An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Media & Events Officer to join a Global Sustainability Charity. The Media & Events Officer supports the delivery of the Charity’s communications and public affairs agenda. This role is focused on the practical coordination of media content and logistics for in-person and online events and will be working closely with the Director of Programmes.
Key responsibilities of the role:

The postholder will conduct outreach, education, and training in several settings depending on the needs of different young people. These could be educational settings, youth settings, community events, sports settings, clubs and pubs. You will welcome direction from the SWL Lead, as well as the broader team, but you will also be proactive in seeking new opportunities and mechanisms to deliver the scheme. With the support of your line manager, and with appropriate training, you will be responsible for safeguarding and child protection, ensuring young people under the age of 16 have been appropriately risk-assessed. You do not need to have existing sexual health knowledge to apply for this role, however, a desire and capacity to learn and to work in this field is essential.

The Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative, financial, and scheduling support across RAP’s international operations. This position is responsible for maintaining contract and vendor documentation, supporting finance and accounting workflows, processing data and invoices, coordinating executive calendars, and assisting with general systems administration, including IT-related tasks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Contracts & Administrative Coordination
- Maintain and improve global contract databases for vendors, consultants, and partner organizations, ensuring templates, amendments, and signature processes are consistent and well-documented.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and grants & contract renewal dates; flag follow-ups and support internal reviews.

General Operations & IT Liaison
- Assist with account creation, access issues, and user setup across platforms
- Partner with RAP’s IT vendor to triage tech issues, coordinate hardware/software purchases, and keep inventories updated. Support onboarding logistics, including device prep, new account setup, and tools orientation for new hires.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, finance, operations, or executive support role.
- Profiles with backgrounds in nonprofit operations, executive assistance, virtual assistance, or operations analysis are a strong fit.
- Fluent in English; fluency or professional working proficiency in other global languages, particularly in French, highly valued.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and systems such as Microsoft Office, SAGE Intacct, SharePoint, Monday, or similar. Experience managing scheduling or contracts workflows, especially across international time zones. Some exposure to finance or accounting processes (e.g., invoice processing, expense tracking, document management).

The Business Intelligence Reporting Lead will be the MS Society’s leading expert in Power BI and other reporting tools, playing a crucial role in enhancing the organisation’s data maturity and decision-making capabilities. They will be responsible for the design, development, and management of BI reports and dashboards across multiple BI tools, overseeing their full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, maintenance, and optimisation. This includes providing best practice guidance for reporting within systems such as Dynamics and Assemble.
As the expert of BI reporting, they will ensure that staff have access to data, and that reporting mechanisms remains available, effective, and continuously developed to address new and existing challenges. This will involve complex data troubleshooting, including resolving process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and user knowledge gaps. They will work closely with other teams to investigate and resolve these issues.
The BI reporting Lead will contribute to the MS Society’s data, digital, and technical strategy, particularly within Microsoft Azure data architecture, and play a key role in shaping the strategic use of BI tools across the organisation. Through independent research, collaboration with peers, and engagement with stakeholders, they will define the future direction of BI tools, ensuring that the MS Society can fully leverage its data for informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a qualified Specialist ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) to join our Advocacy team at Respond. The role includes providing pro-active emotional, practical and advocacy support for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people with complex or multiple needs who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging, (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system. The ISVA will work across London to provide non-judgmental, trauma-informed emotional support, working in partnership with other London sexual violence support services.

You will have the ability to build trusting relationships, work in an empowering and inclusive way and support clients to heal following sexual abuse and develop coping capacity. Role Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and motivated individual to join us in this newly created HR and Governance role at Dialogue Earth. We are seeking an organised and proactive person to provide day-to-day support across both functions, with around 70% of the role focused on HR. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, global environment while contributing to meaningful work.
The HR and governance officer will support the organisation’s human resources, governance, and compliance functions, reporting to the COO. They will work to ensure that HR function and practices are fair, legally compliant, and aligned with organisational values, and will provide the COO with board management support. This role combines operational HR support with insight into governance processes, supporting a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant working environment.
Main Responsibilities
Human Resources:
● Coordinate recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and contracts, applicant screening, supporting interviews and collecting references;
● Manage staff onboarding processes and induction material;
● Maintain and update HR policies, the staff handbook, and training records in consultation with the COO;
● Manage the HR system (Natural HR or equivalent) and ensure records are accurate and up to date;
● Manage EAP scheme, training, and benefits (e.g. Climate Perks, glasses benefit, Cycle to Work scheme);
● Coordinate staff performance reviews and support line managers with induction, appraisal, and probation processes;
● Manage visa applications for qualifying staff;
● Ensure compliance with UK employment law and monitor HR legislation changes;

Governance:

To support the PA to the CEO and Office Administrator, by running efficient and effective systems for front office and office operations. To support the Head of HR and work closely with the HR Officer in HR Administration. To cover for PA duties to the CEO when the PA to the CEO and Office Administrator is not available. Office administration (50%)
• Answer the AKF UK main phone line and pass on messages to AKF (UK) employees as appropriate
