The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for reaching new supporters, developing and implementing engaging and innovative marketing activities that attract a range of new donors for the charity. Key responsibilities include:

- Monitor performance against budget: ensure financial targets are met, monitor any shortfalls, and take remedial action as necessary.
- Experience of Individual Giving and acquisition programmes.
- Manage agency and supplier relationships - including with creative agencies, list brokers, media buyers, fulfilment houses and external professional fundraising organisations - to deliver agreed plans and campaigns.

The Individual Giving Manager in the Mass Fundraising team will work closely with the Senior Individual Giving Manager and Mass Lead to develop the programme across membership, lottery, raffle and digital fundraising.

CRM Project - Workstream Lead

We are recruiting for a brand new role on a 12 month fixed term as a CRM Project Workstream Lead. This is full time (37.5 hours per week). We have a brand new office in London which we would love to see you work at, for 2 days per week, to connect with your team. We are flexible where the remainder of your work can be done.
What you will do as the CRM Project Lead?
· Ability to manage deadlines and project work
· The ability understand and interrogate new & existing CRM operational processes to ensure they are fit for purpose and future proof
· Ability to build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
· Bring exceptional knowledge and experience of CRM Fundraising processes (ALMS. Net)
· Act as the key Fundraising Operations team resource to progress the CRM project through each key phase from Discovery to Go-live

Role Overview:
We are recruiting to fill Senior Trusts & Foundations Fundraiser role at our London office. This role is an integral member of a proactive and dedicated relationship fundraising team of three, managing current donors, building new relationships and communicating the great impact the charity has with vulnerable young people.
The appointed post holder will help to deliver a brand-new trusts and philanthropy strategy which is taking shape now. This is a fantastic opportunity to get out, meet donors and work with funders of all sizes to help Depaul UK reach its ambitions.
Key deliverables
- Making successful funding bids to trusts and foundations in line with the charity’s needs
- Responsibility for the small trust mailing programme
- Reporting back to trust donors against grant requirements
- Researching new funding opportunities
- Leading and participating in meetings and project visits with donors
- Keeping accurate records on Raiser’s Edge database.

What We Are Looking For – Person Specification:
- Experience of raising funds from trusts and grant-makers
- Experience of securing single gifts over £25,000 (desirable)
- Working to team targets in excess of £500,000 (desirable)
- Proven experience of a high standard of bid writing
- Experience of reporting effectively to trust donors against agreed outcomes
- Understanding of the principles and processes of trust fundraising
- Understanding how to steward trust donors
- Confident leading on grant meetings and briefing service staff (desirable)
- Experience of researching potential donors and building a trust pipeline
- Use of the Raiser’s Edge database and other administrative tasks
