Purpose of the job
The Senior Hr & Operations Officer is responsible for the charity’s day to day HR and operational functions to ensure efficiency and compliance. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding and mandatory training records whilst maintaining accurate HR records.
Operational responsibilities include co-ordinating office administration, procurement and facilities management to ensure a safe, productive workplace. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills to streamline processes and the confidence and ability to lead change.
Duties and responsibilities
Human resources
1. Maintain employee records in line with GDPR principles and confidentiality requirements
2. Support health and safety compliance with our external Health and Safety Partners, Croner
3. Co-ordination of employee mandatory training including keeping accurate training records
4. Oversee the day-to-day management of our HR management system, BrightHR
5. Support SLT through the full recruitment cycle from job posting to conditional offers and pre-employment checks
6. Manage the Onboarding process for new starters to ensure a positive induction experience
7. Ensure compliance with legal policy frameworks related to employment and health and safety
8. Provide HR guidance and support to SLT and employees on employee relations and workplace policies in liaison with our external HR partner, Croner
9. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR practices and procedures
10. Manage all HR related policies, ensuring they remain relevant and up to date in collaboration with our external HR partners, Croner
11. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and staff wellbeing programs to promote a positive workplace culture
Facilities
1. Ordering art therapy supplies, stationery, and kitchen items as required
2. Manage and maintain operational contracts (Phone & utility contracts, Business Insurance etc.)
3. Manage building maintenance and ensure workplace Health and Safety standards are upheld in co-ordination with our external Health and Safety partners, Croner.
4. Book venues and organise lunch for Staff/SLT away days
5. Support SLT with the set up and management of our outreach centers
6. Oversee asset ordering and management, maintaining and up to date asset log
7. Be the first point of call for staff for internal operational enquiries
General Responsibilities
1. Occasional reception cover e.g. answer the door to clients when the Pathway Administrator is absent. We do not expect you to answer the phone or take client enquiries when covering reception
2. Multiple inbox management, including the recruitment inbox and shared operations inbox
3. To contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation by helping improve systems and procedures.
4. Work with the wider team to facilitate effective communication across the organisation
5. Assisting with basic housekeeping requirements

Main purpose of the role
As our Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of our fundraising strategy, working closely with the Executive Director, the Finance Team, the Insight Fundraising Officer and the Trust and Foundations consultants. The Fundraising Manager will develop existing income streams and strengthen stakeholder and supporter engagement. As Fundraising Manager, you’ll work closely with other global team members to review and implement our fundraising strategy in line with our strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Play a leading role in the development and delivery of ICC’s fundraising strategy and the success of direct marketing, telemarketing and online campaigns to generate cash, regular giving and Gift Aid.
- Plan, research and implement all aspects of direct marketing aimed at acquiring and retaining new and existing supporters.

We’re looking for a Supporter Engagement Team Leader (maternity cover) to join our dynamic Supporter Engagement & Operations Unit. In this vital role, you’ll lead a dedicated team responsible for providing outstanding service to our supporters across multiple channels — including phone, email and post.
In this role, you will be line-managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Supporter Engagement Team. You will ensure the team meets service level agreements (SLAs) and delivers timely, high-quality responses to all supporter enquiries. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating team members, and championing a culture of supporter-centric service, ensuring every interaction leaves supporters feeling valued and inspired. You will also be working with the Senior Supporter Engagement and Operations Lead to deliver our exciting plans during 2026.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in line management within a busy customer or supporter care environment. You should have a genuine passion for supporter engagement and delivering exceptional service. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands are essential, as well as excellent communication skills — tactful, diplomatic, and confident across all channels.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Training Coordinator works closely with our Head of Training to administer the teacher training arm of Breathworks, a busy programme of events that is core to what we do. A capacity to work quickly, methodically and mindfully is a must. If you're ready to bring your brilliant administration skills to help people globally access the benefits of mindfulness and compassion training we would love to hear from you. You will need to be an experienced administrator who is highly organised, great with people and with systems such as CRM databases, online learning platforms and content management systems.
