This role is based in the UK on a remote homeworking contract or based in our London office. If the role is based in the London office, you will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days per week with the option to work remotely for the remaining 3 days.
The salary quoted is for the London office but if based at home, the salary will be £36,737.01 - £40,566.55

About the role
The Digital Optimisation Analyst is instrumental in advancing Christian Aid's digital strategy and supporting colleagues in achieving their ambitious digital, fundraising and supporter engagement goals. Through utilising measurable data and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, the role provides in-depth campaign analyses, performance reports, and a deep dive into users' online activities and behaviours. The deliverable insights and contributions empower teams to make data-driven, impactful decisions that generate positive change across the organisation.
About you
You will be the go-to expert in digital analysis, working closely alongside a variety of teams to maximise the reach, engagement and conversion of our digital journeys. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities and proactively engaging with multiple stakeholders. Alongside digital analysis projects, you will have a finger on the pulse of current trends, tools and best practice across the digital space.

As part of your application you will be asked to demonstrate your suitability by giving answers to the following questions:
-Understanding User Behaviour: Can you describe a time when you used analytics tools to analyse user behaviour on digital platforms? How did you use this data to enhance the user experience, and what did you achieve?
-Optimising Campaign Performance: Please share an experience where you identified opportunities to improve campaign performance in the digital space. How did you develop and test hypotheses to achieve better results?
-Empowering Teams with Insights: How do you ensure that the insights and reports you provide to teams are actionable and relevant to their objectives? Can you share an example of a time when your insights directly influenced a team's strategy or approach?

They investigate and expose global environmental problems, confront those in positions of power and present alternative solutions. As the Interim Head of Insight & Analytics, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality insight and the availability of high-quality reporting on all aspects of Greenpeace UK’s engagement, including fundraising, campaigning, and organising. This enables Greenpeace to monitor and optimise the performance of its communications and engagement activities, to ensure that their campaigning has the greatest possible impact and builds a long-term base of engaged supporters. You will line manage a team of three analysts, aiding them to deliver high-quality and timely insight outputs to satisfy a broad range of requests, as well as proactively looking for opportunities where gaps could be filled, and greater understanding gained. You will be responsible for reporting, ensuring that fundraising and digital mobilisation teams can access accurate, up-to-date, and usable information to enable data-driven supporter engagement.
To be successful in this position, you will be a thoughtful and compassionate leader with a background in in project management to improve workflow efficiencies. You should possess the ability to ensure complete understanding of colleagues’ needs through a requirement gathering and briefing process, getting ‘under the skin’ of requests to determine what teams really need. The ability to communicate complex, technical information to non-technical staff is essential. Finally, you will have experience of building and using dashboards, together with experience in scoping, managing, and prioritising large numbers of competing requests for information.

The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) is looking for a CRM Salesforce Manager to join us on a permanent basis.
At the RSC we embrace flexibility and offer hybrid working, which means our teams come together when they need to collaborate.
Although this role is contractually based at our Cambridge office or London office, however we are currently embracing hybrid working, and therefore you will have the opportunity to also work mostly from a UK location other than this, as agreed with your line manager. Applicants should be aware that there is an expectation that employees will attend our Cambridge and London offices and travel as required in their role. This role is expected to involve occasional UK travel and some flexibility to manage fluctuations in workload/programme priorities.
The role
We have embarked on a Digital transformation journey as a core pillar of our 5 year organisational strategy. The RSC has a publicly stated ambition to be a fully open access publisher by 2028, requiring a transformation in our B2B and B2C relationships. Salesforce CRM will play a significant role in supporting this shift.
This role will play an important role in developing our use of the Salesforce platform in a strategic and sustainable way, working with stakeholders to understand wants and needs in order to develop a vision, strategy and roadmap. Own the strategy and roadmap for the CRM at the RSC, including for the Salesforce platform.
As a CRM Manager you will maintain knowledge and awareness of the latest updates and releases to sure we are making good use of the platform in line with our business objectives. You will be able to shape and develop business opportunities, develop prioritised roadmaps and present to board level stakeholders to secure buy-in and approval for key initiative.
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience of CRM best practice and trends including Salesforce.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification/familiarity with Apex core concepts.
• Able to take a strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy; experienced in leading and delivering projects at both enterprise and operational level.
• Able to shape and develop business opportunities, develop prioritised roadmaps and present to board level stakeholders to secure buy-in and approval for key initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable translating a non-technical brief into technical requirements, equally comfortable explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sales, Marketing and Service Cloud.
• Experience administering a large Salesforce implementation ideally within a non-profit environment.
• Proven experience in negotiating significant contracts and managing key suppliers; maintaining supplier relationships and planning and deploying in-demand resource to optimum use.
• Excellent project management skills and knowledge of Agile work practices; ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of line management and staff development.
• Knowledge of database systems.
• Understanding of digital marketing.
