As our Communications and marketing assistant you will be a key member of the Winchester Hospice Fundraising Charity team, supporting the realisation of our communication, engagement and marketing plans to our stakeholders, allowing the charity to deliver its innovative fundraising strategy to be able to meet ambitious financial targets.

In this role you will collaborate with the wider team to ensure a unified and effective approach to fundraising communications, helping to ensure that the charity is financially sustainable and widely recognised by the local community. The Digital and Data Lead plays a key role in ensuring the Charity’s digital systems and data are effective, reliable and used to their full potential across the organisation. Working closely with the Digital and Data Manager, the post holder will lead on the day to day development, optimisation and use of the Charity’s CRM (Salesforce) and wider digital systems. The role also provides high quality support, insight and training to colleagues.

The role combines strong technical capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight, practical improvements and robust governance. This supports informed decision making across the Charity.

This role will play an important role in the successful planning and delivery of UUKi’s events, supporting activity in logistics, content, sponsorship, marketing and administration. Hospice at Home’s skilled team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants provide our exceptional core services of palliative and end of life care and support people in their last year of life also providing additional services such as Lymphoedema, Bereavement and Family Support, Befriending, Occupational Therapy and Complementary Therapy.

We provide individualised care and support to improve quality of life and our end of life care helps facilitate a peaceful and dignified death in the home and support to those who are bereaved.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Major Gifts & Individual Giving Lead to join our fundraising team.

This role leads the operational development of Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland’s Major Gifts, Individual Giving and Legacy programmes, and support in the development of Trust & Foundation applications.

As a new area of focus for the organisation, the postholder will be responsible for designing, launching and growing a full supporter journey for individual donors—from regular giving through to mid‑value, major gifts and Legacy giving. They will build and manage a strong pipeline of donors and prospects, cultivating long‑term philanthropic support for the charity.

The role also carries responsibility for developing strategic corporate partnerships with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) alignment, and values‑led partnerships that deliver sustainable mutual benefit.

They will drive the charity’s communications and supporter experience. Working with the wider fundraising team, the postholder will help design and deliver a communications plan, oversee development of social media, maintain website content, and produce print and digital materials to support fundraising and raise awareness of fundraising opportunities.

At Action Tutoring, we believe every child should be given the opportunity to succeed in school. But in the UK today, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are less likely to

HR and team development

Action Tutoring has a Head of People & Culture who oversees day-to-day HR operations. However, with a permanent staff team of around 60, this role holds strategic responsibility for talent development and HR processes. This includes training and development strategy, effective diversity and inclusion policies and regular reviews of performance and reward systems.
 

Senior Leadership 

As one of the four members of the Senior Leadership Team of Action Tutoring, you will contribute to leadership decision-making, representing your own areas of expertise but also advocating for the best strategic options for the charity as a whole. 
 

Legal compliance, risk management and governance

This role ensures legal compliance of the organisation.
 

Line management

Overseeing a small team, this role has direct line management responsibility for the Head of People & Culture, the Operations Manager, and the Senior Finance Officer. You will also, with support from your team, manage relationships with external support agencies, including the outsourced management accountant, IT support company, and HR and employment law consultancy.

We are looking for some of the following attributes, though you might be more experienced in some areas than others:

• Deep finance and operations experience as well as a track record of strategy development. You will have significant experience overseeing finances and managing budgets and be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding of financial management and forecasting within a fundraising setting. Familiarity with charity accounting and SORP will be essential. 
• Someone with the ability to see the big picture and lead long-term strategy while being able to zoom into the detail and set high-expectations for the team and wider organisation. 
• An excellent eye for detail and an experienced project manager who relishes delivering long-term projects through to completion, you will be a self-starter with a strong ability to take initiative to drive change.

