Your Role
Al-Khair Foundation uses Salesforce to manage relationships with our donors, supporters, and stakeholders, including recording all donations made to the organisation. CDS UK (the Clinic for Dissociative Studies) is a psychotherapy service, established 25 years ago to provide assessment and long-term specialist outpatient treatment to people with dissociative disorders. Its patients have often suffered the most extreme forms of abuse over a long period, and represent one of the most vulnerable and complex client groups. CDS UK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and an Independent Provider to the NHS, and is subcontracted by NHS commissioning organisations nationally on a discretionary perpatient basis, where local mental health services are unable to provide appropriate treatment. CDS UK has a small core team of employees, mainly based around London, and a larger group of associate therapists, support workers and supervisors working throughout England and in Scotland. The organisation has seen steady growth in referrals over the past few years.
Job Summary
One of the key elements of the role will be to manage a caseload of referrals from receipt of referral through to submission of funding application and referral outcome. The postholder will be one of two people within CDS UK’s core team with responsibility for this.
There will also be an allocations management function, involving matching new (and/or existing) patients with suitable clinical staff, usually from within CDS UK’s group of associates, but sometimes via the recruitment of new practitioners.
The role will include a range of other tasks key to the successful functioning and development of CDS UK. Amongst these are maintaining a log of, and costing where appropriate, allpotential service developments (from requests for training to submissions to funders), developing reporting from basic information systems, checking and sending of patient progress reports and monitoring of patient funding. Purpose of the Post
This role will support the smooth running of all Lewisham Foodbank operations by providing effective and supportive communications to those who contact the main Foodbank phone line and inbox. The postholder will be based at the New Hope Centre office (353H Bromley Road, SE6 2RP) and will respond to enquiries in a timely manner with relevant information, or direct them to the relevant staff member. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and will communicate well with other team members, clients and external organisations to troubleshoot when challenges arise, sometimes being required to provide information and support to people facing complex and distressing situations. The postholder will liaise and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and communication is in line with our policies and values.
Lewisham Foodbank works on a referral system and works with over 500 local organisations who refer people to our services. The postholder will be responsible for setting up new referral agencies on our system and sending out onboarding information and regular updates to these partners. They will also have responsibility for checking requests for home deliveries and coordinating the preparation and administration of these with a small group of delivery volunteers. This may occasionally require phoning clients and packing deliveries themselves if a volunteer has not been able to attend.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
● Respond promptly to enquiries on the main food bank phone and inbox from visitors, referrals organisations, donors and others.
● Either reply to enquiries or forward to the relevant member of staff.
● Sort emails into relevant folders and update records, when necessary, on the data collection system.
● Assess requests for deliveries and co-ordinate with delivery volunteer teams to prepare and deliver to a small group of clients’ homes.

Appeals & Representation Duties
Responsibility for our legal appeals representation service, including:

About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide proactive and professional support to the Executive Director of International Programmes, with some general administrative support to the Programme Operations Director and the International Programmes Senior Management Team.
The role will be split 80/20 with a majority focus on executive support for the Executive Director, ensuring they are well organised and briefed and supported to maximise her capacity to lead WaterAid effectively. The minority focus will be on general administrative support to the Programme Operations Director and to the International Programmes Senior Management Team. The role will also be instrumental in running operations in the department, including supporting the organisation with key high profile programme events, line managing the administrator to ensure the department is working effectively and efficiently within itself and the wider organisation.
In this role, you'll:
A) Provide professional, timely and proactive support to the Executive Director of International Programmes, including:

B) Operations for the department
- Oversee departmental operations to ensure compliance with wider WaterAid processes as well as championing, innovating, or streamlining the department's process and procedure.

- Organise and lead logistical planning for any departmental events that take place in either the UK or Country Programme locations, as necessary.

About You:
- Proven successful track record of being a Senior Administrator or Personal Assistant in a global organisation, including exceptional diary management;
- Effective time-management, organisation and prioritisation skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and to keep track of high volumes of information within a busy environment;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to assimilate information quickly and produce accurate minutes, clear PowerPoint presentations and written briefings;

Main purpose of the role

Account Management
