We are building the tools, vision, and expertise to drive philanthropic income at Pancreatic Cancer UK and the Senior Philanthropy Manager is a key role in helping us deliver on our mission to double survival rates of pancreatic cancer by growing major donor income.
This role is responsible for delivering on three key areas of the major donor programme:
-Managing and growing a portfolio of major donor and high value supporters. Specifically focusing on encouraging and making the ask for long-term, multi-year 5-6 figure gifts.
-Driving major donor new business activity to build a sustainable pipeline using internal data analysis tools alongside network mapping exercises.
-Working collaboratively across the team to provide tailored stewardship journeys and experiences which build meaningful relationships with our closest supporters and demonstrate the impact of their support on our mission.

· You will have a track record of securing philanthropic donations and growing major donor pipelines.
· You will be a brilliant relationship fundraiser, able to build relationships, garner trust and inspire action.

The Programme Manager role will report to the Senior Programme Manager and sit within the Programmes Team.

Join Dementia UK as a Gift Processing Officer helping to establish an excellent level of financial processing that will underpin the growth in fundraising activity across a range of income streams.
Working within the supporter care team you will be responsible for processing a high volume of donations. You will ensure that that all processing is accurate and timely in order to provide an excellent supporter experience for all Dementia UK donors & supporters. Reporting to the Supporter Care Manager, the Gift Processing Officer will handle post, cheques, cash and charity vouchers, working carefully with our database to record income and thank all supporters who give to Dementia UK.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in database management, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and strong numeracy skills. You will have high computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment.

Purpose of Job
· To coach, lead and manage a team of volunteers
· Drive sales performance to exceed targets, maximising cost efficiency

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the production cycle from enquiry to delivery and invoicing, in a well-organised and seamless process, and for finding solutions quickly, should issues arise.

Purpose of the position
We’re looking for an experienced prospect researcher with strong analytical skills and an excellent knowledge of the global philanthropic space to join our Private Sector Fundraising team. You will be joining a growing major gifts programme with ambitious goals and a strong new business focus.
You will have prospect research experience in a global health, scientific or medical non-profit setting, and the ability to move comfortably between the worlds of research and philanthropy and to identify opportunities beyond the obvious.

Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is looking to recruit an experianced Foundations, Organisations and Institutions Manager to join our growing international team.
About the organisation:
The Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, based at the foothills of Mount Kenya, works as a model and catalyst for the conservation of wildlife and its habitat. We do this through the protection and management of species, the initiation and support of community conservation and development programmes, and the education of neighbouring areas in the value of wildlife.
For the last three decades, our practices have resulted in thriving black rhino habitat and population, which in turn has created a robust ecosystem for a multitude of species including the endangered Grevy’s zebra, elephant, lion, cheetah, giraffe and more. We envision a future where people across Kenya value, protect and benefit from wildlife. This future depends on communities being able to derive their day-to-day livelihoods in ways that are compatible with thriving wildlife habitat. As a result, we invest heavily in the livelihoods of our neighbours through programmes in education, healthcare, water, micro-enterprise, youth empowerment and more.
As a catalyst and champion of this model that puts people at the centre of conservation, Lewa has influenced and supported the conservancy management for both private and community lands across northern Kenya.
Purpose of the job:
This role is responsible for supporting the Director of Foundations, Organisations and Institutions to maximise income from foundations and organisations and institutions. The post-holder will develop a robust pipeline of funding through organisations based in the UK and internationally.
Skills and experiance required:
● Minimum five (5) years of professional experience successfully delivering high value, multi-year funding from the UK and internationally
● Extensive experience of donor prospecting and pipeline management
● A strong background in foundation, organisation and institutional bid writing, application processes, reporting and stewarding with successful 5 and 6 figure outcomes
● Demonstrable experience of personally securing 5 and 6 figure sum gifts
● Experience of complex bid development and working with delivery teams on programme design and grant management
● Excellent written and spoken English
● Sound strategic thinking and planning skills and the ability to think creatively, set priorities, and develop of work-plans
● Ability to work under pressure and with multiple competing priorities
● Strong attention to detail
● Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
● Experience in Salesforce highly desirable
● Ability to travel periodically to the United States, Canada and Europe
Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive 21 days of annual leave (pro-rated from their start date) and 8 UK bank holidays. They will also be auto-enrolled into a defined contribution pension scheme administered by NEST.

We're looking for an inspirational people person to join us as an Assistant Shop Manager in our Shelter shop in Eastbourne. You will be pivotal in assisting the Shop Manager in leading and empowering a team of volunteers to engage with the local community on Shelter's cause, maximising the contribution of gifts of time from volunteers, the gifts of products from our donors and the gift of income from our customers.
You will be the ambassador of Shelter on the high street; raising vital money for our cause. If you want to make a real difference to people at risk of homelessness, this is a unique opportunity to do just that.

You will assist the Shop Manager in the recruitment, support and development of a strong community focused shop team and empower them to maximise Shelter's income. Representing Shelter in your local community, ensuring that you and your team share your knowledge of Shelter's cause with customers, volunteers, donors and potential Shelter clients will also be important aspects of the role. You will always ensure a safe, clean, bright and happy environment for your team to work in and for your customers to shop in, in turn attracting potential donors and volunteers.