About English Rural:

English Rural Housing Association is a leading national rural specialist working to provide affordable homes in small villages for local people. We own and manage around 1,600 affordable properties, spread amongst 150 villages, and have a development programme of around 200 more homes. We are looking to recruit a Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor to cover homes across the Surrey and Kent regions.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a surveyor role focused on delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and void management. Working under the leadership of the Assistant Director of Property Services and collaboratively with housing and surveying colleagues, the role will be expected to inform and deliver agreed business strategy. Managing the performance of external contractors to achieve good value and working within agreed budgets are essential.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in building surveying and property diagnostics. You will need good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate and work effectively within a fast-paced environment. Experience in contract management, technical surveying and delivering customer satisfaction are essential, as well as knowledge and experience of stock condition surveying. The right candidate will have sufficient technically expertise, either from a formal qualification or direct experience. About the role

Imperial College Union is seeking a Building Co-ordinator to play a central role in the day-to-day operation of the Beit Building, one of the Union’s most active and diverse spaces. This is a hands‑on operational role that sits at the heart of student life, ensuring that the building is safe, welcoming and ready to support a wide range of student, staff and commercial activity.

Working closely with the Head of Commercial Services, Duty Managers and a wide network of internal and external stakeholders, the Building Co-ordinator will ensure that building activity runs smoothly from first enquiry through to delivery. This role also leads the Welcome Desk function, providing a consistently high standard of service and information to all building users.

The post is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working a 35-hour week across any five days out of seven, including some evenings and weekends in line with operational needs.

What you would be doing

You will coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Beit Building, ensuring all spaces are safe, well presented and available to support student, staff and commercial activity. As the first point of contact through the Welcome Desk, you will provide clear information and high‑quality customer service, while maintaining oversight of access systems, key control and building security. You will carry out regular building checks and ensure that any issues are promptly reported and followed up.

You will manage and coordinate bookings across the building, using the digital room booking system to ensure effective use of space. This will involve liaising with internal and external clients to confirm booking details, coordinating room set‑ups and pack‑downs, and supporting Duty Managers with smooth event handovers when required.

You will lead and support the student Welcome Desk team, including recruitment, training and day‑to‑day coordination, helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. You will also work closely with the Health, Safety and Facilities Manager and College Estates to support compliance, report maintenance issues and contribute to improvements in building operations and user guidance.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with experience coordinating building or operational services in a customer-focused environment. You will have experience supervising staff or volunteers and be confident managing multiple priorities in a busy setting.

You will bring a strong understanding of building operations, space management and health and safety expectations within a large, multi-use environment. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential, as the role works across a wide range of teams and stakeholders.

You will be comfortable using digital booking and reporting systems, have a strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, and be motivated by supporting a positive experience for students and visitors. Experience of working in a Students’ Union or higher education environment, or familiarity with room booking systems, would be an advantage.

Role Purpose

The role of Administration Officer sits within the Corporate Secretariat and OGC Operations division. OGC Operations supports the Office of the General Counsel in a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including contract administration, supplier payment processes, intake and resource management, learning and communications, continuous process improvement and optimization as well as housing the Corporate Secretariat function responsible for governance support.

Key responsibilities

As an Administration Officer, you will:

• Work in OGC’s Legal Support Team providing high level legal, executive, and administrative support tasks requiring discretion and confidentiality.
• Provide proactive administrative support to the Deputy General Counsel (based in Berlin, Germany), including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. 
• Assist senior leaders and attorneys with administrative functions including but not limited to: coordinating schedules, planning complex stakeholder meetings/events, preparing materials, and arranging logistics.
• Perform legal tasks under supervision and follow compliance-related processes, requiring familiarity with legal vocabulary but not legal practitioner expertise.
• Provide general administrative support for the OGC including, contract administration, procurement processes, invoicing, department spend tracking, coordination of team meetings, scheduling,  and assistance with travel and expenses, and other administrative duties.
• Build and establish relationships with other multi-regional operational departments within OSF. Take notes in meetings and supports project management as required.

Qualifications 

• A level of education that when combined with your professional experience will adequately show you have the capability to perform the key responsibilities and contribute to organizational success.

Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience as a highly skilled administrator and / or executive assistant supporting senior leaders including extensive international diary management and group meeting arrangements. It will be an asset if the experience has been within a law firm or in a legal department.
• Experience leading and managing a wide range of tasks and/or projects.
• Experience of administrating contracts and managing invoices.

Desirable:

• Experience working in complex international structure and/or the non-profit field.
• Familiarity with legal concepts and vocabulary
• Project Management experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, with experience using digital systems such as CRM platforms, SharePoint, document management systems, trackers, or similar tools

Functional Competencies:
