ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people through supporting the Army Cadet Force and its activities in the community. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Beacon is an online membership and activity management system for u3as. It provides a simple interface for managing members, groups and finances. Beacon currently provides over 650 individual u3as with over 300,000 members with a secure, efficient and effective means of managing their day-to-day business functions.
SiteWorks offers a website presence solution for u3as, Networks and Regions. A volunteer-led team provide WordPress websites on a managed platform. SiteWorks provides over 700 u3as with a website presence.
A central aspect of this role will be working closely with volunteers; the service manager will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the ongoing operation of both these systems. Historically theses services have largely been managed by volunteer teams, whose commitment and expertise have been vital to the success of both systems. Going forward the service manager will provide oversight and accountability for these critical systems, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.

Prostate Cancer UK are launching the most ambitious fundraising appeal in our history, and we’re looking for a brilliant Appeal Manager to help make it happen. In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of the campaign, working closely with the Head of Appeal to keep everything on track and running smoothly. About the role
The Customer Insight and Analysis team champions insight-led decision-making at British Heart Foundation (BHF). As our Research Manager, you will act as a strategic insight partner to teams across BHF including brand and marketing, fundraising, retail and medical. Working Arrangements
We are recruiting two roles: one permanent and one 12-month fixed term contract.

Inter Mediate is a London-based peacemaking charity supporting confidential negotiations in some of the world’s most challenging conflicts. Now in its second decade of operations, Inter Mediate is seeking a Projects Manager to join our small, specialised team to support our work on dialogue processes and sensitive negotiations, with a particular focus on Asia. Our work in Asia covers conflicts in South and East Asia.
The Projects Manager will be responsible for:
· Supporting and implementing Inter Mediate’s existing projects portfolio of peace talks and other high-level peace initiatives;
· Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders in conflict and peace processes, mainly in South and East Asia.;
· Identifying and developing entry points for new projects;
· Monitoring and analysing political developments across areas relevant to Inter Mediate’s work;
· Preparing project proposals and budgets, narrative and financial reporting, and collecting evidence of project impact.
Specific responsibilities:
· Working with the relevant Project Directors to support the development, management and delivery of existing Inter Mediate conflict resolution and dialogue projects, with a geographic focus on South and East Asia;
· Developing and sustaining relationships with key partners and interlocutors, both directly and remotely, travelling frequently to project/meeting locations;
· Drafting meeting reports, note verbales, preparatory briefs and memos as required;
· Leading research necessary to deliver projects;

Person Specification - Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Successful candidates would need to demonstrate:
· A masters degree in politics, conflict resolution and peacebuilding, international affairs, public policy or an equivalent subject. Relevant work experience (with a preferred focus on Asia) may be accepted in lieu;
· At least 6 years of work experience in conflict resolution or peace process support for a governmental, non-governmental or inter-governmental organisation, or an equivalent field such as diplomacy, humanitarian access, or international development;
· Experience of project management including finance/budgeting and reporting.
· Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage logistics in sensitive and high pressure situations;
· Evidence of strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills required in operating across multiple geographical and cultural contexts;
· Deep understanding of and interest in politics and conflict resolution in general and with a particular focus on South Asia;
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior interlocutors and IM’s partners;
· Proven experience of fundraising and management of donor relationships;
· Excellent English language skills and proven writing/drafting ability for a variety of audiences;

About Strides HCC
Strides HCC has been operating in Islington for over 15 years. Our clinic offers longer-term (one year) Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling to people who are looking to speak about a wide range of emotional issues. We operate on a subsidised fee scheme and offer clinical placements to trainee counsellors and psychotherapists working towards professional registration.
About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Manager to join our team on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave. This key role ensures the smooth coordination of our clinical services, with a particular focus on managing referrals and waiting lists for assessments and ongoing therapy.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Counselling Services, Clinical Placement Manager, assessors, honorary counsellors, supervisors, and external agencies to maintain the quality and accessibility of our therapeutic offering.

- Maintain project documentation in collaboration with project teams.
- Report to Project Board.

- Ensure a risk-based approach is adopted through the project lifecycle, ensuring a suitable level of mitigation is in place and under constant review.

The post is hybrid working and based in London. The successful candidate is expected to attend the office a minimum of one day per week.

Are you a highly effective communicator with proven success in raising five and six figure gifts from major donors? Would you like the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders to maximise fundraising opportunities and help deliver a meaningful impact on the lives of people affected by dementia?
We are recruiting for a Senior Philanthropy Manager to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
As Senior Philanthropy Manager you will lead on the management and delivery of our highly successful Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) campaign. You will work closely with an exceptional board of senior volunteers from the insurance industry to deliver the campaign strategy. You will lead on securing income from personal philanthropy and Trusts from within the industry, working closely with Board members on peer-to-peer advocacy.
In addition, the role has oversight and input to all IUAD campaign activities - including communications, events and corporate partnerships. You will lead on relationships with key IUAD board members to maximise fundraising opportunities and maintain their motivation and engagement in the campaign. This role will give you the chance to deliver meaningful impact on the lives of people affected by dementia.
This is a home-based role with occasional travel to London to attend meetings with colleagues or stakeholders, with travel costs paid for by the Society. Although this is a 12-month fixed term contract, we regularly recruit for roles in this area internally so there may be the opportunity to secure a permanent role during the contract duration.
About you
Joining us, you’ll have proven success in raising five and six figure gifts from major donors or equivalent. You’ll have experience of managing fundraising, engagement and stewardship strategies combined with the ability to identify and maximise funding opportunities to meet and exceed targets. You’ll also have good organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse financial information and present proposals in an accessible format.
Crucially for this role you’ll be an effective and engaging communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate and act diplomatically with senior stakeholders and high-level donors. You’ll have a high level of emotional intelligence and good interpersonal skills, enabling you to network and build credible, positive relationships and build rapport quickly and with a warmth that makes supporters feel valued and connected with a cause over a long period of time.
What you’ll focus on:
- Working with IUAD board members to deliver IUAD campaign strategy, meeting annual fundraising targets for the campaign.
- In conjunction with board members, leading the growth and development of the philanthropic income stream of the IUAD campaign, extending and uplifting current donors and broadening networks to secure new donors to deliver budgeted income.
- Overseeing progress of all additional campaign activities including corporate partnerships, events and communications, working closely with the Development Board Lead to ensure campaign objectives and fundraising targets are met.
- Managing the IUAD Board, in consultation with the Development Board Lead, to lead on recruitment, engagement, and relationship management, to ensure strong working relationships with all board members.
- Delivering first class account management of major donors and board members, creating engagement and cultivation strategies.
- Managing the Fundraising Development Manager, supporting them to meet their objectives and encouraging their development.

We are now recruiting for a new role, a Research Centre Manager, to support in the planning and daily delivery of an exceptional experience at the Research Centre. The role-holder will provide vital clarity and consistency in the day-to-day running of this multifaceted space to ensure a smoothly functioning whole, including coordinating all aspects of the Research Centre operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the Research Centre facilities and administration.
An ideal candidate will have experience in a comparable multifaceted role, and will bring to the Gallery strong leadership, excellent communication, innovative problem-solving, and strong organisational skills to manage both day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the Centre.
This is a full time, permanent position and requires on-site working 5 days per week.
