Individual Giving Manager

Prospectus is excited to be partnering with North London Hospice to recruit their new Individual Giving Manager! The team are a fantastic group of successful fundraisers and with individual giving, in-memory giving, and legacy fundraising increasing in income, there couldn’t be a better time to join!  

North London Hospice has been caring for local people since 1984. They are committed to empowering patients with life limiting illnesses, supporting them to achieve the best quality of life possible. As the Individual Giving Manager for this team, you will drive income to the hospice from individuals, growing and retaining donors through direct mail cash appeals, regular giving, lottery, in-memory giving and legacy promotion. There is a real culture of test and learn within this programme to help achieve ambitious targets, so an appetite for success and demonstrable track in at least one of the core IG channels will be crucial.

The selected candidate will have experience of managing and developing an individual giving programme and good demonstrable experience of building relationships with donors or customers. You will ideally have experience of managing third party fundraisers, agencies and suppliers and will enjoy creating and implementing donor journeys too.

This role is a permanent position that will have hybrid working in the office and at home. The typical split is 3 days in the office and two days from home but do get in touch with Prospectus on flexibility on that point.
