortable coordinating and facilitating working groups and supports the leadership of people living with and affected by HIV. They also work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that media and communications strategies are aligned and complementary with other organisational strategies and priorities.
As with all STOPAIDS staff, and in partnership with the CEO and the Director for Development & Engagement, they will work to ensure the sustainability of the organisation by contributing 10% of their time to fundraising (to support with application and report writing) and other advocacy support.
The role has a six-month probation period.

As Senior Volunteer Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in growing and supporting our network of local support groups. You’ll recruit, onboard and induct volunteer co-facilitators, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive experience. You’ll supervise and support volunteers, helping them develop skills and confidence to deliver safe, effective peer support—whether online or in-person.

- Supporting the set-up and running of new support groups across Northern Ireland.
